I really hate to give this office 1 star because the office staff as well as the nurse practitioner has always been so sweet. Even the nurses I’ve come in contact with. BUT today I called a few minutes before it was time for them to close and Tiffany was very NASTY and RUDE!!! When I asked her if she was okay, she told me “all I need to do is spell the street name to my pharmacy, it’s time for them to go home”.I called back because 1 I was floored at how rude she was and 2 I wasn’t confident that she took care of my request.We all have bad days but geesh! That was so nasty and rude!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. After completing all the paperwork and disclosing that I smoke marijuana the doctor came in the room and refused service. She stated I smelled like marijuana and she couldnt perform the consultation. First of all I hadnt smoked, second Id just showered before leaving home because I was unsure of what would take place so my hair didnt even smell like smoke, last but not least how does a smell of marijuana keep you from having a conversation but you smell body odors daily. I find it ironic that she says she smelled weed through her mask but not the perfume that I sprayed in her stinky office. Guess its not meant to get my tubes tied at least by her.

I waited 50 min to see Meagan. During that time the nurse rattled through my chart and asked me questions that made no sense. She asked me questions about medical diagnosis that she couldnt pronounce and had me explain what a double mastectomy was. I explained I had 2 medical conditions well known in the OBGYN field and she knew nothing about. That was alarming. After I finally see Meagan, she spent the entire 20 min telling me how I needed to diet and take supplements. I felt judged and unseen in what I was coming to her for. Her bedside manor left a lot to be desired. I feel that she looked at a chart and made judgements before meeting me or talking to me through my history or concerns. She made condescending comments about the way people eat people used to use McDonalds as a treat and now eat it everyday. Her job was not to disrespect but to listen to concerns and help me through them. Ive never felt more disrespected at an apt. It was a waste of 90 min and I will never return.

Don’t waste your time here.

I absolutely love this office❤️. The DoctorsDr.D & Dr. Alpha are amazing doctors not only that they care about their patients. I have never had doctors like them. Im giving 2 stars because the staff was very nice. However, I went in to get my IUD removed due to complications. Paid $230 for the NP and the OBGYN to come in and attempt to remove the IUD for about a hour and than they tell me that it needs to be surgically removed after torturing me. Walk out the room and say someone will call you to schedule the next day no one call. I call my OBGYN and tell her what happened and she tell me to come in the very next day and she removes it in less than 3 mins. Clearly this office didnt know that a sonogram is needed to guide the MD to the IUD when it is moved. Total waste of money and time from work!

If you are second guessing you’re current OBGYN then you need to read this... Meagan Alpha is hands down the kindest and most of all informative midwife I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She not only made the whole experience wonderful she was able to remove my IUD when other doctors couldn’t! Thanking the good lord that I found her and this place - I have finally found my OBGYN :)! Check her out, you won’t regret it!

There is no review from the perspective of a husband on here so I will tell you from my experience that Dr. D is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. She keeps you well informed and addresses any complains immediately. No office and no person is perfect and you may run into issues like the doctor having to be late because she is delivering a baby. Just keep things in perspective. It sucks for you but the person who is in delivery is meeting their baby for the first time and this is a great thing. All in all I give Dr Dudhbai 5 stars based on the totality of services received and the quality of her character.

I have being going to Dr. D for about two years now. I am currently 3 months pregnant and must say the Dr. D and Nurse Brittany Powell are a dynamic duo. I am greatful to have such a wonderful team working with me to ensure that my every need is met. If you are looking for detailed oriented, professional and courteous staff, this is your team. Dr. D has shown nothing less but unparalleled service. Anytime I come to her with a problem she owns it and looks into even my minor concerns. Thank you guys for being so awesome. 😊

It wasnt a good experience. The Dr. came in the room to see me and had some nurse or someone shadowing her. Or she was teaching or something. Im undressed waiting for my exam. Then I asked what is going on? Then she explained she was training her . My response to that was are you suppose to ask the patient 1st ? I felt uncomfortable and a might upset. As a former patient of Dr. D. This never happened before. Also you are to ask the patient is it OK? Or just let them know upfront? Communication is key.

Just found out I was pregnant yay! Missed my period couldn’t be more than 5 weeks along and was so excited to set up appointment only to be informed they’re already booked up for prenatal care for babies due in May... so disappointing I mean I litterally called as soon as I found out I was expecting and there’s no way I could’ve known any sooner and they won’t take me... how are you supposed to make an appointment when you find out litterally as soon as possible your pregnant if they’re somehow already booked? Like we’re other woman just speculating they were pregnant and making an appointment before they got a positive line? Seriously so frustrated and disappointed.

Wonderful staff, clean facility, and compassionate and meticulous providers that are there to see you. Safe to say Ill be going here for a long time :)

I wish I would have found her 3yrs ago. What I love most is that she is the only OBGYN in her office. I know all of the staff and she offices across from the hospital!! She and her team are always on the same page and she is efficient. Plus, she is incredibly informative, unbiased and super supportive. After a long rough road I was led to Dr. Dudbhai and I remain ever so grateful.

