Had to run in super late, and was not expecting the great customer service from Austin! So understanding, and so helpful with my shopping experience! Such a good neighborhood CVS!

There are (2) 3/8” bolt studs with nuts sticking up out of the concrete. My foot found these quite easily as they are in the walkway to the entry door. I only have a sore knee but someone older could really get hurt. I notified the cashier but she didn’t seem anymore concerned with this safety hazard than she did with her shirt that displays her love handles.

Rani whos runs the covid test makes a bad impression.. has no communication skill looks like she running a fast food store than a helping hand of understanding anything in life... that or she cant take charge n needs help

The staffs are always helping espacialy Tuba has very high customer service. She is very king and a wonderfull lady.I give her 10 stars.👍👍

DON’T USE THIS PHARMACY. if you want your prescription don’t shop here. When I called yesterday I sat on the phone 2 1/2 hours and on one ever answered. Right now I’m on hold again-35 minutes so far. If you need to speak with someone call the CVS on Corporate, they are awesome. Run like hell if you have an emergency. Notice their reviews, they should be embarrassed.

Dont bother calling waited over an hour spoke to no one. Drove there while on hold to show them it had been over an hour. They were prompt to get my prescription once I was there. When I went to the window to pick up I got a lecture on the dawn of a new era they will never and dont have time to pick up a phone. I suggested blocking phone calls have a recording tell the customer just coming in. Was told they wont allow us to do that.

Poor customer service. There was nobody at the register for 10 min. Employees and manager does not know how picture printer works. Ended up going to walgreens to print pictures. Wasted over 30 mins.

I called for my dads covid prescription and it had not even been put in yet. I was told that they were too bussy with covid vaccines and didnt have time to put it in. Half of the stuff was over the counter so I was told to go my self to get it or send someone. 🙃 Girl on the phone acting tough for no reason. If you want your prescription I would avoid this place at all cost.

Get rid of those darn self checkout machine. They fail everytime time and , the poor only single cashier has to leave and come troubleshoot it, when there is a long line. And the machine is obnoxiously loud. Use real people not those useless machines.

If youre a veteran to pick up prescriptions. Dont EVER go here. Waste 2 hrs of your time. Cant put code/info correctly where the VA pays for it and youll end up paying. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worse pharmacy ever. Employees need to do better at not talking bad about customers because other customers are listening and it’s not good customer service.

I simply was getting some water tattoos for my nephew per his request because he lost his from Cicis and now Ive been sitting here for 10 min at self check out with no customer service

Had another cvs transfer my scrips because they didn’t have it. Well this cvs messed everything up too. Another day without medication. Thanks cvs.

Very slow at getting prescriptions filled. My doctor sent one in at 10 in the morning and by close, it still wasnt ready. Called multiple times to check on it and not one time did anyone in the pharmacy answer the phone. 2 of those times I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes. This isnt the first time it has happened either. Im transferring pharmacies because Im tired of dealing with it.

Waiting for 1 hour to get 2nd does vaccine after checked in. I cant believe the staff are horrible.This will be my last time coming over.

The WORST experience, worst customer care and not clear on simple procedures like putting all of the meds you pay for in the bag. Wish I went to Walgreens.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Counter person was rude, lied to me about when my prescriptions were called in, and when they were out of stock on 2 medications she failed to put them on hold and I wasted a 15 mile drive. Go ANYWHERE else if you want good service. I’m now day 3 without my medication.

The pharmacy is a total disaster no one answers the phone 3 weeks to fill rx 1 week on my insulin which I have to take. My husband called in a inhaler 3 weeks ago thank God its not a rescue inhaler. They need to get it together!!! We have been using this pharmacy for years! These last 3 years have been very frustrating.I suggest finding another store as I am.

Very busy, but very professional. I transferred from Walmart, and boy what a difference! Very conscientious. CVS has a new automatic order and mail service that is free to the customer as long as you can wait 1 to 2 days for it to be delivered to your door. A great convenience! I’ve had some mishaps, But most of them seem to be due to the volume at the store and not the attitude or dedication of the pharmacy. I’d recommend, but please be patient with these folks who are inundated from patients who are transferring.

Horrible service. I was waiting in line at the pharmacy drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of me. Once I pulled up to the window after the car in front of me left, it had the gate closed!!! I waited in line all that time for nothing and wasted my time.

The customer service is embarrassing how bad it is, if I could give 0 stars I would. No one wants to help and they made jokes about the customers right in front of their faces. Horrible horrible cvs.

