I recently was examined by Dr. Jason Bart at Ultra Vision Optical and was so pleased with my experience there. I don’t often write reviews but this visit left me so impressed that I had to share. The office has really good covid protocols. There is a station as soon as you walk in to make sure you sanitize your hands and have your temperature taken. I didn’t have to wait and had the most thorough examination I’ve ever had. Dr. Bart took the time to explain my various test results and answer my questions. After the examination, the staff helped me choose frames for my new glasses. They have a great selection with a good range of designers from high end to more cost friendly options. The staff was so patient and helpful when I had a hard time choosing between styles.I finally chose frames that I love and are perfect for my needs. I highly recommend Ultra Vision Optical.

Dr Bart will go above and beyond to make sure you see clearly, remember part of seeing clearly is up to you, make sure you pay attention when he is passing those different lenses past your eyes because this is the make or break with your lenses. I also drove the ladies in the office with my insurance haha sry ladies. One last thing glasses are expensive so he prepared.

I had my first visit at Ultra Vision Optical this week since they accept my VSP insurance. I was really impressed how professional Dr. Bart and his staff were. They answered all of my questions and Dawn was so pleasant and patient by helping me pick out frames. I was surprised at how thorough my eye exam was and all the updated technology the office has. My first experience with this doctor everything seemed fine until after paid for and I received my glasses. I paid what was due at the time but received a phone call a week later from the office from the receptionist telling me I owe and additional cost on top of what I paid. I didnt really think twice about this until my father got the same phone call except he was asked to pay a ridiculous amount more then what I had to. Because these costs were vaguely explained, this doctor lost a family of 5 as patients.

My daughter recently started having trouble with her eyes last year and I began searching for an eye doctor. Dr. Bart came highly recommended to me from some friends. Since I do not wear glasses I was at a loss as to where to take her. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Bart was very thorough, explained everything as he went through the exams and then the ladies behind the counter helped us pick out the perfect glasses for my daughter. We couldn’t be happier with Ultra Vision. Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with and extremely helpful. Fast forward to this years exam & once again we were not disappointed and I know I will be going to Dr. Bart for myself when my eyes finally start to go! 👓

First time here and Dr and whole staff wonderful. Last year was my first time getting reading glasses. Tried somewhere closer to house - mistake. Dr Bart confirmed what I always felt, that they just werent right. Too strong. Just picked up new glasses and they are Perfect! Highly recommend to newbies like me, he takes his time and does it right.

Dr. Bart and staff at Ultra Vision were beyond patient and couldnt have been nicer as my 5 year old tried on what seemed like every single pair of glasses he could reach. They were also very knowledgable. An all around great experience. Well be back!

I very rarely review places but wow this was the last straw. Literally SO nasty every time I come here. The ‘dried up middle aged lady crew’ that work the front desk are all so incredibly rude. Constantly interrupts while your talking, never offers a friendly greeting as you come in/call, never smile, and all of them are like that. I’m assuming their Dr. Bart’s family members, which they always say don’t mix professional life and family and boy that could not be more true. I called today after avoiding this place for literally two years because my glasses broke and needed an eye exam so I figured I’d give them another shot, well I didn’t even get through my sentence when the nasty old lady on the phone interrupts me to tell me Dr. Bart is on vacation. I understand he’s away that’s fine but the lack of customer service is abhorrent. She could have said, “Oh I’m so sorry to interrupt and disappointment you but he’s away this week and will not be back until the following week, but we can set something up for then if you’d like.” Oh but of course she didn’t say that, “um yea well he’s on vacation so you can’t get an exam and we are backed up with appointments.” I said, “Oh ok well when does he return?” “Ugh I dont have anything until next Thursday.” And then I said, “No thank you but-,” and as I’m saying that she hangs up on me! No apology no sincerity in her voice whatsoever. I have been coming here since High School out of convenience and that it was my family’s doctor, but even they stopped coming here because of the beyond rude women that run the front desk and all the appointments. I will absolutely never return again. Dr. Bart himself is not the most personable man either but he’s extremely courteous and professional compared to the rest of his staff. I urge everyone to go literally anywhere else but here.

