Dr Chang is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had! I’m thankful I heard a friend mention her because I’m very impressed with the amount of training Dr Chang has had and admire her chair side manner. She is very skilled and extremely gentle.The prices at 101 Dental are very reasonable and you are treated like your dental health is very important to her. 2 years ago we moved almost 90 minutes away, but every six months, we make the drive because a great dentist like Dr Chang is worth keeping! You can pay more for dental care in a fancy office with lots of frills if you like, but I don’t think you will find a better, more caring dental professional in all of DFW. Her husband Tony handles the front desk and together they make coming to the dentist a very pleasant experience.

Please dont go there . I have a terrible experience.It took her 5 minutes to clean my teeth and my teeths still have a lot of stuffs on there . I have regular cleaning before and I know how long does it take and how my teeth will look after the cleaning. I just lost $75 cash in 5 minutes. I am going to go to Walmart and buy me tools and clean them myself after the regular cleaning at 101 dentist.And the place is not clean , I can tell from the cover they have on their face.Please dont waste your time , your money.I am extremely unsatisfied with this place and the dentist . That is my truly experience.

Horrible place to visit! They charged me for my daughter’s fillings and charged the insurance as well. Very rude when you ask questions. Told me that my daughter will need local anesthesia, the laughing gas and will be put to sleep while doing filling for her six cavities. I refused fir the two but she insisted on laughing gas and charged me $50 for it. My daughter hated the mask she is 8 and the dentist did it without anything. My daughter was fine. It’s crazy how they just want to make money. I would give them zero stars.

I am from out of town and had to get a filling replaced. I called and they were able to get me in the very next day. They also helped me confirm that my dental work would be covered through my insurance.The staff was friendly at the front. There was absolutely no wait. I filled out my paperwork and was through the door within 5 minutes. Turns out I needed to get 5 fillings instead of just the 1 that I was going in for.The dental assistant would guide me through every step as I went through the process. They also let you know how much the procedure was going to cost firsthand before performing the work! I loved their transparency in this. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She also would explain to me every step of what she was doing before she did it. Again, I appreciated the transparency since this helped guide my expectations in the dental work I was receiving. All-in-all, the work was very thoroughly completed and I feel it was painless and quick.Would highly recommend it! They even give you a goodie bag of items when youre done.

I just moved from Michigan to Lewisville. I called about a retainer because i lost mine. I called to see if they will be able to replace it. The person answered the phone not professionally. Then when she gave the prices for the retainers she sounded irritated. I asked again because i did not here her. She hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else. I called Bliss Orthro in Lewisville and they were very helpful. I will never spend my money on no good customer service.
