TRULY the best and nicest photo team anywhere!! I drive out of my way to order photos from this location - they have gone out of their way to help me in a rush TWICE now! I completely trust them with my major work projects, they always come through!

I have just recently suffered a stress fracture in my hip and today was the first time I left the house on my crutches. I had to get out to grab a few things for my moms birthday and was having a very hard time getting around. I stopped by the photo counter and asked a lady by the name of Julie if I could check out with her and told her I just needed one more item. She could tell I was struggling and She grabbed the item for me and walked me through check out and she helped me out to my car with out me even having to ask. She was soo helpful and made my trip so much easier. Her kindness and helpfulness made my whole day.

This pharmacy is unreliable and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Even though the location is convenient, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. When a medication needs a refill and the pharmacy staff missed the window to order it...2 days in a row...leaving you without needed medication for the weekend, that is unacceptable. No offer to find it at another pharmacy. No apology. Just...it will be ready after 2 on Monday. Pitiful.

This pharmacy is terrible. They said our prescription would be ready, drove all the way there and was told it wasnt. Tried to come back later, a machine told me they are at lunch. Im so frustrated!

I see a lot of negative comments about the pharmacy... But I just had probably the best experience ever at a Walgreens! I been searching everywhere for some decent skin care advice...At last... Victoria from the beauty department was so helpful... And gave me a lot of helpful advice! I really appreciate it!5/5!

If i could i would rate thins place zero stars first off the pharmacy steal narcotics with the help of management and my last experience here was awful i was there to fill my prescription and he stole it. Then he started to yell at me for no reason at all i have recording video and audio available management attacking a fully disabled costermer after attacking this disabled person he saw she was not alone and started begging for his life and went back in side the store.

If I could give this place zero stars that is what I would do. I picked up a prescription for my son today and instead of filling it as the doctor wrote it, they gave him 10 TIMES the dosage. When I called to speak to the pharmacist she said, oh yeah, your right. If you have time to bring it back Ill give you the other stuff. No Im sorry nothing. I go in and ask for the manager to tell them what happened and he (Lance) was incredibly rude to me and told me that there wasnt anything he could do about it because they had a process and that he wasnt going to get upset because he wasnt the one that filled it. I am livid because this is the pharmacy my insurance makes me use and this is the THIRD TIME Walgreens has given my kids the wrong medicine.While he was back getting the correct dosage I called the 1800 number to speak with his boss about him raising his voice to me when I tried to talk to him and while I was on the phone with customer service giving my statement he came back and handed me $10 to refund the copay and told me that it was all fixed. When I said it wasnt upset about the money I was upset because they have made this mistake before and on top of that he was rude to me. He actually said I was rude to you because when I told you it wasnt my fault you just stared at me. I said I stared at you because I was stunned that you didnt even attempt to apologize. He said, you know this isnt the only Walgreens, you can go literally anywhere else and walked off.The customer service person admitted she heard all that he said and said she was shocked he talked to me like that but still said it would be 2 days before his boss got around to calling me.When you are responsible for dispensing medication to sick people it should matter to you if you screw it up... ESPECIALLY AT 10 TIMES THE PRESCRIBED DOSE.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are incredibly slow and everyone there has an attitude. Go to the CVS on Main and Valley, they actually know how to treat people with respect, and don’t take their sweet time to contact the doctor about maintenance medications that are needed to keep you from stroking out because of high blood pressure.

As a medical professional, I am greatly appalled by the attitudes of some of pharmacy technicians. Tech that works evenings, name starts with ‘K,’ has no customer service skills period. Rude and is more concerned with having personal conversations than actually listening to what the patient is saying to her. She needs some serious coaching or needs to find another job because customer service is obviously not her strong suit.

Apparently they don’t honor coupons that are valid on the app. It wasn’t going through on their system so they told me “no call customer service”... uhh when I worked at Walgreens I always honored coupons for my customers. THATS WHAT CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE and what keeps them coming back as repeat business. I hope the manager with braids can take that advice for the sake of this location

The pharmacist is the slowest person I ever had to deal with in my entire life. This place lacks customer service to the fullest. I dropped as rip off yesterday at 4Pm & was told to come pick it up at 6pm. At 6 I get a automatic recording saying a pharmacist needed to contact my insurance and will call me. Well fast forward to the next day still no call sir I get there at 545 assuming everything was good. Well that’s incorrect. He cashier asked me for insurance so now I am confused considering I gave it to a cashier the day prior and now you telling me you don’t have it and nor did you call. UGH the cashier does her thing and tells me it will be 5 minutes. Clearly no on there can tell time because 5 minutes turned into 45. No one apologized or said anything except do you have questions. Yes what took so freaking long and this pharmacist walking around like she is browsing the sweater rack at Macy’s. Let’s say I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Not exaggerating, literally EVERY time I go to refill a prescription they never have it ready - either they didnt get the request despite my receiving an email confirmation, or my insurance is screwed up (even though it hadnt changed from the last time) or the doctor wouldnt approve the request (even though I called and they said it was fine) or some other story. Every single time I either have to wait for an hour or more, or come back later. I only gave 2 stars because the staff is nice and apologetic and genuinely seem to care about my frustrations. I wont be going back at this point.

In the reference to (yvette corral-acosta) review I was there in the store when it happens I saw management attacking a woman that look like she did not have any hands and was trying really had to protect her from the manager (lance) who’s name tag I saw this woman is telling the true when he saw she was not alone he begged for his life and no one controls him.

Customers service not bad. Prices very high on items not on sale. Also outside of store very dirty with trash and cigarettes butts everywhere. Shrubs, small dead trees. Grass dead and weeds everywhere.

The pharmacy drive thru is extremely slow. Im not sure if people are dropping off and waiting at the window, but this afternoon there was one car in front of me at the window. I know I waited a good 20 minutes behind her.Then on top of that when she retrieved her items from the drawer, she drops her card so that meant she had to try and get out of her car to pick it up. Really, what are the rules of drive thru. It should be for drop off and pickup only; which shouldnt take but a few minutes. It took me a about 3 minutes to ask for my prescription, spell my last name and pay. They really should tell people that they need to come inside when it is going to take unusually long for them to get their prescriptions.

Just had the worst customer service at this pharmacy. They told me they were sold-out of my prescription for the past 2days but didnt bother to call my doctor or myself about the issue. Then tells me oh! We dont know when we will have more... really?! This is a prescribed medication, but apparently they dont care. I could go on-and-on about the ignorant excuses they tried to give, but the point is, never again... lost a longtime customer, and I do NOT recommend this pharmacy.

The young black girl that has been working the register the last few months is the most rude person Ive ever met. Doesnt greet customers, sits on her phone while customer is checking out, snaps instructions about the pin pad process, doesnt say anything but the transaction total. Girl doesnt need to work with the public for sure.

Everyone on the staff has an attitude everytime I call to fill my rx. I get that they are busy at times but you have to be patient and considerate of the customers as well all I want is my meds. I can do without all the attitude and rudeness
