I had an appt, showed up on time and the office is gutted for construction! The have a confusing sign saying were open but the office is closed and gives 2 different addresses to try. No one called me before my appt to warn me that the location had changed and to tell me where to go.I was at their Lewisville office, so I tried the new Lewisville address, but its just the generic hospital address of the entire Medical City Lewisville hospital complex! No suite number or anything. I tried calling them over and over as I wandered around lost at the hospital and their phone system is just a maze of automated options. You cant speak to a human. So, I took time off work, took 2 months to schedule this appt, and now I CANT FIND THE DANG OFFICE!!! This is like Walmart level customer service. I should have read the reviews before I picked this place. Any doctors office that WONT LET YOU reach a human is a warning sign!

Quite possibly the absolute worst Doctors office in existence. AVOID AT ALL COST! 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!My wife was three minutes late and was told her wait would be 90 minutes. They claimed she was told to arrive 15-minutes early - this was confirmed to be entirely false as no email nor text said this nor did she receive a phone call saying this.This 100% was the doctor falling behind and the horrible MA of Doctor Sbanotto trying to push the blame off on the patient.Absolutely horrible experience and Doctors office.Will be notifying BCBS and having them open a case immediately.

I must say this office and staff are amazing! I truly appreciate having such an awesome doctor. Doctor Goldman is so thorough and knowledgeable at what she does! Doctor Goldman is honest and always gives you the facts regarding any health concerns and decisions! I am so happy to have a doctor I admire and trust! She’s takes time to get to know her patients and she’s just a joy to see! Ladies if you are looking for an amazing doctor that makes that annual exam very informative and way less awkward this is your doctor! I used to be nervous and restless when going for my annual and then I found Doctor Goldman! The entire office is amazing!!

The worst doctors office experience Ive ever had. I had an appointment with Dr. Sbanotto. I was in the office 10 minutes before my appointment and after waiting for half an hour I was told that I was late and would not be accepted in this office and I was transferred to the office in Lewisville for another time. The nurse was mean and unprofessional, she even did not take my vitals but just spend time to explain what their office is not going to do for me. The doctor did not introduce himself, it took some time until I realized that this was the doctor. This was supposed to be an annual examination for the first time in this office. The examination was less than five minutes, there was no interest in my health or discussion about it - she saw me for the first time. I was advised to continue to have mammograms and bon densities tests where I usually go.

Great doctors and nurses!! The staff has always been friendly and wonderful.

I went here in high school and returned years later after moving back to the area after college. I have had multiple friends with fertility issues and I wanted to get specific hormone tests to see where I stood. I said I wanted the tests when I scheduled my appointment, when I checked in for my appointment, and when I saw the nurse initially. When MJ Flanagan came in to examine me I said it again and she immediately dismissed it saying I needed to lose weight and come back for the test when I was serious about wanting to get pregnant. I called to express my frustration following the appointment and was told I could see another doctor in the practice if I wanted. A year later, my new primary care physician did a simple blood test and I’ve found out I may actually have something serious that needs to be addressed related to my initial request with North Texas Obgyn. I will not be returning.

I have been a patient here for approximately 20 years. Dr. Crawford delivered all three of my children. Approximately for the last 10 years, I have consistently seen Mary Jane Flanagan, the Nurse Practitioner. She is wonderful and caring--I absolutely love her! Nurse April is AMAZING too! Thank you for everything!!

My wife saw Ashley Sbanotto today and she liked her very much. The front office staff is very friendly. The nurse staff is friendly. Office seemed nice enough. We will def be going back.My only complaint is the lady who does scheduling. I didn’t think she was very nice. They are the face of the office so to speak because when people call to make an appointment, they get these staff.

I came to this practice for a second opinion after being left pretty much in the dark about some disturbing results founded by another Dr. Dr. Fleidner and his nurse made me feel at ease and completely explained what should have been explained to me at the other office. The entire staff seemed very kind and caring. I didnt just feel like a number there, and I will definitely return.

Dr. Luts is the BEST. She truly cares about her patients and she will go above and beyond for any one of them! This was my first pregnancy and I will recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a OBGYN. When I was at the hospital every nurse that helped me would tell me how DR. Luts is their favorite doctor! You know you truly have the best doctor when even the nurses have nothing but praise to say about her! Thank you Dr.Luts for going above and beyond for me and my baby!

