I am obsessed with the amazing work that First Lash does. I have come here multiple times for over a year and they always have been super professional, welcoming, and thoughtful in their work. The team has always been so accommodating; from finding the right appointment time (Danielle reached out to me multiple times to help fit in a last minute appointment), to making sure that you love the look before they start, to checking with you at the end to ensure your expectations are exceeded. Lily is a master at her craft and immensely skilled, she walks you through every step and brings you along, answering all questions with kindness and expertise. Rita is also superbly talented and kind. Thank you First Lash, you are phenomenal!

Lily is a miracle worker. I lost 90% of my brows due to genetics, and she completely re-created them. I get compliments constantly on the beautiful shape of my brows, and they look natural. Being able to look in the mirror every morning when I wake up and have my brows already there and looking beautiful is such an emotional thing for me, and such a gift. I will be back to get touchups here for as long as possible. The staff & service is also extremely professional, & the space is clean and welcoming.

Lily did an amazing job with microblading. She explained the process, the aftercare and healing period. She was very precise with shaping my brows and made some slight adjustments during the follow-up visit. The entire staff at First Lash is super friendly and the place is impeccable. I am very pleased with the experience and the results.

I saw Lilly for a micro blade and shade first time consumer. Lilly was professional and friendly she also exhibited a wealth of knowledge about the products she used as well as the procedure. I was impressed with her patience and understanding of skin types drawn from her wealth of experience.I would highly recommend her services to any first timers who may be apprehensive.Daniella takes care of the appointments and calls and checkin services. She is energetic bubbly and professional. I was impressed by how organized she was and how reliable she was in getting appointments scheduled or waitlisted!

My eyebrows were a mess. I severely over-plucked them when I was younger and couldn’t get them to grow back. You would never know it now. I couldn’t be happier with how they came out. Lily is incredibly talented. Highly hiiiighly recommend.

I got my eyebrows microbladed and it turned out absolutely amazing. It’s scary to get something “permanent,” especially on your face! I’m so appreciative and respect the perfection taken into making my brows look beautiful and natural - customized for my face and features.

I was anxious about having this done but the girls did an amazing job of going over everything with me and it was painless. Had my original microblading done by lily over a year ago, just went in for my year touch up with Rita and they both did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place they do great work.

Rita is as phenomenal! I was considering microblading for a very long time but was very hesitant. I was referred by Dani who works at reception and I am so happy I decided to go. Rita did such a great job and worked very diligently to make me happy. She made sure I was completely satisfied with the shape before beginning. My results were incredible! While My appointment was with Rita everyone was extremely nice and positive. I have already recommended my friends and family!

I was a little anxious for my microblading and everyone at First Lash was so kind and helpful. I could not be more in love with my brows, they are better than I even could’ve imagined. The salon is impeccably clean. Lily is so talented, has incredible attention to detail and really took her time with me to make sure I got exactly the shape I wanted. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Buyer beware...Save your money!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. This was BY FAR the absolute worst Henna Brow Tint experience I have ever encountered. I went to this place for the first time because it was close to home and I wanted to find a new spa/salon that fit my needs. I am not new to Henna Brow Tint, I actually get them every 4 weeks and I am absolutely horrified at what this place did to my eyebrows.My experience was as follows:I booked my appointment with Lily (the owner) thinking I would get the most experienced brow artist, with expertise in the service I was requesting, well I was wrong.The day before my appointment at First Lash I had my eyebrows waxed professionally at EWC and they came out beautiful, absolutely perfect. When I went in to see Lily at First Lash for the Henna Tint she told me part of their process for Henna Tint was to clean up and wax under my eyebrows first. So I agreed. Little did I know that my eyebrows would be this thin. The shape I loved so much was gone! To make matters worse the Henna Tint was atrocious, just awful!!!!!! It was uneven (one brow higher than the other) and discolored (it looked purple) and lasted less than 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!! (It was supposed to last 7 days according to the salon) I followed instructions not to wet them etc which I am very familiar with, but it didnt matter, the tint was completely gone when I woke up the next morning. I spent $100 for the worst Henna Brow Tint EVER!I essentially gave $100 away free to a place that did not perform the service whatsoever!! It doesnt look like they did anything except over-wax my brows to a pencil thin shape. A 3 year old could of colored in my eyebrows with the correct shade and stayed in the over-exaggerated lines way better than she did. What a complete waste of money.Anyway, I learned my lesson that more expensive doesnt necessarily mean better. I WILL NOT be returning here and I suggest you dont either.***Side note***Lily took a before picture of my eyebrows and never took an after picture to advertise her completed work on their site. Therefore I am sure she was well aware that the job she did was not up to par.

Lily is an excellent technician! She is kind, caring, and very professional. She listened to what I wanted and offered guidance! I had a wonderful experience there and I will continue to choose this shop for my future needs!❤️

I received a Groupon for microblading services and a touch up appointment, and I am so thankful it was with First Lash. I had my brows microbladed by Rita. She waxed my brows and created a perfect shape. The staff is extremely friendly and provides in depth information about the processes and after care. The COVID precautions and cleanliness is impeccable and the salon itself is absolutely adorable. It is very clear the staff loves their craft and takes their time providing a relaxing experience for their clients.

Rita did an awesome job and explained the process without any need for questions.

The owner is an artist and very meticulous in her work. The final product is very natural looking. She does beautiful work!

Lily and Rita are amazing! Ive been going there for about 5 months and absolutely love their service. Lily makes sure that her customers are happy. They are both friendly,professional and do a wonderful job. The place is clean and not cluttered like other salons Ive been to. I also like that they have a clean fabric on the bed after every customer. This is helpful especially if you are allergic to fur in case a previous customer has fur on their clothes. Its also hygienic! Their service is great and would highly recommend First Lash!

I came to First Lash for microblading. The Salon was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rita and Lily explained every step and made sure all of my questions or concerns were answered. Lastly my eyebrows look amazing!!! Im obsessed with how great and natural the strokes look! I would highly recommend First Lash, this is definitely an art!

Nicely decorated place. Lily is professional and has a great personality. She is knowledgeable and provides individualized service for lashes and eyebrows. I had a great experience with her, she not only did she do my lashes great but she advised me on which style would match my eye shape the best.

Lily is great, her office is clean, cute and organized. Shes meticulous about microblading, triple checking measurements based on your own facial structures. I didnt feel much, at the end I asked for more numbing cream and she was nice and accommodating, didnt give me a hard time for needing more. I left w/ a bag, ointment with instructions, totally would recommend her! Even bought my mom one!

I went to First Lash to get my eyebrows microbladed and Im in LOVE!! Not gonna lie, I was super nervous going into it because Ive heard some bad stories about microblading but Lily was amazing!!! I just got them done a few days ago so I havent really gotten to see the final product (apparently microbladed brows look their best after the 4-6 week touch up) but I can already tell theyre going to be gorgeous. Lily was so professional and definitely knew what she was doing, I just showed her a picture similar to what I wanted my brows to look like and she knew EXACTLY how to get them that shape and color. If youre hesitant about microblading like I was then you need to see Lily, she literally gave me my dream brows :)
