Wonderful staff. Very clean and pleasant office space. My doctor was awesome, very thorough in explaining things and spending time answering my questions. Very happy to have been referred to SEVA Med in Lewisville.

Dr Mitch believes that patient has to follow his commanding policy. He does not have a politeness for the patient. My mom almost cried because of his loudness character. Give us the appointment for 1pm and showed up at 2:15. My mom has a serious issue and he try to send a practitioner. Very rude front desk people too. Dr Mitch tried to retaliate when I tried to bring the issue. I hope after this review he is not going to retaliate with billing issue with my mom.

I had a cane to get out of my car. I couldnt bend down but now I can work in my yard. I can sit on the floor with my grandbabies and not be stuck. I am truly grateful.

Staff is very friendly and office visit went smoothly and was seen in a timely manner. Dr Mirch and his staff go above and beyond to help me get relief from my pain. He’s not a “here, take a pill”, kind of doc. They all take the time to listen to my concerns.

Dr Amit Mirchandani has been a life saver for me. About 33 months ago I was assaulted by several people. I previously had shoulder, neck and back pain and I was taking very strong opioids. This assault pushed my pain over the top so that any increase in opioids could have a very negative effect on my life. My current pain specialist was then afraid to treat me and said that he couldnt have me as a patient any more.Afterwards, I went the next 22 months without sufficient pain medicine to allow me to have a functional life. All I could do was rest in bed, go to the bathroom, and see my Primary Care Physician. My PCP was unable to treat me at the level that I needed to function. But she did keep me alive.November 2020 was my first visit with Dr Mirchandani. We worked together for about four months and were able to balance out my meds. I now have some functionality in my life. Im still weak from being in bed so long, and depressed because of the pain, but I feel like Im back in the world of the living.I can survive. I will survive. Thanks to SEVA and Dr Mirchandani for helping me begin to have a life again.

Dr. Merchandani is great. Ive been receiving treatment now for the past 8 months and have had tremendous improvement with my level of pain that I have dealt with over many years. He shows a lot of compassion and listens tentatively to his patients. Im so glad that I was referred to him. I believe his hands are anointed for healing. In June I could barely walk 10 minutes without stopping, now Im walking 3 miles daily. I also want to add that the entire staff is very professional and courteous.

And Its truly taking Its tow it on me mentally, physically spiritually ect... U know yall are doing the best You can by Phone. But at least you could increase the MGS on medication until we can do something else. THIS pandemic has made things so much WORSE 😡😫 And Im perpetually in agony 24hrs a day. Dr. Mirchandani and his staff are awesome! Very patient, caring and concerned about my individual needs. Struggling with anxiety and bipolar depression is very hard and it keeps me from being able to do train procedures. The entire staff took my situation into consideration and made me feel so much better about my struggles.

I went there through a referral from my orthopedic from Texas Bone and Joint to this place which is actually very convenient and close to me. The staff was great , however I had ankle surgery and am non weight baring still and currently in a wheelchair. The doorways were pretty slim and the wheelchair in a very minor way scratched the sides of the trimming on the wall and doorways which I couldn’t help. Dr Mirchandani made a comment to the staff when we left the appt and said “could you please help them out so they don’t scratch my walls” and me and my fiancée told him there’s no way to avoid it with this wheelchair and size of the doorways and Dr Mirchandanis response was “it better not scratch my walls” which made me very uncomfortable in something I have no control over. I let the orthopedic office know what happened and will definitely be reporting this incident cause he clearly cares about his walls rather than someone who’s in pain.

I regret more than anything actually accepting my doctors recommendation to come to this office. The doctor seemed great. However, his staff has been a nightmare. When I called to tell them that I was still in pain after the recommended trigger point injections, which is what I was told to do, I was treated as though I was a drug seeker, even though I specified that I only would consider pain pills as a last resort. Then I wasnt allowed to reschedule an appointment because the guy who answered the phone decided that I didnt need to. He argued with me over whether or not the doctor told me to reschedule. When I told him I didnt want to pay for two separate visits, he said that was the doctors decision, not mine. When I told him I was still in pain, he said every patient is different and I needed to learn to take OTC meds. Everything the doctor told me to do I was not able to do because this man said so, so I was just left in a ton of pain with no help. I will say that the doctor himself apologized for how this man treated me on multiple occasions. However, based on those conversations, I decided that his office just was not going to be a good fit for me purely based on his staff. Now, I just received a bill for $3500 for two small shots in my back because their lab is out of network, and thats who billed my insurance instead of the actual doctor. I told the nurse I didnt want out of network services because I know how these places work, and she assured me that it was all in-network. So, now, Im still in huge amounts of pain and Im out $3500.

Had a trial back stimulator put in that went great, scheduled the permanent one then was rescheduled 3 more times only to find out that the facility wasnt credentialed by Medicare. I was pretty much lied to by everyone there including Dr. Amit Mirchandani. Over a 3 month period I talked to 3 different office managers, 2 of which are no longer there. Very high staff turn over. The billing dept. Emailed me a bill to an unsecured email with all my patient info, ended up filing a HIPPA complaint with Human Health Services. My office visit claims were also coded wrong and were missing a modifier 95 for telemed visits since we were doing the appointments over the phone, which Medicare is looking into. This would have changed the amount I was billed. I also requested my medical records no less than 4 times including from Emily the newest office manager and never received them and she wont return my calls or messages. Avoid this place like the plague.