Cheryl is fantastic however the front desk staff are terrible. They treated me so poorly and I overheard the secretary talking about me to another staff member. Not okay.

They provide the best services all staff are really kind, friendly, make you feel like home, and overall polite and patients . I absolutely love Dr. Tovar. Ive been going to him for 13 years. He delivered both of my children, and hes the one who diagnosed me with breast cancer. He was so kind and supportive throughout my treatment. He also always asks me about my career and how work is going when I see him each year. Hes wonderful!

I have been going here for over 20 years. I love the staff and they are very thorough and quick to identify and address any issues. I trust them implicitly for womens wellness.

Given this practice multiple opportunities to follow through with their word before publicizing how unprofessional they operate - office staff do not keep proper records, billing department is a joke, expect rude and condescending customer service and appointment wait time are atrocious. Doctors and RNs are good but when dealing with how poorly the rest of the office operates will not be giving this business anymore money. Find somewhere else.

Ms Flanagan (NP) and April are amazing, however the front desk staff is not an asset to the practice.. After many years of going in for annual checkups; WHY do we always have to fill out the same page after page of informational forms.. why not just an if anything has changed.. policy?? Irritating and a waste of my time! Other doctors offices have this info saved digitally and its a quick check it over to be sure its correct AUGHHHH..

The only reason I come to this office is Dr Fliedner and his nurse Cheryl. Front staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have worked in healthcare before and that is not how you talk to patients. I have thought of switching multiple times. You have to work as a team. Im starting to dread my visits of who is going to greet me or check me out.

Ive been coming to North Texas OBGYN since I moved to Texas and have consistently had great experiences with my care providers. The nurses are welcoming and efficient. The doctors have been prompt and thorough when explaining what theyre doing and next steps.

I have been going here for over 10 years with no issues and when I ask for a recommendation for a Dr I could see while pregnant (was seeing MaryJane who does dont deliver babies) and that is closer to my home/work, the office does not even to bother to return my message. I call back one week later and was told they will not provide any recommendations to leave their office. What a shame. I would hope they wanted the best for me but clearly they want the best for their business. Guess I will just Google to find my new doctor.

I’ve been to both this location and the flower mound location.Front desk is always helpful and get to you in a timely manner.I see dr. Fliedner and he’s always been up front and honest with what is going on.He also has great bed side manners.I’ve never really found a obgyn I can trust till being referred to him.Will be returning from now on!

Getting in touch with the office to get prescriptions sent or to get a question answered is a nightmare. When you call them its an automatic voice message and you constantly have to leave messages in order for them to call you back. If you miss a call they make you call back to the office number where you yet again have to leave a message. Its like your running in circles. The doctors seem rushed and impersonal and there is always a long wait time as if they are overbooked. The only upside is that the nurses are very sweet and caring.

I am a first time patient and Dr. Sbanotto has been incredible. All staff seems friendly and not rushed when talking to you. Our wait time has always been super short. Dr. Sbanotto takes time talking to us and does not make it seem like we are inconveniencing her when asking questions. We are happy so far!

I’ve had both of my babies delivered here, one by Dr. Crawford and the other by Dr. Tovar. My second was a c-section and I was terrified going into it, mainly because I heard the pain was excruciating. The whole process was amazing and Dr. Tovar delivered my daughter quickly and safely and carefully put me back together while making me feel comfortable. I love this place and the doctors who work here! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to deliver my babies.

I used North Texas OB/GYN Associates for my second pregnancy and had a wonderful experience. Every member of staff I dealt with was wonderful! Dr. Sbanotto made my feel like every concern I had during my pregnancy was important, giving me helpful advise and never making me feel like she was rushing through our visits. Considering she is seeing around 30 patients a day and covering her deliveries, this means a lot. Since they cover their own deliveries during office hours Dr. Sbanotto was my delivering doctor as well. This helped to reduce the stress of dealing with a new doctor in an already stressful situation. This is not common for many practices these days.Shot out to:Jennifer- who made ever visit a joy and kept encouraging me along saying my pregnancy was going by so fast even when it felt like it wasnt, Shelia- who worked with me and my employers every request for paperwork, and Dr. Luts- who ended up being the on call doctor both times I ended up in triage and made me feel like very comfortable during a stressful time.

