Jazzercise is a wonderful fitness program for anyone who enjoys dancing. You dont have to be a good dancer, just enjoy it. Modifications are shown for the movements so they can be low impact or lower intensity. I love it. It never fails to relieve stress, improve my mood, and make me physically feel better. This is my 21st year with Jazzercise, now with artificial hips and knee, but still just as much fun. Come give it a try!

Better watch your bank accounts. When you ask to stop payments they might stop for a bit and then start drafting payments again. And then what is APPALLING is they will blame you for not accepting a partial refund. Wouldnt drafting money from an account without authorization be considered bank fraud? Yes, I am APPALLED. APPALLED I HAD to mention calling our bank before you offered a full refund...Edit: to enbe nice, when my wife was going she enjoyed it, had no problems until she stopped going and then two months later they started drafting payments again.

Fantastic and results driven workout to current hit music! Strength/weight training in every class and its FUN! The people are very friendly, welcoming and encouraging. If youre just starting out with exercise, cross training, working on weight loss or looking to meet new people, this is the place to be!
