Weve been in Texas with the The Learning Experience Castle Hills for almost 4 months now. My Teddy was 19 months and never been in daycare or even around many people due to the fear of Covid. So, with the relocation to Texas and starting daycare I had a lot of anxiety and paranoia on the care and safety of my son. The Learning Experience staff has really made our transition easier and definitely has provided me with the comfort in knowing my son is safe and well taken care of while Im at work. I expressed all my concerns prior to his start date and everyone has been very understanding and cooperative. There were some small communication updates concerns I had in the beginning, but I also expressed those concerns and a huge improvement on daily updates have been made. My daily updates and photos definitely make my day easier knowing my son is eating well and enjoying his daily activities. Ive also seen a lot of growth improvement in my sons motor, comprehension, and listening skills. Overall, Im thankful for the genuine care my son is receiving from the caring staff. I definitely highly recommend The Learning Experience - Castle Hills.

Our little guy has been attending The Learning Experience at Castle Hills since he was just over 2 months old. As someone with an Early Learning degree and background, my expectations were set pretty high from the beginning. While we could tell that our son was happy, the first few months we felt as though we werent getting enough communication from his teachers. Is he eating enough, should we send more food, why were his clothes changed...all were common questions we had. We realize that a lot of these issues are due to the fact that we are dropping off and pick up at the front and not having direct contact each day with his teachers, but trying to bridge that gap was sometimes very tiresome. I also wish the app allowed better communication with the teachers. We have noticed a lag in what should be real-time updates in the app and some inconsistencies when his feeding amounts are recorded. I will say that the administrative staff at TLE has really been great about hearing all of our concerns, and I can say that there have been great strides towards improvement in communication. We can also tell that our son genuinely loves it here. He always has a big smile on his face. I’m giving four stars because we feel improvements continue to be made and our concerns are heard. As first time parents, we just want to know he is safe, well cared for, learning, and having fun.

My daughter has been going to TLE Castle Hills for a few months now and she LOVES it. She wishes she could go 7 days a week. She stopped crying at drop off after the first day because they did such a great job at making her and us feel comfortable. When I get pictures of her smiling from ear-to-ear throughout the day, it makes me feel SO good about my decision to send her to TLE. There are minor things that have room for improvement that are related to updates in the app. I also cant wait for the day we can go in and pick our daughter up and interact with her teachers - however, I do understand there are protocols in place for the safety of the children. Even with minimal interaction with the staff, I can tell she has a special bond with her teachers. Overall, I am very happy with TLE CH. As long as my daughter is happy, this mama is happy.

I will say as a first time mother it is amazing how much your child advances in daycare. Once we enrolled our daughter into The learning experience, we noticed a huge changein linguistics. Each day she comes home knowing a new word. I had reached out to some of the mom groups I am apart of and this was one of the top choices. The curriculum is great and the teachers are caring. I personally love that they have a splash pad and that the outdoor play areas are turf. I only am giving 4 stars because some days you get 3 photos and lots of updates and other days you get 1 photo and minimal information on what your child did that day. This will happen with any darecare however, and I understand that things can get busy at times.

My daughter was here for only one year, and we loved it so much. My daughter has learned so much the one year with them. I really liked that they taught them sign language. I did wish they taught them Spanish though. The staff is great! Nicole, Brooke and Ashley are so sweet and felt they really did a good job caring for my child. There were only a few times early on where my daughter had a rash due to possibly sitting in her diaper a little longer than need be, but once I let them know my concerns they were on it and didnt have any problems. We were very sad to pull my daughter out, we really did not want to, but they do not accept childcare services although I wish they did or at least some kind of limit on how many they can accept. I would recommend this place to anyone for their child.

Choosing to move our son to The Learning Experience - Castle Hills was the best decision we’ve ever made. They are responsive, caring, always upbeat, reliable and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. When I bring up concerns, they make sure I am at ease before the day even comes to an end. They love our son dearly and I know this because he talks about them at home, with a huge smile on his face. I feel confident he is in the best care here and look forward to having all of our children attend when that time comes. We have found our forever daycare home. Thank you for all you do!

My son has attended the Castle Hills location ever since he was 3 months old. I absolutely LOVED Mrs. Ruby in the Infant A class. She was very attentive to my son and notified me of any concerns she had. She also ensured he was hitting every milestone he needed to progress to the next class. Now he is in the Toddler class with Mrs. Bethany. He loves his teachers. The management team is AMAZING. Mrs. Brooke, Mrs. Nicole, Mrs. B, and Mrs. Ashley are personable and truly care about the well-being of your child. Over the past couple of years we have developed a great relationship with each of them. I can truly see that my son enjoys his time there. When I pick him up he always has a smile on his face, and I love how much he interacts with management and his teachers. Highly recommend this daycare center.