Update: Office called. Propath made an error. I owe Propath $54 for the pap tests.CASH Customer Review: I go in, quoted up to $170 for womans physical, it ended up being $150 for that. Doctor was very nice and helpful but heavily recommended Blood panels, like 3-5 different ones. I talked to their financial team and explained I didnt get a big tax return and live month to month. I need to pay for things up front. They quoted each amount but I only opted to do 1 or 2 panels due to my budget. They quoted me for those an amount that I cannot remember at the moment somewhere in the 100s-200s. I paid that up front. They did not disclose propath or whatever has their OWN FEE, that I am supposed to pay. Its $240. So, for a physical, for a cash patient, were looking at over $500. This is ridiculous and I am mad because I stressed my paycheck to paycheck situation, they didnt disclose blood companys fees! I should not have to pay imo. I support 2 elders and myself on $2k a month, I am very biased. Great for insured, but not for Cash patients.

She was nice but the facility, equipment, and technique was 20 years outdated. Seemed like she got a wikipedia article and memorized it when telling me the dos and donts of pregnancy. This is not my first rodeo, thank you. No in office ultrasound tech and doesnt know how to determine sex...wanted to send me elsewhere. Other doctor I switched to had NO problem doing this and then verifying with their in house ultrasound tech. Office staff not very efficient. Was easy getting a last minute appointment but noticed when I was in line when I got there and in waiting room that they got 3 calls of people cancelling and the office worker noting they were all seeking other providers- so I assume thats why I got in so easy the first time. When I said how much weight I gained with my first two pregnancies (and obviously lost all of it) the doctor over exaggerated a rude response. May be a cultural thing- but she talked to (and looked at) my husband the whole time during our first visit. Kept pushing unnecessary medicine and antidepressants and turning to my husband to tell him if HE think I ever needs medicine during the pregnancy to let her know. We were both turned off by this and how antiquated her facility and equipment were. Then they filed us as private pay (we have fantastic coverage through my husbands employer, the largest corporate bank in the country) and charged us $400 for the appointment that was supposed to be fully covered- took 2 months to get the money returned. Then they send us a bill for lab work when I NEVER HAD ANY lab work done. Nurse was completely unprofessional and under qualified.

This review is long overdue and well deserved. Dr. Dudhbhai is an amazing OBGYN!!! She is very caring and spends time with you explaining every detail and answering all your questions without making you feel like youre being rushed (Ive had that happen before at other physicians offices). In addition to her being a wonderful doctor she has the BEST staff. Her office manager ( I think Amy is her name) is AMAZING and was always available to help whenever I had a question. She also has a great nurse, August, who has incredible bedside manner and always answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. Need, I say more?! If you dont already have an OBGYN, go see Dr. Dudhbhai. Shes the best!

I d give this doctors office half a star! When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist didnt understand why I was making the appointment and tried to write me off initially, I specifically re-stated what I had wanted for my appointment and she agreed that she understood what I requested and had put me down for an appointment I get there, and had to pay my copay prior to the appointment. I filled out my new patient paperwork online PRIOR to the appointment and arrived on time, however I waited 50 MINUTES to be seen. Once I was seen the nurse talked with me, and told me to be ready for a Pelvic Exam, when I wanted to get a Sonogram to see if I had any cysts. The nurse then tells me they dont do that ,I expressed my disdain and how I was miss informed, they refer people to other places, but after the pelvic exam the doctor can refer me, So I agree to go through with the exam, then the doctor decides she doesnt want to see me because she doesnt want to start off on the wrong foot. She was afraid to come and see me as if I was going to behave like some animal or savage, when obviously the woman at the front desk is the one without a brain. Im glad that the nurse came to me with a voided receipt showing I got my money back from the copay, but extremely disappointing and Im disgusted and appalled at the lack of professionalism at this dusty outdated, poorly run office, I will never ever come back. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of time when I went on a lunch break

Worst experience ever... unless you like having your intelligence insulted and being misdiagnosed. This doctor allowed me to carry my son up until 20 weeks just to send me to a colleague in Flower Mound for a sonogram and to be bullied! I was told that the baby I had been carrying over 5 months would not live and that I had no choice but to have an emergency c-section the following week or let him die inside me. I was never given an official diagnosis for his condition but find it ironic how her staff can alter medical records to reflect different dates than when then actual procedure was performed. While visiting her I was constantly ridiculed for gaining weight while pregnant when she knew that I was prescribed a medication that caused rapid weight gain. In conclusion I was mistreated by this doctor so that she could reap the benefits of Medicaid when all along she knew that my baby that I was carrying was sick. However she has his condition listed as fetal head anomaly when clearly when he was born his head was perfect! I was given numerous test during my 1st trimester and assured that things were ok only to have my world ripped from underneath my feet on 11/1/16. Not only did my son pass away but I almost died and had to receive two blood transfusions. There was no sympathy from this Satanic devil all she was worried about was if Medicaid would pay her! Unfortunately its 3 months later and she still hasnt improved! Who diagnoses someone and calls in a prescription without telling them for 2 weeks?? MUNIRA DUDHBHAI!! In the end I should have did my research and probably would have been better off having my baby delivered by a veterinarian smh! I really cant stand the unprofessionalism in that office! She has male colleagues come in while your getting examed like youre some science project which is probably why she couldnt give me the proper ultrasound on my first visit! I was quiet but I feel people deserve to know the truth! I would hate for any other expectant mothers to go through what I experienced no matter what your financial or relationship status may be your life matters!!

I was nervous upon arrival because they would remove my mirena device but from arrival the attention was excellent from the nurses and doctor secretaries they cleared up all my doubts and anxiety they removed it and it was super fast I did not feel anything they are very kind and attentive professions I loved my visit very much I recommend them and soon I will be watching for my control 🙏🏼🤰🏻 place and attention that is worth sharing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
