We love ProKids! The doctors and staff are great! My 2 year olds love going to the doctor, imagine that!

I have been bringing my children to this practice for 14 years and I have been very happy with all the practitioners as well as the front desk staff. Great hours of availability to see patients.

If I could give zero stars i would. I took my daughter to pro kids , our dr for the past 5 years , she had an earring embedded in her ear. The dr looked at her and said we need a plastic surgeon. On the way home I decided to try another dr. Went to stony brook in bellport. They took her in immediately and took the earring out. Stony brook then called us twice to see how our daughter was doing and they didnt charge. Pro kids , our dr didnt call but they were quick to charge our insurance company 211$ pro kids is great at billing. We will be taking our kid to stony brook from now on. Shame

Every experience here has been a good one. The doctors and staff have been great with our son since birth. They truly care about their patients and the parents. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and explain to make sure you as the parent understand everything.

Very dissatisfied with response time when asking for doctor call consultation, requesting medication refills, and online patient/doctor communication. It takes over 72 hrs for doctors to return calls if they do at all. Every time weve requested a medication refill, we have had to call 2 times and my childs medication runs out. Totally unacceptable! Two instances we were refused medication refills because the person returning the call said we hadnt been in the office to review the medication in over 6 months, when we had visited the week prior. Another occasion we were given the wrong dosage on his controlled substance medication 3 times! Each time we paid the pharmacy (having faith in our medical professionals) and had to dispose of this medication before receiving the correct medication! We thought the issue was just with one doctor not updating his records so we requested to switch to a different provider. After 3 requests, the first provider HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED in our file. We still have the same problem getting medication refills with the new provider. As for the online communication, the new provider advised us to stop giving paper Vanderbilt assessments to teachers for medication review and go digital. The Allied health medical app. Doesnt work and tech. Reps havent returned calls. Thank goodness we are a military family and arent stuck here. My family deserves pediatrician who care about their health.

I cant say enough good things about this practice! They are absolutely wonderful. They are caring and compassionate and everything that pediatricians should be!

We love Dr Khan he is excellent with our boys and our newborn. Weve been going here since 2012, I would definitely recommend prokids.

We are beyond happy with the medical treatment and child development advice of this practice. We have regularly seen all of the physicians, and although they are all outstanding, Dr. Miner is our favorite. He went out of his way to treat our baby after office hours and during a holiday, and that shows how much he cares about the children. We highly recommend this practice to any and all parents who want the best quality care for their little ones!

Pro kids is a wonderful, caring practice. We choose to stay with them even after moving further away because theyre so amazing. Dr. Miner is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, as are all the doctors. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions and concerns. They are always available for sick appointments- we absolutely love this practice!

They are listed under Healthfirst and were even assigned as my childs Pediatric Dr by their insurance. I called to schedule an appt and at first the lady seemed very pleasant ready to make an appt. Then I mentioned what type of insurance we had and the ladies whole demeanor changed... Its safe to say everything happens for a reason and we found another pediatric dr in the area!

Both my children have gone to pro kids since birth.Over the past 20+ years they have been incredible.Anytime I had a problem or issue with something like wait time, it seemed they really addressed my concern before the next visit.I absolutely recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician

Both my daughter and son go to Prokids since they were babies, they are teens now we still go here. We travel from Queens to here because the wait time is less than the wait time in most the Queens doctor office and the staffs, nurses, doctors are awesome. Staffs and nurses are friendly, doctors are professional and spent time to diagnosis and they really find the right problem and give right treatment, it is wroth the drive to our family to visit the doctors here!!!

We have been going to this facility for a little over 18 months since my last daughter was born, I fell in love with Dr. Khan, hes so caring, so nice and so down to earth with kids; I always try to request him whenever I am booking an appointment for the kids. The only reason I give 4 stars is for everything else. One of the things that bugs me a lot is the fact that even if you get there earlier than your appointment time they will not take you in until after your appt time, but they are very flexible with appts and never turn you away, especially for their Sunday emergency hours.

Amazing Customer Service and the pediatricians are very professional, very knowledgeable of everything and very special with the kids my family is very happy to have a place like this where you know you can trust bringing your kids, thank you Prokids for the amazing and excellent work all your staff are doing

I could not disagree more with the post below mine. I take both of my daughters to ProKids and truly appreciate Dr. Miner and the way he will take the time to fully explain every minor detail to my wife and I. All of the doctors do a great job in this office from my own experiences.

Having a baby is by far the most beautiful and scariest experience. We heard about dr. Miner and made an appointment to meet with him, from the moment we went there the facilities were very kid friendly, but our experience with dr. Minor couldnt have been any greater ,he is an outstanding pediatrician very knowledgeable about every aspect of Your childs development, hes always available very understanding to our concerns and walks us through every step. I normally do not write reviews but when it comes to your child I felt it was important to write this Dr.Miner is by far the best choice we could have made for a son and his health care, and development we highly recommend Dr Miner to be your pediatrician. We thank god we found him.

I met the doctors in this office 6 years ago before my son was born.The girls at the desk are great they really care about the kids.We love Dr.Kahn He has a really great way with the kids like there his friends.Dr Capone is wonderful she always helps and gives you advice.Dr.Miner is a great doctor he always tells you a lot of information.I love taking my children to his office.If your child is sick they always get you in.They treat you like family.

This is a nice place but, I had to give it one star because of Dr. Miner. The guy is very rude and especially to his own staff; he acts this way out loud and in the presence of children patients and their parents. On 3 separate occasions Ive witnessed him being verbally abusive of the staff; Im unsure if its old age or if hes one of those asses who thinks hes better than those people because hes a doctor. Its not right and his behavior should not be accepted. Have also heard him being rude to patients parents as well. Should not support this office.

Dr Minor is great and takes his time with his patients and parents.