My daughter has been going to this location for about an year now. The entire staff (Mrs B, Nicole and Ashley) is amazing and they have great protocols in place during Covid. I highly recommend this location and staff is friendly, professional and very easy to communicate with regarding all matters. I personally wouldnt send my daughter anywhere else.

The staff at TLE-Castle Hills are all amazing! My oldest daughter started going here since they opened, she has graduated, but truly enjoyed all the after school programs and summer camp activities they offer. My youngest has been here since he turned 3 months; as soon as he gets off the car he is excited to see the teachers greeting him In the entrance. I love how the whole staff goes above and beyond, glad to be part of the TLE family.

This was my sons first time going to daycare and I was so worried, but he LOVES it and so do I. I love how on the second day everyone already knew my sons name. After about a 2 weeks of being there, he stopped crying at drop off and would run in and was ready for the day! Although I haven’t had a chance to really meet and engage w/ his actual teacher Mrs. Ashley (Curriculum Director) is AMAZING! She so sweet and answers in questions and concerns I may have. I wouldn’t want my son anywhere else :)

TLE-Castle Hills is one of the best daycare centers out there. I was a little hesitant to switch my child’s daycare provider, but I am glad I did. The transition was great. The staff welcomed my child with open arms. My child absolutely loves the staff and her friends. Her development has been amazing, the staff and teachers make it their priority to put my child’s needs first. We have been with the TLE family for almost a year now, and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. If you are parent who is looking for a great place...family for your child this is the place. The teachers and staff make it their priority to help your child succeed.

Due to the nature of my occupation, we are constantly moving and in transitional phases, especially with our children’s schools. Recently, while in between assignments, we enrolled our daughter in Pre-K @ TLE Castle Hills, TX. Even though the staff knew that we would only be there for 3-4 months, everyone treated us as if our daughter had been enrolled for years prior and would continue to be attending for years to come. I cannot say enough positive things about TLE Castle Hills! Our daughter Myka truly loves going to school every day and that gives me the peace of mind I need to focus at work. We had a very negative experience at her pervious daycare, so TLE was our saving grace! I was so nervous about the transition, especially after having a bad experience at another daycare, but they listened to all my concerns and really made me feel comfortable. It feels so good to trust that your child is in good hands!

I wished I didn’t send my kids to this daycare. They always pretend to take care of the kids though when u leave the kids for the day, the staff is mean to them. My kids tell me now how unkind the teachers were to them. My kids got seriously hurt here a couple of times and I regret not sending my kids to a Montessori instead of this place where actually the learning was none as well.

I love the staff! As a first time mom I had a lot of questions when my boy first started and they always remained professional and answered all my concerns with a smile.

My daughter has been attending The Learning Experience Castle Hills for the last 10 months. She started with the program in the Toddlers classroom and then promoted into the Twaddlers program. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the TLE team members that make up her school family. Every team member in the school knows my daughter by name and she clearly loves many of them. She hugs them, blows them kisses, and says bye! to more people than I can count when I drop her off in the morning or come and pick her up at night. Ms. Jessica, the Twaddlers teacher, is nothing short of phenomenal. I love the thoughtful activities she plans for the children to participate in, the way she entreats each child on such a personal level, and the true love she displays on a daily basis. My daughter speaks of her frequently at home telling me how much she loves her and things they do together in their class each day. I am also amazed at how quickly she helped to potty train in her class. In less than three weeks she was in panties and sleeping through the night without accidents! My daughters verbal skills are constantly expanding and she comes home talking about things she is learning through their monthly themed curriculum and with the cutest art projects. I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a family feel with a professional curriculum and true academic learning going on!

We love this school and the staff here. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our family and we are seeing great progress in our son since he has started here at the school....he is learning a lot and he comes home very happy.. the only problem we had with them earlier was that we are a vegetarian family and their menu was not very good for vegetarian students. but they have fixed it now and it is much better for us.

I am a super picky and hands on mom🤗who has had some bad experiences with childcare for my kids. However, the moment I spoke to Katie the director on the phone I told my husband we had to go for a tour!! The facility is clean and beautiful. My kids love it at bubbles!!! (That’s what my 3 year old calls it!) we had a ruff transition for my youngest who hadn’t been in school for over a year but everyone worked with him and me to make it as easy for him as could be! (Their were a lot of bumps along the way that I thought it wasn’t going to work..) well about a month in my son was a different kid their and they were able to see the sweet kid that I got at home! My oldest is thriving and loves his teacher! I love the staff and my kids love the staff and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to send my kids where I know they are loved and safe while I’m at work!! Thank you TLE for EVERYTHING!!!