You can’t get much better than DR. Tovar. He’s very gentle, efficient, listens, and accounts for your concerns (I can’t even express how valuable this is because I bet the last time you had something more than a pap done you just did whatever they said even if you didn’t like it whereas Dr. Tovar has changed plans of action to accommodate my changed feelings). I have four kids, prior military, and family history of cancer, I have way too much experience with obgyns. I have driven two hours to see him for the last 6 years. Once there was a horrible wait time, once they couldn’t verify insurance, a couple times his assistant was having a bad day, but who cares? You may, right up until some other OB spends 45 minutes with you on the table writhing in pain and they still can’t do what they were trying to do. Then you will realize how insignificant the little issues that can happen anywhere really are.

Dr Grubbss staff is the best by far! Ive had my share of impatient rude doctors but Dr.Grubbs is THE BEST. Ive had complications with an IUD insert twice in the past and was extremely nervous about getting another. Dr. Grubbs, Sara the Medical Assistant, and Janai the Sonographer held my hand every bit of the way. They were patient, answered all questions, over communicated risks, etc and triple checked to make sure I was comfortable. Im extremely grateful for this team, they really made my experience this time around a pleasant one and I didnt feel ANY pain. I would recommend Dr.Grubbs and team! Thank you!!!

I am absolutely unimpressed with this establishment. I submitted a request to schedule an appointment on their website Thursday 3/29. It is now afternoon on Monday 4/2 and I still have not received an email or phone call from them following up. I have decided to make an appointment elsewhere.

So today was my first day here 02/28/2019 and when i say it’s so good here it’s just a couple things i had a few problems with so i was telling a women my symptoms and how i felt about them seemed like she was in a rush so she “OKAY”, “ALRIGHT” in a rudely way but i brushed it off because maybe they were a little to busy and had a lot of things going on. But over all she typed everything that i repeated took my vitals and my weight. Dr. Tovar he is sooooo AMAZING i can just tell off how he came in asking me questions making sure i was comfortable he was just a little bit to in a rush i understand he had a lot of appointments at the same time as mine but by this being my first time I wanted to know more about my doctor and where he stands and his history but unfortunately i didn’t get that chance because he had a really busy day. Over all he did my pap very well made sure he did my breast exam perfectly and he asked did I have any questions or concerns afterwards, I kind of did but I can tell he was having a BUSY DAY over all the experience was all well besides “THE RUSH” can’t wait to see what my next appointment brings!

Every single occasion I have been here has resulted in waiting an hour or more past my appointment to see the doctor or RN. At this moment exactly I am still in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment time when I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, and the waiting room has filled and emptied since I arrived. Two appointments previous it was an hour and a half wait.An edit to this: your RN staff is amazing, April is a sweet heart and a God send. Ive been on hormones/birth control for 10 years, and nobody ever explained the connections between my vein problems, my migraine with auras, and hormonal BC. I appreciate the time she took explaining things to me, and answering all my weird questions. Ive had many bad experiences in doctors offices, she helped me feel more at ease. So, while the wait tends to be annoying, your service more than made up for it. Thank you.

Went in for a 16 week ultrasound and tech pressed extremely hard with wand.Left with pain on my right side and woke up with pain. Next time I go for an ultrasound I will let them know I don’t want her performing my ultrasounds. I shouldn’t still wake up in pain.

Ive been a patient for 8 years. Ive moved to a new area and I still commute to keep my same doc. I love the care I receive!

Both of daughters see Dr. Goldman and we have been very happy with her work, plus, we always have a good experience with the front office and billing department. I would recommend NTXOBGYN.

