I didn’t think that planet fitness would be a good fit for me coming from other gyms but I was wrong..this place is great and getting better by the week. The staff is awesome, very helpful and polite...the young guy in the morning that keeps this place looking great is very good at what he does (awesome job!) Also they are open 24 hours which I love and for the price they can’t be beat. I look forward to being a member for a long time coming.

This is my new favorite place to go. They take care of their equipment better than my home gym location. I feel great energy and vibes at this location. I cant wait to go again.

Very clean down to earth people and workers. No one bothers you or stares. You legit get ur own space when working out.

Its a good gym depending on what your fitness goal is. Its not for me though. The dumbbells only go up to 75 and there are no bar bells. Only Smith machines. So no dead lift, no bench press (unless you use the Smith), and no squats (again, unless you use the Smith). And thats ok, theres nothing wrong with that, its just not for me. For my goals, I need free weights. It was very clean and the guy up front seemed cool enough. The 10 minute water massage is almost worth the membership.

I have been to numerous clubs in travels around Texas, and in my opinion, Lewisville has the cleanest, best equipment and most curteous staff I have had the pleasure to be associated with. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I have also gotten my sister and her friend enrolled in Deer Park, and a friend of my daughters enrolled in Dallas. Keep up the good work,

This gym is probably the best bang for your buck in the industry. It is clean and there is always available equipment. The massage beds and tanning equipment are also a huge value add.The only downside to this gym is the lack of real bench press, and the free barbells only go up to 60 pounds.

Plenty of parking for my truck. Polite staff . Clean gym and locker room. Nice lady at the counter even kept an eye on my truck for me.😉

So last week we were invited by some friends as guests because we were looking for a gym to sign up to. Sadly, we had a bad experience with Liza (the manager). We wanted to try the massage beds but didnt know they were only for members and as we were trying to use them, she just disconnected them. When my friend asked about it, she was really rude and even told him that if he didnt like their conditions, he could cancel his membership. I dont think this is a way to treat customers so were not signing up. The gym it self is really equipped and theres always a machine available so youll have anything you need for any kind of workout and its not crowded at all.

Lewisville is a great place. Its never too busy and the staff is great. They recently got new equipment, which was needed, so my experience is even better.

The staff is outstanding, and keeps the place clean.

As far the equipment goes I was extremely pleased with the smith machines..Air conditioner kept at appropriate temp..And facility very clean..

I went here because is local, but it’s honestly not a bad gym for its price. It’s also underrated because most of the times I was there it wasn’t packed.

Planet Fitness really gives commercial gyms a run for their money. The equipment here is great and they recently replaced all of their machines which (to me) is unheard of! The staff is always friendly, the gym is always clean. I really really like that management doesnt require members to mask up when actively working out. My workouts are hard enough on their own, I dont also need to be asphyxiated. How is that health? *eye roll* Anyway, I love the Black Card membership for the hydro-massage beds and also the ability to use any PF location - and theres a LOT!! My only complaint is that the dumbbells only go to 75lbs so my bf is pretty maxxed out on certain lifts, and also having non-smith machine barbell benches would be cool but certainly not a deal breaker. Best $10 - $20 (depending on membership) youll ever spend!!

Went to this particular location and its supposed to be contactless but even though I went and scanned my app this particular day they insisted that you sign stuff as well.So extra....Once in the locker room the counters was dirty look like no one has been cleaning or wiping down.If they can put the extra energy and inconvenience into checking in at least they can put the same amount of energy and it keeping the locker room clean..

Nikki was awesome today. Last week, two reps helped me, cant recall their names, and they were excellent too. I am thinking about making this location my goto one but I am hoping for a better deal than the one on the web. Management are you reading my message? I needed a 24 x 7 gym which only Planet Fitness offered during this pandemic. It is ideal for our schedules and offers everything plus more than my last gym.

Planet Fitness is clean and the machines are in good working order. The staff is friendly and attentive.The showers have good water pressure which is more than the gym we recently left had.

Its a nice quality gym however mask-wearing is not enforced. Gym members are walking from Station to Station not wearing masks. Also members are not cleaning the equipment before and after usage. This puts other people at risk for covid-19.Management needs to enforce mask mandates and make sure equipment is being cleaned by people who use them

I agree with many comments mask use not enforced, a few members are really loud and obnoxious with nothing said to them. One person jogs in the gym with no mask, and not addressed.I like the convenience but it’s like this staff has zero knowledge on how Covid spread works.

Love this place. Lots of amenities for Black Card members. I feel like i am totally pampering my whole body when i go. :) Nikki is usually at the front desk when i walk in and i love seeing her smiling face. It is nice when the staff welcomes me.

My son and I go here regularly. One of the most affordable gyms to join. Most of the planet fitnesses I have attended throughout the different states or run just about the same and are kept clean.

This location .I do not approve lack of time frame shower and dressing room was not up to my standards at all

Im a trucker and Ive been many PFs across the country. I go here often out of convenience bc our terminal is 2 miles away. Pretty standard. The equipment is showing its age. I use showers at PFs constantly and this place really needs to renovate their shower area. Its probably one of the worst shower area Ive used at a PF but its still better than most truck stops. The pipes stink bc of the age of the building etc, fixtures are old and corrosion etc. Not that its so bad that I wont come use the facility, but lets say when I do have the chance to go to another PF in the area or on my route, ill tend to go to another location. For example today I skipped this location to go to the one in Wichita Falls..... Just my 2 cents.