Awesome experience! Staff is great. Director is great. They are always responsive even with the smallest questions and/or comments. If I my child needs extra attention in a particular area, they will follow up!

My little one attended the past 2 years and recently graduated pre-school. Weve had a great experience with the teachers and staff. The owner is very involved and the teachers that weve had really care about the children. They learn so much in a fun and safe environment. I feel that he is very prepared to start kindergarten this August. Thanks TLE!

This school is nothing short of amazing. My children switched about a month ago and they LOVE going to school now. I cant say enough good things about how caring the teachers are...& the new director is phenomenal as well. Thank you TLE for loving and teaching my children so much while Im at work!

We toured several places for my little one, and were driving by and decided to check out this school. It is a brand new facility and is absolutely gorgeous inside, we loved the Director and Assistant Director we met...They walked us through the curriculum in detail and we were very impressed with all the things they had to offer. We have been to so many childcare locations as we are trying to make this decision but we were sold on this school...the indoor playground is cute and the curriculum seems to be really top notch and is a lot more detailed than a lot of the other schools we checked out. We enrolled here immediately and are so happy with our decision!

We moved to the Dallas area in 2017. At the time my wife was staying at home with our youngest child. In 2018 she was offered a job that she just could not turn down. So the search was on for a pre-school that we would trust to care for our daughter. T.L.E. Castle Hills was a god send for us. Our daughter is being cared for and prepared on an amazing level for when she starts kindergarten. She is being taught Spanish, (more than I know already) Lol, learning sign language, how to make good choices, Etc. The every day curriculum is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. They only have healthy food choices on their menu, but of course have treats for the kiddos, which they earn. Our daughter loves all of her teachers. She wakes up everyday excited to go to school. Thank you Miss Nicole and staff for making me comfortable everyday, knowing my child is safe and happy!!

Very kind, professional staff. The Learning Experience took such great care of our daughter for years, and she really grew and learned so much in her time there. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. You will be in very good hands with Sakina and her team.

This school has got to be by far the most unorganized, unprofessional school a child could ever attend. My child came home sunburned because the teacher said it wasnt hot outside so she did not apply his sunscreen. My child was unable to attend the pre k graduation due to not paying a 50 dollar fee on top of the high weekly cost and the bi annual dues for supplies. They accused my child of losing his blanket (mind you he was 3) for nap time and surprised they found the next day. They chastised my child (and didnt even speak to me about it until my child told me about the incident) for bringing a toy to school when he was told to bring something that keeps him safe and he brought one of his toy police cars but apparently that was not appropriate. Communication between parents and teachers and staff is non existent and they do not work with the parents at all! I would never recommend this daycare to anyone!

Over all was decent.... BUT 1 NO NO NO for us.During tour, one of the staff in infant / toddler room was giving kisses to the babies was a BIG NO for me.Alarming Fact: Your Kiss Can Hurt a Baby*Only reason I choose not to send my baby to TLE castle hills.

This was my daughters 1st week @ The Learning Experience. We toured the school several weeks ago and were extremely happy with the team we met. But were still skeptical since its a brand new school and my daughter loved the school we were at previously...but we had to move her since we moved to the Castle Hills area...so obviously this was going to be a very tough transition for her and for us...but the TLE team really worked hard and went out of the way to make us comfortable on our first day there...when we were dropping her off, she refused to let go...but the Director came forward and sang to her, till she leaped out of our arms towards her...this gave me some comfort in knowing that the teachers as well as the Director was going to be taking care of her...they called me twice on her first day to give me some updates on her progress and how she was doing...I have never received such attention and focus during what was obviously an emotional transition for our entire family. To some extent it helps that they are a new school and have fewer kids at this time, which means my child gets a lot more attention than other places which are packed...all in all by the time we picked her up, she was having a great time and the drop off on our second day was much easier....a big shout out to the entire team at TLE for making this a wonderful experience for our family.

The Learning Experience in Lewisville is one of the few places I’ve found that really cares about the well-being of our children. After visiting several places to send my infant, TLE stood out as a place that is hands-on through all developmental milestones, and goes above and beyond in ensuring that each child is cared for according to his/her preferences and personality. It’s not a ‘one size fits all’ place where they merely babysit; staff and caregivers get to know each child and provide the appropriate care based on his/her needs. As a first-time mom, I was extra scared and skeptical about daycares, and from the moment I stepped into TLE I knew this was going to be my baby’s ‘home away from home’, and all my skepticism melted away. I encourage anyone who is looking for childcare to visit this location; so far, it’s the best decision I’ve made for my child.