I write this lengthy review because I have worked in and managed healthcare offices for many years, and I have also been a patient at several practices in my lifetime. It is so rare to have a seamless experience such as this one, that I felt others should hear from a happy patient rather than a disgruntled one for once. :) Theres almost always one grumpy employee, or an apparent lack of organization, or a rushed, impersonal visit with the doctor in a medical office which causes some frustration, but this office was truly delightful in its entirety.My first visit at this clinic was this past Friday with Dr. Fliedner, and I had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Scheduling my initial appointment was super easy and handled in a friendly manner with very simple instructions to complete paperwork ahead of time. The facility was easy to locate, parking was convenient, and the office itself was clean. I was checked in by friendly staff, and I did not wait more than a few minutes to be roomed by the nurse, Sheryl (sorry, I may have spelled that incorrectly). She took my history slowly and thoroughly and was a true delight to speak with. When Dr. Fliedner promptly came in to meet me and do my exam, he first listened to my concerns, went above and beyond to accommodate me, and exhibited perfect bedside manner. My follow-up appointment was scheduled easily and my prescriptions were called in immediately- and correctly! Highly recommend this OB/GYN group.

Dr. Tovar seemed to be great, however his nurse was rude and snippy the whole time. She complained of the person in charge of the scheduling, informed me they hadnt reviewed my chart after I sent it in over two weeks prior so she had to ask me questions she could have already gathered from my chart, then gave me a hard time about the lab work my previous obgyn did not send after she went in the back to review them. I called my previous obgyn where they claimed the labs were sent for the tests she requested. I waited in the check up room for an hour and got to visit with Dr. Tovar for 5 minutes. Oh and I could hear the patient conversation across the room clearly as the doctor informed a patient she had an STDs, along with the treatment. I heard her name and everything. Hippa violation for sure. Anyways, I go to check out and Im given the trutol for my diabetes test next visit and the rude nurse comes out with a list with the labs I need done marked. I was under the impression she wanted me to call my previous obgyn again to get them or that we would get them done next visit. I asked the lady at check out if they accepted amerigroup Medicaid because I was planning on switching my insurance at the end of the month. she told me they did not. I leave go on their website where amerigroup is listed under insurances accepted with a note saying not all providers accept (meaning some do at the facility). She was just too lazy to try and set me up with someone who did accept it, scheduled me doe an appointment I couldnt attend since I will be switching insurances and dr. Tovar doesnt accept it... then I get a call from the rude nurse saying I never went upstairs for lab work which I was unaware of nor did I know they had a second floor as they know Im a new patient... office just seemed disorganized, overwhelmed, and I felt like I was treated poorly. I spent an hour and twenty minutes there where I was only seen by someone for a total of 10 mins... thats ridiculous then she had the audacity to ask me to come back another day for lab work they should have directed me to when I was there. I drove two hours for this appointment and was excited but I never want to go back. I found another office I love that has their stuff together that treat me like I should be treated and super helpful!

My wife had a 2 pm appt. We didnt get called back until 245pm. We get in the room and sit down and start to look around. There were used sample swabs on the counter and the little spreader thing (for lack of definition). My wife sat on the exam table on the paper cover. The nurse walks in and apologizes that she didnt know that this room was used before her. So long story short, they put us in a dirty, used room. I told the nurse I wanted to speak to the Dr, which I know personally. The nurse stated the Dr knows everything that goes on in the building.

I like this facility. Dr Grubbs was nice to me and apologetic for the wait. We had good conversations and she was very empathetic .

I had an appointment scheduled, checked with my insurance and everything along with the office was good to go. When I called to see if I could come early they said they didnt have opening but to show up for regula time. When I did they claimed they had tried to call me, no calls from them were received, but that the doctor didnt work with the insurance company so they couldnt see me. Trying to reschedule was a nightmare so I went to somewhere else the same time I was scheduled to go to them. Super inconvenient. I will never try to work with them again. Lack of communication is not what someone wants.

I often wait 45 min to 1 & 1/2 hours after my scheduled appt time to get seen by my doctor... I pretty much try to clear my schedule after my appt because you never know when youll be out of there.On the other hand though, Dr. Goldman is a great doctor- I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Goldman. She is very positive & puts you at ease. The staff at both the Lewisville & Flower Mound locations are kind, courteous & professional. Dr. Goldman goes above & beyond the call of duty.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. First appointment wait time was 2 hours with no reason why. I was told more like begged not to give a poor review. Second time, my recheck...2 hours again!!! Because the office staff misplaced my file!!! The doctors nurse once again asked for me to not leave a bad review and she was embarrassed of their staff not knowing anything. 3RD and final... called to make as appointment last week for Oct 17. I was told by the dumbass front office that the doctor had an appointment for 8:45am Tuesday Oct 17 in Lewisville. Gee can you guess what happened... called to confirm and they put the appointment on the wrong date. She asked who set it and i said you did!! I said never again its the 3rd time now i cant trust you all. She said fine have a good day! DO NOT GO HERE. GOD FORBID THEY LOSE YOUR CHART OR YOUR RESULTS OR YOUR PAYMENT!!!

