First time patient. Wonderful experience. Office is spotless. Front desk polite and easy to work with. Nurse Linda was great. I truly felt like the Doctor listened to be and I left with a clear cut plan to assist with some issues Im having. Nothing like the last practice I just left. So happy I found this office.

I will never come to this office again my appointment was at 4 PM I got here at 3:45 Still waiting. The front desk is just as clueless. I usually go to the westbury location which they are great I definitely recommend! And the Doctor !!!!! Don’t get me started LOL -0/10

I am a first time patient and don’t know if I will be coming back here. The young lady and nurse at the front desk were quite pleasant and the office is nice. However, the Dr had no idea why I came into the office even after I told the nurse practitioner my concerns. Dr didn’t seem to care about my past problems or current problems, and dismissed what I was saying. Didn’t go into detail about what they were doing to my body but rather just did it anyways knowing it was my first time. Left with more questions than answers.

I was incredibly pleased with the Woman’s Health Pavilion! The office is easy to find and has sufficient parking. The front desk employees were kind and efficient. I was pleased with the short amount of time between checking in and being brought back to the exam room. The assistant asked appropriate questions and explained the process. She took vitals quickly and a pro at drawing blood! Once Dr. Michelle Walsh came into the exam room she introduced herself and was genuine!! She made eye contact and answered all my questions. She explained what the exam entailed while she performed it and was gentle.I was very impressed with the entire office visit and 100% will continue to use this office. I will also be recommending the office to my female friends.Well done Woman’s Health Pavilion!!!

During my daughters whole pregnancy she shared how great & helpful everyone was . After my daughter delivered her baby we had the pleasure of dealing with Angela L . at the front desk. She was always so cheerful and helpful getting things done in regards to filling out paperwork for our Employers.After my 1st visit she told me that the paperwork would be ready in about a week.Later that day she called to let me know she put a rush on it and it was ready. After submitting everything employer wanted more information so we went back again to Angela...Not only did she complete it within the hour she faxed over the new paperwork directly to my employer. She is a great asset to the practice and seems to always have an outstanding dispositionIts so nice to have someone who cares for their job & patients.

NP Courtney is wonderful. I always try to schedule my appointments with her. I’m 6 weeks pregnant so far and she has been very helpful, always follows up when needed.

I normally get very nervous. Today I saw Melanie and had a very good experience. Melanie is very gentle and I was done sooner than expected. The entire staff is amazing!

Stay away from this office. They will overcharge you for your visits. My insurace had no charge for prenatal care only $25 for a sonogram. The office claimed that until I am 13 weeks pregnant my visits are not considered prenatal! Are they serious!? Their own webside states that prenatal visits start from the moment the doctor confirms pregnancy. I went for total of 3 visits, got charged $50 each. I never saw a doctor. When I requested a relase of my records to take them to another doctors office I was all of a sudden told that they will refund me whatever they overcharge, which I never got. I am glad I left. Also, they will push for unnecessary test just to make money.

I dont know why this place is considered best of Long Island because its not. This place has left me feeling so anxious and uncomfortable that I will never go back again.Their billing department is horrible. The woman had yelled at me over the phone, telling me that they dont make mistakes; meanwhile, they report procedures you did not have done on visits dated over a year ago. The woman was so rude that it was appalling and completely unprofessional.Second, you can not get through to these people. At first I thought it was just because of Covid, but for over a year now it takes hours of trying to call the office to get through to someone. Then, receptionists give stressed out and unprofessional service once you do get through to them hours (or even days) later.Ontop of all of that, Ive overheard these women fight with and talk about other patients once they leave the facility.Do. Not. Go. Here.

Where do I start...... charged an hourly rate to sit around for 3 hrs waiting for a clueless PA, that my insurance refused to cover because they dont reimburse billable wait time.I sat waiting over 1 hr. Then was seen by a nurse who took my vitals. I was seen by a PA & not the Dr. This was not told to me prior to the appointment. Afterwards, the PA had a conversation based on the information they gathered & was told youre good to go.While on my way home they called me to come back to the office because oopsie I just noticed AFTER you left that your blood pressure doesnt look good. I go back, sat there for almost 3 hrs while they took my pressure (3) times by the SAME nurse & each time was told we have to do it again (3) more times. One more chat with the PA who said she was going to prescribe a blood pressure cuff which I never filled because I have one.By the way did I mention that I saw my regular GP, as in a real Doctor, 2 days prior to this appt., then for a follow up 2 days after? I made a point to mention it to my GP who took my pressure twice, once in the beginning of my follow up appt & at the end? Did I mention I have never had issues with my blood pressure before, during or since, taken by different medical professionals?To wrap this up; they lie & are not up front, hoping you wont notice or hope you dont know you can fight the bill.DO NOT!! LET ME REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!!!!!Do not fool yourself to think that this is a medical practice. Theyre scammers.

This office is so professional. The staff as well as the doctors are very caring. I have been going there for 35 years now. All the Doctors are very gentle. I started with Dr. Mayer Saad and then his son Dr. Andre Saad who has caught 2 major issues for me at the earliest signs and taking care of it. I have to mention how helpful Kristen Lapertri has also been in the billing department. I LOVE MY GYNO.

My daughter and I see Toni Marie. She always makes us feel very comfortable, answers all our questions and is very thorough. There have been times that I called the office for something and she personally calls back promptly and has been extremely helpful. I totally trust her and highly recommend her to anyone. She is caring and professional. I am so happy we found someone like her.