Last night I was greeted by a special employee. He showed me kindness and respect and also made sure I got what I needed. Even if that meant stopping what he was doing to come help me find 1 item for 30 min. Then he ran back up to the self check out to help a long line of people and made sure everyone was taken care of and had the best experience. I seen he’s a Front Store Associate, but his leader role and drive makes him seem like he’s in a much higher role. Thank you.

These guys doesn’t even know how to process insurance, especially the insurance owned by CVS. Horrible customer service with lack of knowledge makes them the perfect recipe for disaster.

Beware, the chocolate are expired. We bought ferrero rocher assorted pack, and the chocolate were stale only to realize it has expired in July 2020.

Store is generally clean. Closes early. Pharmacy closes very early. Ive been having problems with CVS Caremark and getting prescriptions filled. Common medication is a problem. CVS also sends me confusing texts and what the website says doesnt always reflect whats going on in the store. This pharmacy is too busy to answer the phone within a reasonable time and they ignore the phone, so going in to talk to them is the only option. Currently the problem is less with this store than with the company. Good customer service in the store.

Store Associate has great customer service and helped my wife and I find what we needed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. People literally standing around eating pizza and refusing to assist, instead telling customers “you can use the automated system” which does not work half the time.

Severely understaffed

If I could give them 0 starts I would . I have never experienced anything like this a day in my life . I’ve been trying to get my perception for a whole week now and still haven’t gotten it ! Y’all need to do better cause this is absolutely ridiculous . I will NEVER use this CVS again to pick up any prescription.

I never have any trouble at the drive through! If you use the online app, set up payment method and pay ahead of time its just in and out!

Stopped to get some medication for my husband and to use the restroom. Both the mens and womens bathrooms didnt have toilet paper and they were very dirty.

Third trip to the pharmacy to pick up a pre-packaged prescription. The hours the pharmacy are supposed to be open are already a joke, but they frequently dont abide by those. 10:15 on Sunday morning- still locked up.

Customer service is very poor, pharmacist and assistant were not ready to help. So sad. My babies doctor sent emergency antibiotics and one for vomiting. I was told to go and look for another 24hr CVS after giving me the one for vomit making two places.

Everything I walk into CVS, John the shift supervisor always says something. He is always friendly and makes the trip to CVS well worth it. Be like John!

Hands down the worst pharmacy to go to. Take your prescriptions to anywhere else that cares about your loved ones.

The pharmacy at this store is maddening. This is just todays debacle: 1.5 hours after an Rx is called in, they have no record of it arriving. Call again 3 hours later to check status- on hold forever, they pick up and was put on hold again. Once we got someone on the phone they quoted a time for the prescription to be filled. We came by 30 minutes AFTER the Rx was supposed to be filled, and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. As I mentioned, this is only today- I have experienced scenarios such as this store multiple times. I will never have another prescription filled here if I can possibly help it.

Great place for those who enjoy being ignored by all six techs simultaneously for long periods of time, repeatedly, as well as those who dont mind having their prescriptions incorrectly filled. Repeatedly.

To make money order, they require cash. They dont accept debit card. So we went to Walmart because walmart accepts debit card. Employees were nice though.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for a while now so this is by no means a one time issue:Google lies, or is misleading. The pharmacy closes at 9. At least thats what I was told when I showed up at 9:10. Even though their signage says is closes at 10:00. I have NEVER had a prescription ready on time (I usually have to wait around for an hour or two); keep in mind that my prescription comes pre-packaged and all the pharmacy tech has to do is stick a label on it.

Treated me like a nuisance but Walgreens was able to help. I try to understand because I know people are stressed and overworked but I was disappointed. Id never used their pharmacy and Ill be transferring my daughters account to Walgreens asap.

Cvs sucks they say they are open until 10pm at main street in Lewisville, TX ON THEIR WEBSITE. NOT.....CVS NEEDS TO BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT THEIR STORE HOURS. IM MOVING MY BUSINESS TO WALGREENS AFTER 20 YEARS.

Worst pharmacy ever. As we speak, Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the phone. I know they are there because they answered the phone the first time just to put me on hold, made me wait 20 minutes, and then disconnected my call.

Not so good service. Slow and inefficient

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in all of Lewisville, and probably the entire state of Texas. If you call be ready to sit on hold for a very long time. When they eventually do answer it will only be to ask if you can hold.. longer. It always takes at very least an hour to fill a prescription and speaking to the manager does nothing.

I just went in to buy batteries that’s it the cashier asked to many personal questions made me feel uncomfortable worst employee ever.

CVS sucks. Two times the medicine my children need is out of stock. A lady in pharmacy that answer the phone and ask What is your question? How rude!
