Their COVID-19 protocols are absolutely unethical, and in my opinion break the physician code of ethics. They turn away their old patients if they say they are COVID positive.They offered no advice, referral or help navigating the situation just: “were not interested in seeing you anymore”.If this isnt illegal, its immoral. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and any other healthcare watchdogs I can find.Am stunned and disgusted to say the least.

My kids have been coming here for the past 9 years. Great doctors Dr A. And Dr Lisa. Very accommodating with the appointments when my kids are sick.

Very poor. My autistic son was a patient since birth. After turning 16 I received a call to confirm insurance. I have great coverage never turned down. Gold insurance. They told me they dont accept and bailed. I called insurance and they told me they are in plan. Called back and verbally abused by staff. Realized they are sinking and bailed to a great doctor same area. When I tried to get his history was abused by staff. Wants me to pay for records after they dumped me. I went there and blew up and they relented. A disgrace. New doctor said many bailing and has no idea what happened. All calls to Dr. A never returned. Quality after 16 years with a special needs child. Here is my take: STAY AWAY. New office staff buried practice. They are poor. No child should have to deal with this neglect.

Horrible staff. They dont keep accurate records of immunization. They flat out lied about whether they had shots available for our son. They schedule appointments without being able to provide the service when you are there. Avoid this Pediatrician at all costs.