My experience at this office as a first time patient was wonderful. The wait was only about 15-30 minutes, the nurse was sweet and professional, and Dr. Sbanotto was absolutely anazing. She was very empathetic to my situation and helped put my fears to rest.

Horrible experience. Been back 3 times in 2 months for the same issue. They have tossed me around from different locations. Have not had the same doctor for all visits. Each visit = money = waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr fliedner is the best!! He is honest, caring and has a wonderful bedside manor. A wonderful Christian man.

I found them after searching for obgyns in the area that took my insurance . The staff was courteous and polite. Dr. Fliedner was very gentle during my exam . Will be returning.

My wife has been coming to see Dr. Grubbs since 2013 and wouldnt go anywhere else, even after moving to Fort Worth, its worth the drive. She listens to her patients and is a great doc.

My doctor and her nurse are great but the front desk staff at Lewisville could use a lesson as to how to treat other human beings. The Flower mound office staff has been great. Even though the Lewisville office is much closer, I will continue driving into Flower Mound to avoid the rude, condescending young blonde woman at the Lewisville office. She has been rude to me at three diff times, my first time in the office- I walked in and she ignored me standing in front of her for 10 minutes until someone else asked me if I needed help. Another time, she gave me wrong info on lab appt, a third time- she used a very rude tone and huffed when I asked for a specific day when I was making a follow up appt. Mind you, I am not a rude person and I only get a certain weekday off every month. if I ever go back to Lewisville office, I will get her name so I can update this review. Lesson learned: it is worth the extra drive to avoid rude staff.

Made appointment only to be told my insurance wasnt active after I had already arrived. I called my insurance and was reassured that it was active and received a contact number for the office to verify the information. I then called the office and was told that unless it shows active on their computer system it doesnt matter what the status actually is.

I had a very bad experience here with this office. My doctor was Dr Goldman. I came to this office when I was pregnant with my son in 2015. First of all Dr Goldman really doesnt have an answer to most of your questions. You will hear something like oh I dont remember that, it was a long time ago when I was in medical school. Dr Goldman really does not relate to a woman wanting a natural birth experience. She will encourage you to induce early, so she can put you on her schedule, not the babys. Also she is not an advocate for breastfeeding. During my delivery she arrived just as I was about to deliver and said oh good your exactly where I wanted you to be, I have somewhere to be in 30 minutes. She then proceeded to ignore me and talk to the nurses about her upcoming vacation as if I wasnt laying there giving birth. So rude. Against my better judgement I went back to this office when I was pregnant with my second son last year and found out that I had a credit of over $300 that I had overpaid. These people kept it the whole time and I only found out because I came in for this pregnancy dispute the fact that it had been over a year and I had come in for post pardum and well women exams I was never told. Then they said I had to use it there to pay for my appointments copays. I looked it up and this is against the law. Who knows how many other people they are stealing from.I had to threaten to call the and report them before they would give me my money back. Needless to say these people are very much in the business of being born its not about the woman or her feelings or the child. They are just not going to be the doctor for anyone wanting a natural experience such should be with child birth. I actually switched doctors during my 35 th week with my second baby, because I could not take the stupidity of this doctor any more. I asked about delayed cord clamping and her response was that she would have to hold the baby down below me because the blood only flows by gravity and if she put my baby on my stomach it doesnt work that way. I can not believe this woman graduated from medical school. What an idiot.I would never recommend this office to anyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office. Dr. Fliedner has been my ob / gyn since 2004. Hes delivered four of my own children and been amazing and open minded with my being a surrogate twice now. He is always great at listening and addressing any concerns I have and never makes me feel like I am being unreasonable with my questions or requests.With any Dr, especially one that delivers babies, you have to expect to wait sometimes. Buyyo promise you wont be disappointed.... Hes worth it!