Dr. Bart has been my optometrist since 2007. I have found Dr. Bart to be extremely knowledgable and accessible. I am able to get appointments easily and am able to just walk in to have my frames adjusted when they inevitably stretch out. Dr. Bart is up to date with the latest technology and has a great selections of frames in store. His staff is always kind, accommodating and helpful. When I became suddenly ill in 2013, with what was later diagnosed as a neurological disease that effected my vision, Dr. Bart and his staff where instrumental in my care and eventually my diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Bart now cares for my entire family including my three children ages 11, 8, and 7. I would highly recommend Dr. Bart to anyone looking for the highest level of eye care.

My family and I have been patients of Ultra Vision for over 15 years ( when his father pended the practice)In between we briefly changed to another optometrist in the area and immediately switched back to Jason Bart. The service elsewhere didnt even compare to the amazing service that we got at Ultra Vision. The eye exams and prescriptions are always so thorough and accurate. Jason always explains his testing in great detail and treats us as if we were family. Also, the prices of the glasses are extremely reasonable and the styles are always up to date. The sales people are so friendly and genuinely want to help you instead of just getting the sale. We love it here and would recommended Dr.Bart to anyone who is looking for an optometrist that they can trust!

100% this is the eye doctor to go to. I have been a patient with Dr.Bart for a few years now. If/When I had any issues Dr.Bart and his staff accommodated my family and I right away. Dr.Bart doesnt rush you in and out his office. He always walks you through the examine and any questions he is more than happy to answer them for you. Dr.Bart is kid friendly as well. My kids love coming to his office and so do I.

Dr. Bart and his wonderful staff were great. I had a very thorough eye exam, got new glasses and contacts. Dr. Bart took his time during the exam and patiently explained everything in the pictures from the eye mapping camera. After trying several of the chain optical centers where service is sometimes indifferent, I am happy to now have a local eye doctor where I can be sure of excellent and friendly service for years to come.

Went to Dr. Bart today as an emergency patient. I scratch my Cornea with my contacts. He took me right away. I was just there last week with my daughter. He is a great doctor and really cares about your eyes. That’s for getting rid of that awful pain!!

Dr Bart is in one word amazing easy to talk to and very through with his research to make sure my eye health is as close to great as possible he also went thru how I can maintain my vision he explains the whole process in detail so I could understand what his diagnosis is .i just received my eyeglasses and couldn’t believe how much better I am able to see

Honestly, I love this place. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite, and Dr. Bart was just as great. The price of my contacts was also much lower than I expected and they sent me home with a goodie bag full of free stuff. Ill definitely be back again!

I visited the office in September when I had Medicaid insurance, and I had just purchased new glasses from Target prior to my visit. I was informed my Dr. Bart that my vision did not change, so I was told I did not need to order new glasses, and that I can come in whenever to get them, as a backup pair. Well I had gotten sick and was in the hospital for about 2 weeks, and have been following up with doctors and being a single mother with no help at the same time. I called the office and left a message for the office manager to call me back because my glasses broke and I now can not see without them. Upone speaking to someone in the office today who was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I was informed that I now have to go through my new insurance company if I want new glasses, when that is not what I was told. I was told that I can come back whenever and get them. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN... Which is such a shame because Dr. Bart is a great doctor and I was comfortable with him, until his staff was so rude and I was lied to. Shame on you...

My father, brother, and myself are all customers here at Ultra Vision. The selection of frames are very limited so I decided to add my new lenses to my old frames that I purchased at ULTRA VISION. DR. BART BROKE them and they wouldnt replace my glasses without a charge!! They offered me cheap transparent plastic frames or I pay out of pocket for a different frame! Terrible customer service and will NEVER come here again!

My daughter and son came here to get a new prescription and when it was time to choose frames my daughter did not like any. Dawn insisted that my daughter should keep her told frames and just add the new lenses to them. Dr. Bart broke her old lenses and was not apologetic! They offered her cheap plastic transparent frames or would charge for a nicer frame. She received no apology, not once and caused her a lot of frustration. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND DOCTOR! Definitely would not recommend!

Rude employees and a Dr who only cares about making money. My glasses broke and they didnt care unless I was willing to come in and get a full exam. I work in the industry and I was shocked by their actions. There are so many good providers out there who actually care, this is not one of them.

This was my second time going to Ultra Vision , I wanted to give it another try... we only went back because the doctor we had moved away, I wouldnt do the same mistake gain.