Amazing school.. my daughter cries every time I drop her off in her old school. But to my big surprise, she loves TLE ..no more early morning drop off cry , she now says byeeeee with a smile on her face every morning in TLE. Always happy to go to School now .. teachers are great, they give all children great attention and the director Miss Katie is Amazing.. I feel relaxed knowing my child is secured and safe while I work. Great jobs guys!👍🏼

My daughter started with this TLE in November 2016 and they were still relatively new, but we could not be any happier with this school. The Director Ms. Katie and the entire staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, they are very warm and caring with our family. They have also been incredibly patient with us! My daughter has learned so much in such a short time span, its impressive. When she started she was not potty trained, and she did not have much of a schedule. Its been 7 months and what a world of difference! She is now fully potty trained, and getting ready to graduate to the preschool class, loves playing with other children and on a great schedule. She is learning sign language and a little bit of reading which I am so proud of. This school has been so amazing not only our daughter but also for us as parents, and every morning we are secure in the knowledge that we have dropped her off at a place that is loving and caring. Thank you TLE Castle Hills for everything you do!

Ok Im not sure whats going on with the review below from Lisa. However my experience has been much different so far, the main thing I look for in a daycare is if they truly care about my child and I feel here they do. My son (Brayden) is 2 years old and loves his class! Yes things arent going to be perfect and it would be nice to have license teachers, however I feel the staff truly cares about what they are teaching. And you cant have a licensed teacher care more than an un licensed one.. as for the bumps and bruises.. kids are going to hurt themselves especially mine hes 2! However, I never have the thought of someone not watching him or leaving him unattended.. (and what piercings??) anyways I just know things happen. Also, I am a clean freak! So to read something about unsanitary stuff at this daycare just cant be true! Every time I walk in that place its spotless and his room is always clean even by the end of the day and hes in the toddler class! so Im not sure where that comment from (Lisa) is coming from.. I just know I havent seen it for myself..everyone is entitled to their opinion though I just know for me, at the end of the day my son comes home happy after leaving here. I think its a good daycare for what its worth, and would recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love this facility and staff. From the moment we walked in for a tour ALL our needs and wants were all checked off. We first came across this facility after the TLE off 407 had delayed their opening and we were desperately needing to find a new place since I needed to return to work from maternity leave. I had an 8 week old and a 16 month old at the time so it was very stressful finding a place last minute within our budget. From the moment we had our initial tour, I felt secure in leaving our children there. The facility has always been clean, neat, and safe. I completely trusted the staff with my newborn & my 16 month old had no problems transitioning here.This facility is also breastmilk friendly, which was one of my major needsand I was even able to come by and feed my newborn during my lunch break or drop off more milk if needed. (They undoubtedly made it easier to achieve my 1 yr breastfeeding mark with my little one!)Everytime I came unannounced, there were never any issues or unexpected surprises.They are also very attentive when it comes to your childs health and I love that they keep me up to date if they notice something off about my children.Its now almost a year later and I can definitely tell how happy my kids are here. My (now) 2yr old is learning so much. He is recognizing numbers, letters, colors and has an extensive vocabulary. My 1 yr old enjoys the attention and affection from all the wonderful staff and his motor skills are impressive for his age. I have no doubt that they are leading him to have the best head start in life!TLE has the ability to mix learning and fun that goes well above & beyond expectation. If you want your children to have an enriched curriculum while still encouraging their imagination, this is the place to go!

Play is really the work of childhood. -Mr. RogersOur 1-year-old Reza goes to work everyday. At least this is what it feels like since he started at The Learning Experience Castle Hills! It has been a distinct privilege to be a part of The Learning Experience Castle Hills family since they opened their doors. I can only give the highest of recommendations to all of the teachers and administrators here (Chris, Arcelee, Amber, Brittany and Audrey)! The Learning Experience Castle Hills runs a tight ship where everything is organized, the curriculum is scheduled to the minute, and there is a constant awareness of how your child is developing. I truly feel like Reza has 5 extra mothers now! He excitedly gets ready every morning and runs to the door so he can go see his teacher and classmates. We have seen a dramatic improvement in his knowledge base and social intelligence. The Learning Experience Castle Hills has been an invaluable addition to our neighborhood. They have provided Reza with world-class early childhood education at an affordable price. Reza and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