I visited Alexandria Goldman, and have been a patient for over 2 years. My husband and I decided we want to get pregnant. I was sent to a different facility on the wrong day from her office and when I arrived for the sonogram, they tell me no one can see me for the day. Luckily, they felt sorry for me and saw how angry I was for being given the run around and the lady there completed the exam. Went back to see Dr.Goldman and was told about PCOS. She refused to treat it because we want a pregnancy, and wants my husband to see a urologist to make sure its not him with a low count before assistance with fertility drugs. I felt she was not willing to help us reproduce and I know for a fact she can provide treatment for the PCOS and fertility issue at the same time. Either she is looking for money by requesting multiple visits, or doesnt want to assist at all. The staff was unprofessional and inexperienced. Avoid this facility as I am seeking a new provider.

After being here for years, I quit today. I started out using Dr. Fliedner (love him by the way-too bad the last couple years they shoved me off to nurse Mary)Im very upset with the way they handled my last appt. I called 2 weeks ago to make an appt for my yearly and set it up for 3 weeks. I also left a message for the nurse station for a months worth of birth control. After no returned call in almost 2 weeks, I called again. Asked if they could please give me 1 months of birth control until I could come to my appt, to which I was told no. Due to what times they had available and my work schedule, the date was the first appt I could make work. Ive been a loyal for 9years. Im now out of my birth control and my body will pay the price thanks to this office. ITS BIRTH CONTROL. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Fliedner and Nurse cheryl are 5 stars,They are deffinatly the only reason I keep going back but the front office staff and the F.O Manager are Terrible. Very badly organized. I had set up a payment plan and made a payment but the person who set it up did not do it correctly so I received a past due Invoice in the mail and a call saying I had an outstanding balance. When I went to my appt they could not even explain/nor did they care to explain to me why my balance Kept changing and what was going on with the PPL i had already set up. it seems like they are not on the same page or have a good work flow.

I have been going here for 25 years. Had 2 daughters & 2 miscarriages. All handled with care & professionalism. Now both my daughters now go here :)

The office closes at lunch time and no way to leave a message to try to make an appointment or try to get a hold of someone to get any and all results back on test that they have ran. I give them a 3 star in location alone.

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and scheduled to go in for my first OBGYN appointment with Dr. Goldman in two weeks. I’ve been feeling extremely uncomfortable at work due to a possible UTI. I checked with my PCP to see if I should go to them or my OBGYN due to any prescriptions that I may need to take due to the fact that I’m pregnant. The nature of my visit wasn’t intended to try to get in early and inquire about the pregnancy, but rather to make sure that if I had a UTI, that an OBGYN could prescribe me the right medicine to ensure a healthy and safe pregnancy.The nurse that came into the room before my doctor was extremely short, rude, and unprofessional. When she left the room, I could hear her talking about me to the doctor negatively as to why I was there in the first place. She also mocked the fact that I had to pay a $60 specialist co-pay considering the nature as to why I was there. It was apparent that she believed I was there to try to sneak in an early OBGYN appointment, which was never the case. I was there to take care of a UTI, that’s it.Dr. Goldman was nice and is honestly the only reason why I’m willing to give this place another chance.

Dr. Ashley and the clinical team is great I have no complaints. They have been very attentive and informative throughout my pregnancy so far. However, the admin team has made the experience of being a patient miserable. From losing paperwork, to not scheduling my appointments correctly (i.e. Im always treated at one location as I requested this and the front office scheduled my appointment at another location the morning of my glucose test and failed to inform me of that), complete communication break down ( i.e. The morning of my glucose test at the wrong location they told me they would contact the other office to let them know what happened and to let them know to draw my blood the moment I get there as I only had 15 minuets to make it to the other office. I get there and the front desk told me to have a seat and a minuet before my blood needs to be drawn I have to go back to the front to ask them whats going on and their reality de well you didnt tell us. Excuse me? I thought your office would have notified yall like they told me they would) to making me wait almost an hour in the waiting room due to them failing to check the sign in sheet and not notifying the clinic I was even here its been miserable. Ive already broken down and attempted to address my concerns to management with no apology or concern from the admin team. Its disheartening because Dr.Ashley is great and Ive loved having her be my doctor however if I werent so far along in my pregnancy I would want to move my treatment with another facility strictly due to the admin team here. Pregnancy is already a trying time both physically and mentally and to have this admin team destroy that experience all together at my pregnancy visits has just made it that much worse.