Have an issue with them. They have been charging my accout aftr i put it on freeze over a year and some months ago.

First of all they are ripping peoples money off continuously. The pandemic hit and they were closed but yet they have kept charging our account. So we cancelled it at the bank and they are STILL drafting money from us. I went to cancel our membership whenever they opened back up. Still charging us. My bank said they have different ID numbers thats why they are still getting around the stop payment we had to pay the bank. They are being investigated for the fraud charges. Im seriously thinking about suing them!!! Dont go there!!

I wish the parking lot was better here, but I understand this establishment has no control over that. But what they do have control of is the cleanliness of the facility and the staff, well, they do not disappoint. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is amazing. Super friendly, cheerful, even funny at times. They do an amazing job of being great people! That is really something that does go a long way.

This location in the DFW area is great. I travel a lot. This is one of my favorite planets that I have used. Clean bathrooms , lockers are in great condition. Overall a really clean gym.

Great place to workout, however horrible service regarding billing practices. Planet Fitness will NOT inform their customers of when annual fees are deducted as a courtesy and will not refund if you cancel your membership literally the following day. Sad day when companies STEAL money from customers that are not even using their services. After being a member on and off for years, my anniversary date has changed. No plans on returning and giving this company another dime. The GM refused to be of any assistance and opted to decline my request for a refund.

I had my first session with a trainer, Alex. He was amazing! Totally made me feel at ease, no judgment, walked me through the entire workout and even did it all with me. Encouraged me the whole time. Definitely a great first experience doing legs and shoulders. I would recommend him and Planet Fitness to everyone.

Love this gym! Great team of employees and the equipment is kept clean and in working order but the best part is the layout of the place. There is lots of room so you dont feel crowded and you can move around easily to get to the machines.

I have never been much of a gym person, but I actually look forward to going to this gym.Oh, the fact that they didn’t take membership dues out when they along with everyone else was closed due to covid 19, speaks volumes to me.

Been going here since March decent Gym. Wish it was a bit bigger but has the necessary things needed to work out. I think the lay out needs a bit of work especially the very back room where people do most of their mat exercises. But all and all a good place to work out.

This is the best place to go workout it is clean and the staff is awesome especially the manager Liza she always make sure that the customers are taking care of she goes above and beyond it is an awesome place to work out

As far as the gym goes its nothing special to write home about especially being as the lockers and additional services are not available during COVID which of course they forgot to mention when signing up. This didnt really bother me because Im not really interested in those things but it did strike me as odd they left it out when signing up and they didnt have it on their website when I went back to look.A couple of months later and I find out they switched their mask policy right after annual registration fees were charged out of everyones account and now that they have everyones money they announced they will change their terms and conditions to require everyone to have a mask.Be careful about doing business with these people.

I went to go check out Planet Fitness. The plans available have ways to try and either make you pay a year up front or your tied to a 12 to 24 month contract that they tie in to your checking account. They do not do credit card billing so there was no way I was going to allow them access to take money out. Ive had bad experiences when billing is set like this and I want no part of it. After I toured this gym I talked to the front desk and they went over the plans and how they work and bill you. I wanted to make sure so I asked if they did credit card billing and he said no and I decided that I had my answer and walked out. Did not want to be tied in to a contract or pay a whole year up front. You never know if you run into problems and want out. I want the option to cancel and get out when I want so be aware and plan ahead for memberships like this. Good luck and think fit, live fit!

Love this gym. Nothing to complain about. To add, many ask if theres a kids area in this gym - the answer is no. Another thing is that they have a massage bed that Ive used after my workout and really liked it. Parking is plenty. Gym is so big you wont have to wait on someone for a machine. Plus its open 24/7 even on some holidays.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Seems like the free weight and universal equipment is due for an update and the showers are in desperate need of a good detailing. It would also be nice if they could acquire a few flat long benches as all they have are the shorties.

Lewisville Planet Fitness is a nice place to work out. For the most part the employees are nice and the equipment is always clean.

I love that I can work out when I want and how much I want. No pressure to sign up for extras. The gym and locker rooms are always clean.

Pretty good but parking lot has about 50 potholes. Be careful when you visit here unless you are rich enough to replace tires every time you come to exercise.😂 When you come late at evening, too many people are here and you need to wait some time to use some of equipments.Edition: 3->5stars!! Was a very clean place nice employee but I had to go to another one because this on didnt have a stand up tanning bed an Im an amputee the laying beds are very hard for me to get in an out of

Nice fitness center. The place is clean. The bathroom is bigger than some other PFs Ive visited. The locker room too is bigger and clean too. Very nice staff and great trainer Carlos. Looking forward to do classes here.

Theres not a single Planet Fitness open in Dallas that I was able to locate during this Covid-19 pandemic. However, Lewisville took the challenge to reopen, and I am so happy they did. I travel literally from Dallas to Lewisville to workout. The staff is phenomenal. Super friendly. I received my personal workout plan, drawn up for me by the trainer. Im so happy to be a member of the Lewisville community.

One of my favorite locations

Visiting this gym from out of town was a major let down. It was so dark, quiet, and empty, I had to make sure it was actually open (at 6:30 pm when most gyms are packed). The lady at the front desk who I presume is the manager was very rude and short with me as I checked in. The tanning bed had bulbs burnt out, floor and equipment was dirty, cable machine wasnt working correctly. Overall a very strange experience for a planet fitness. Definitely cut my workout short.
