Think twice before sending your child here. There is a reason they are cheaper than other centers in the area. You get what you pay for. There is also a reason why they have closed two of the three campuses here (along with another location in FM) while other similar child care centers are completely full. They also have a rotating door for staff which is a BIG red flag. That shows that the directors and management are not capable.

There is a child that continues to hit all the other children (including mine)that attend this facility and no one seems to do anything! The child apparently hits the teachers there as well! Do not bring your children here. Your child will get hurt

When we moved to Lewisville, TX 4 years ago, we had basically moved to unknown territory (at least to my family and I). We had no family in this part of Texas and felt lost. We toured a couple of daycares and the CCY felt just right. We placed our 4 year old daughter there and noticed how quickly she learned from the teachers. The entire staff was always friendly and on top of giving us daily reports. After that year, my child entered public school and we no longer needed the daycare, but fast forward to 5 years later, we were blessed yet with another child. We placed him at the same daycare where his sister attended when he was 6 months old. From birth my son had separation anxiety as most children do, but we never dealt with it before, but the staff at the CCY daycare were always calm and showed my boy all the TLC he needed. He is almost 3 years old today and knows just about everyone at the daycare. We would not be successful with our kids, if it werent for everyone at the CCY. Thank you to the staff for GENUINELY caring for our son!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Children’s Courtyard. My children have both participated in the summer camp program and were always entertained and kept busy. The teachers are engaging and patient even in a setting with a large volume of kids. They were always eager to tell me about my child’s day and my kids came home happy and tired. Will always recommend.

Very disappointed in the way I observed a mother and her child being mistreated at this center. I always witnessed her a being extremely friendly and kind to everyone anytime I was visiting or picking up my grandchild. Today they changed the code and didnt allow her access to the building. Instead of being professional and pulling her into the office to discuss whatever was going on, Carla swung the door open almost hitting the baby in the face!!! Brittany the director told her she couldnt drop of her child. Im not sure whats going on, but what I observed was completely unprofessional on the Staffs part. I hope this young lady files a complaint against this center. If it could happen to her it could happen to any parent. Unacceptable behavior CCY!

This school has many wonderful and smart individuals. The teachers give their all every single day and pour their heart into their students. There is true learning and developing taking place at this school every day. There is a lot of love in this building and its great to watch the many people, parents and students, affected by it!

I have been working here for over a year now and I love helping the children learn. The management here is very welcoming and is very help to me and all the other teachers that work here. Everyone is very friendly and polite and is always there if you have any questions. The workplace is very open and and always there if don’t understand something the management is always up front if any of us teachers need anything. I love working here.

I work at Childrens Courtyard and my daughter has attended there since she was 6 weeks old. As a first time parent having the daycare and its teachers as a resource has been amazing! To me this daycare is special because of the dedicated tenure teachers that have worked for 5 -20 years teaching and caring for children like my own. They trully focus on education and child development. If you want your child to respect others, think for themselves, and enjoy being a learner then this is the place for you.

I will not go too far into detail about this, but if you receive a start date and are told that you are hired, assume that you are not. If this is the lack of respect with which you treat (no longer) future staff, I can only imagine how this business treats children.I cancelled 2 job interviews that could have actually hired me.

My daughter attended Preschool and APK at this location and I am so proud to say that she went into kindergarten more than prepared. She started kindergarten writing full complete sentences and beginning to read. The teachers and staff became a part of our family and although she only returns to attend Summer Camp in the School Age program, she just picks up where she left off. She is still welcomed with open arms.

I searched and debated for a long time when it came to childcare. This place has exceeded all of my expectations, has accommodated to all of our needs, and has been very helpful and understanding. My son is in the infant/toddler building and every single teacher Ive had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with is amazing. If for any reason we would have to take him out of daycare, we would 100% bring him back without any second though. I want to thank everyone there for the amazing job they do taking care of and teaching children for a living. People like yall arent appreciated enough. And every one of you deserves to be appreciated and rewarded for what you do every day for those of us working to support our families. Every one of you is like an extended family and I feel that way every single day i come in to bring him in or take home .