When i called to make an appointment i called in July and they didnt have any openings that would fit my needs until the end of August. I went in for an appointment 08/29/2017. When i went in everything was ok but as time went on I noticed how some individuals in the office arent too friendly. When i finally went back for my appointment there was an older lady who checked me in. This lady was kinda snappy. I felt like the lady kept correcting me because i wouldnt answer in the way she felt like i should. Dr. Tovar came in after me waiting for a bit and he was okay at first. He really seemed to want to hurry things up. He began to give me a papsmere and it was awful. I felt like he just went right in without warning. I hadnt had a papsmere in years so it was already unpleasant. I felt like it was a wam bam thank you maam because he finished up and told me to get dressed and to come talk to him in his office. We go in and everything was pretty quick. He explained that he was giving me a bag with sample prenatal vitamins and panthlets and everything. He then says to go to schedule and appointment for the next 2 weeks. Before i left the office i asked if hed write me a doctors note to be able to sit down at work when Im tired and he said no. I was upset because i tried to explain to him that my job insisted i have a doctors note so that I can sit. Instead of doing it he says no and that he doesnt want me to get fired. First off my job isnt going to fire me because they specifically asked me to bring a doctors note. I left his office annoyed but i dropped it. I went upstairs for the bloodwork and there was a lady talking on the phone. I tried to ask for help and she motioned me to go in the other direction. I walked away feeling uphelped and like this whole visit was a waste. I then go into the lab to get the blood work done and I told the lady i didnt know where i was going. The lady responded blood work is here. I felt like she was a bit snappy. She did the blood work and I left. The only person who seemed genuinely pleasant was the black lady with the braces at the front desk. I ended up leaving upset about this visit. I ended up feeling anxious about this whole thing and just wanted to change doctors. I had it in mind that i was gonna spend the next day looking for another doctor. I did find another doctor. I just felt like some people in this office arent very friendly and they are too brief. I felt like some reviews were warning but, I was desperate to get checked out. Theres hardly any obgyns in my area. Luckily when i called around i found someone in my area.

Ive been a patient at this location almost 2 years. Today will be my last day as a patient due to the unprofessionalism of informing me on the day of appointment that I would have to reschedule after confirming my appointment Friday of last week (Monday was a holiday) and I had arrived at the incorrect location of where I always have my appointments (no mention about the other location)!! I had never been so upset about a doctor appt until now since I practically rearranged my schedule. Please N.TX OBGYN, if you are going to inform your patients about any sudden issues of a sudden change of schedules, please inform all patients. Especially those that has been with the clinic for a while.

Dr.Fliedner was the bestest. He delivered my healthy 6lb 14oz baby boy on May 9th via c-section. I was nervous thinking I was going to be in pain. Or my scar was going to be ugly. Or I was going to get infection. But nope! He did a really good job. My baby didnt come out with a cone head lol... plus all my office visits were wonderful! My nurse Sherryl was awesome & kept enthusiasm! I never waited long. A couple times I waited like 30-45mins because my doc was at the hospital. Which stuff happens so I was not complaining. But overall I think I chose a good doctor for my pregnancy! It was a bittersweet moment because I dont get to see them nomore lol!

Dr. Tovar and his nurse were and has always been amazing. It starts with the front desk, all smiles.

Very frustrated with this place my appointment was on 06/14. I have called and left several voicemails asking about my results and still nothing. Every time i call i get a “oh they’re all on with patients they will call you back”. I’m sick of not knowing what is going on. Especially when it comes to fertility.

If you are looking for a doctor who doesn’t care about you, this is a good one. I got so much bleeding because of her medications and I tried to call her for two week, and no body answer me back.

Prompt treatment, caring and concerned.

Terrible staff.

I like attention. Im 12 years old. To visit that clinic. I have not. A complaint. Very good.