I’m trying to leave a message. The pain patches that were prescribed for me are going to cost me $177. I can’t afford that per month, with being on Medicare & a fixed income. I was hoping the Dr could give me something different that was less expensive. My pharmacy said neither Medicare or Express Scripts would touch it. I’ve had to make an appointment for 1/21 to go back to see the Dr.

Well I thought I had written a review of this medical practice but it doesn’t seem I did. So apologies if you all can find it when I couldn’t, but here it is. The entire team at Seva is second to none. I’ve struggled with chronic severe back issues for more than 3 decades now and I’ve been through several invasive spine surgeries. While they helped somewhat, they didn’t get me to a level where I was functioning much better than I was before the spine surgeries. Dr Mirchandani and Dr Patel are top notch physicians. They’ve accomplished more in 6 months treating me than all the surgeons and pain management docs before them have collectively achieved. I’m reducing the pain meds that I’ve taken for far too long (7+ years) and while I may never be able to be 100% off them given my spine issues, knowing that I’m taking 1/3 of what I had been is Ins my opinion, incredible progress.One last thing. There are many skilled clinicians in the healthcare field. These two doctors are just two of the best. But beyon clinical expertise, that they have great compassion and caring for their patients and take the time to understand more complex issues is nothing short of incredible given this hurry up world we all live in. These doctors really care about their patients. At least that’s my experience and I doubt I get special treatment that other patients don’t experience.Finally, it’s not just great doctors. The entire team is incredible. Nurses, scheduling folks, front office etc. they are all outstanding. Saying they are world class would not come close to an accurate description but it’s the beat I have.

After years of horrendous pain in my lower back, Dr. Batra, the best vien specialist in Dallas, recommended Dr. Mirchandani at Seva Pain and Wellness. I had a sharp stabbing pain in ny lower vertebrae that I had to put up with for years. After my initial consult, I knew Dr. Mirchandani was a good man and wanted my pain to be gone. I went to their Surgery Center to get 2 injections. The staff was amazing. I really only remember waking up and feeling no pain. For the first time in years, my pain did not control my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Mirchandani to anyone with pain. Their only concern is for you to live a great life free of pain. Thank you to the Doctor and the unbelievable staff.

The office itself is very modern in design, a very safe flow of foot traffic for reducing covid/other exposure to patient. The staff is friendly and Dr. M is very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this provider for TPI and epidural injections. The TPI was performed in office, epidurals administered in adjacent outpatient facility with optional sedation.

This was my second visit to SEVA. The first time Dr.Merchandani gave my 2 shots in the lower part of my back. The constant piercing pain was unbearable. Three months later the pain is still gone. I saw Dr M. Yesterday to get 2 shots in my knees, and within an hour my pain was gone and at 62 years old they feel amazing. His staff is dedicated and professional, and Dr. Mirchandani is the best Doctor in Dallas if you are experiencing pain. He has given me a new outlook on life. Thank you to everyone at SEVA. Amit is a great and talented doctor...but they (SEVA) are unable to help me because of certain circumstances. They were going to refer me, but the other doctor never received my paperwork and I had to do it all myself, which is no big deal but I almost lost my appointment because of it.

I’ve struggled with severe back pain for 3 decades. I’ve had multiple spine surgeries and I’ve still be in pain. Since changing health providers, I finally feel the issues are being addressed Dr Mirchandani and the team at SEVA are outstanding. My pain levels have significantly improved following my spinal stimulator implant and for the first time in 7-8 years I’m mostly off pain meds which has been my goal. Without a proper understanding of my complex issues that Dr M has, this would not be the case. I’m truly grateful.

Dr Merchendani has been absolutely wonderful. he has been nothing like the last pain management place that I was going to which I will review shortly he has a great bedside manner and is very kind and shows so much empathy and listens to me about where my pain is and weve been doing trigger points Im getting ready to do a spinal injection and so far so good. Ive been going to him for a short. Of time but during this time has been much better than even the five years I was with the old pain management I just didnt know how to find a new doctors office and once I found him it has been an absolute miracle solved

I’ve been suffering with chronic lower back pain for over five years. I’ve seen several surgeons, chiropractors and physical therapist over the years. Most say the route cause is unknown or there is nothing that can be done. Although, most focus on flexibility and back muscle strengthening along with pain meds.However, at Seva Pain & Wellness; Dr Amit Mirchandani took the time to discuss, examine and explain my probable causes, as well as the likely root cause / causes. It’s complicated. Then, he prescribed diagnostic & non invasive procedures. I am now on the correct path to getting my pain free life back.In addition, Seva Pain & Wellness updated an existing surgery center in Lewisville, now called the Dallas Procedure Center.Finally, their process for admission, performing the actual procedure and discharge were extremely streamlined, resulting in an 80% reduction of total time spent at the center. Nurses and staff were excellent.I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Seva Pain & Wellness and Dr. Amit Mirchandani for any joint and chronic back pain issues.