My daughter has been attending this day care since she was 3 months old. She is happy to see her teachers each morning when I drop her off, which provides great comfort for me. She is generally happy throughout the day from what I can see on Watch Me Grow video system. I can see the love the teachers have for her first hand even though I am not there. I am overall happy with this location and even though there may be more affordable options for childcare, we choose to keep her at CCY #3015 because of the quality care and genuine love the staff shows for her.

Reposted due to management having honest review about our experience at their center deleted. Unfortunately deceptive business practices as such; are illegal and violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act. It also interferes with parents/consumers right to make an Informed decision before engaging with any operating business. I will not be silenced about the negligent care my daughter experienced at this center. Parents beware of this daycare deleting reviews in an attempt to conceal negative experiences. This is ILLEGAL! and I will be reporting every review you delete. This daycare discriminated against my special needs daughter. She was served cold food, and though the daycare was aware of her feeding disorder, instead of encouraging her to eat, or at least the bare minimum of redirecting her back to the table with the other kids, Ms. Lindsey would give her toys and put her in a corner so she wouldnt have to be bothered. Thus causing my child to lose significant amounts of weight, fall behind on her growth curve, and setting unhealthy meal time expectations that she didnt have to eat. This daycare has allowed the teachers to adapt a babysitter mindset, and abandon the teacher expectations. As long as the child isnt bothering them, or making them work, allow the kids to do what they want. It is very unfortunate. Too many times my child wasnt served snack from home. It magically disappeared. They lost my daughters EpiPen and allowed her to attend for MONTHS before bringing it to my attention. Imagine if my child wouldve ingested something shes severely allergic to? How would they have saved her life!! To be made a mockery of by the District Manager Ryan who Snidely told me I shouldve called licensing when they lost the EpiPen. This daycare lacks the compassion and advocacy for children that any childcare center should have before being allowed to care for innocent children. This daycare wrote an incident report on my 2 year old because she was squirming when the teacher tried to put her shoe on causing the teacher to twist her hand. Now the teacher is walking around in a cast and arm sling stating shes in too much pain to change diapers. A 27 pound child caused your hand that much damage?? Its comical. This is the same teacher who had to be removed from the toddler classroom and made a floater because she was overwhelmed you then make her a lead teacher in Early preschool where the ratios are even higher? Where the kids need more supervision? How irresponsible is that. I will not allow her to use my child for her workmans comp scheme. I was watching the camera during this incident and nothing my TODDLER did wouldve caused any kind of injury. Potential parents find a daycare where the teachers dont expect to sit all day, not address parent concerns and feel threatened when a parent challenges or disagrees with a decision. Teachers who engage with the children and have a passion for teaching. Parents of children with special needs , parents of children with different ethnic backgrounds go where youre child is CELEBRATED NOT TOLERATED. If you were also discriminated against by this daycare, please reach out to me. I will not allow this to happen to another parent!

My daughter has been attending school here since she was about 3 months old. Shes going on 9 months now, and we love it just as much as we did when we started. Her teachers have become like family to her, and she smiles and gets very excited when I drop her off in the mornings. Majority of the staff has been at the school for a long time, in fact her teacher has been there upwards of twenty years. Ive also met some families whos children have attended here since they were infants and now they are in the after school elementary program. Every time we come in the building were greeted with a smile by everyone we walk past, sometimes even other parents. The management staff is also very welcoming and friendly. We havent had any issues since weve been here, and we hope to stay for as long as possible!

This place is a joke. The only saving grace is the teachers...most of them anyway. They boast having a lower ratio than the state minimum but I have picked my son up and many times seen SWARMS of students and the poor teachers doing everything they can to do their jobs. We pay a bit extra because we were SOLD on the Childrens Courtyard, but I am not paying hundreds of dollars a week to have my son squeezed into an already over burdoned class so the school can make a profit. Please look else where for your child care needs. We are.

Rude Rude Rude.... removed my grandson from this place and even filed a report with the state. My grandson came home dirty, wet, they were even reporting things about him when he wasn’t even here. Had a run with them after they placed him in the group with other children. When i tried to confront the teacher they stated that she wasn’t able to speak with the parents due to a health reason. Had I know she had a health issue that would not allow her to speak with the parents I would not have never recommended my grandson to attend this daycare facility. They’re liars especially Carla and their prejudice!

Stay away from this place. Not a very good place for kids. Kids come home dirty. Teachers dont care or communicate if your kids gets hurt. Everything is about money.