I seen Dr. Militio today, she was very nice, explained everything well & made sure I was comfortable. The assistants & front desk ladies were nice as well.

Dr Milito is extremely caring and thorough! She took the time to speak with me and was genuinely concerned! I would highly recommend her.

My wife’s follow up visit was very pleasant from the beginning to the end. The office assistants were very cordial as was the medical assistant. The doctor was very patient and explained everything in simple detail.I look forward to my next appointment with content and I highly recommend them to all women seeking female healthcare.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Sometimes seeing a OBGYN can be awkward but all the staff here always makes me feel comfortable. I chose this location about 2 years ago when I started to go to college away from home and to be honest even when I move back home for the summer I still choose to travel to this location even tho they do have a location in queens. Would recommend 10/10.

Excellent womens healthcare provider. Highly recommended. Kristen (the wonderful Billing Department Manager) is a superstar. She is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and a true gem. A real subject matter expert, best in class! A medical practice isnt just about doctors and the medicine. Dealing with insurance, billing, and payments is no picnic for the average patient. Kristen is a superstar who demonstrates understanding, kindness, and compassion towards all patients in helping them navigate what can be very challenging circumstances. She is a top notch professional who takes the time to educate patients and promotes confidence in the Womans Health Pavilion. Kristen deserves a gold medal for her brilliance and making the patient experience end on a high note!

Being in a ungodly amount of pain the staff was really nice to me. They understood it was difficult for me and tried to make me feel comfortable. Great service

This was the best GYN appointment I have ever had...I am 56. Courteous, you were not keep waiting , DR. H was so easy to talk to and super friendly. The office was beyond clean. The office is open seven days and they have super late appointments for working folks like me!

I had a really good experience with Dr Lynda Piboon. She really took care of me and made me feel very comfortable during each visit. I’m glad I got to see her. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I am giving this place 2 stars given that the doctors were great and always friendly. Unfortunately the billing department was an absolutely terrible experience. They claim that they had checked with my insurance to make sure I was covered for the birth control that they advised I go on. They failed to tell me I was not covered for all the ultrasounds that accompanied it. They also did not send a bill for the multiple appointments I had the ultrasounds performed at until after all the appointments were completed (Aug-Dec), so I had no idea I would be paying out of pocket and given no opportunity to opt out of having the 2 minute routine ultrasounds that would cost me hundreds each visit. I guess I should have known since my first appointment was in August but they didn’t file the claim to my insurance until November. On top of not knowing I would be billed, I received one bill for the visits that totaled to 500. I was surprised and upset but came to terms with it and just told myself to just never let them ultrasound me again. When I called billing to pay the balance, I now somehow owe more than 800, all for an annual exam and a new birth control insertion. Even though their patient portal to this day states that I have a 0 balance . I’m now fearful to go back to this practice knowing that they will say I am covered just to hit me with a bill after. Again this is unfortunate because the doctors and nurses are very nice and informative.

Doctor Daphne Mercer is a sweetheart. She is very understanding and helpful. I give it 4 starts and not 5 because today I had an angry technician who didn’t allow for me to see my baby as in the past the other technicians have. She had an attitude problem and said “technically” they don’t allow recordings I wanted to show it to the baby’s dad who was waiting outside because of Covid. She didn’t allow me to see her well either. The past technicians there have been very helpful and have given me the time. It was literally a minute she allowed me to see the baby.

Very nice annual visit. Rebecca is wonderful. She took great concern for my overall health and wellbeing. She gave me very good advice and spent a good deal of time with me. I hope to see her again year after year.

Staff was so nice. Gabrielle at the front desk was super sweet! Julissa was so nice as well. Dr Mercer was amazing, I had my nexplanon removed and was expecting it to be long and difficult however she took it out with ease and I honestly didn’t feel a thing! I will be scheduling my annuals with her from now on!

The women’s health pavillion is very clean, modern and up to date — great office. The front staff are always very friendly and I am always seen right away. Dr. Lynda Piboon is amazing!!! She has a wonderful bedside manner and gives you ample time for questions or concerns. She is by far the best OB/gyn ive even been to — I very highly recommend her and this practice.

I go to both the Westbury and Levittown locations and sometimes Lynbrook! Melanie Jackson has been my Dr since I was about 20 years old . I am now 49. She is amazing ! Yesterday I had to be seen last minute and I saw Ashley in the Levittown office . The staff were so lovely and kind. Dr Ashley was informative , thorough and very nice ! Thank you!

The place is really clean and stuff very friendly. For that I would give 5 starts. But the just take a very long time to take you in. Im taking about like 45 minutes after your previous schedule appointment. No only that, once they take you inside the room and make you undress for the check up they make you wait probably another 20 minutes. I’m wondering why to even bother making an appointment? And why they take you inside if they aren’t even ready to check you???? So if you coming be prepare to be there for almost two hours.

Honestly it’s a great facility. It takes trial and error to find the provider that you like to take care of you. I have been with Ashley Funes for 1.5 years and am super happy with her as my provider. If you’re looking for an OBGYN practice look no further. The Levittown location in my opinion is one of their best facilities in this practice.

This office is so friendly and accommodating. I was able to make an appointment with the doctor that I wanted no problem. The staff is great. Every person that I encountered was so nice. I was very nervous and the doctor and nurses were able to calm my fear by explaining everything that they were going to be doing. I would highly recommend this practice.

Exceptional patient care. I had a very poor experience at my last practice so I made the switch, couldnt have been happier I did. I waited a bit to be seen, but I realized why when I got in the room. This office and staff are a breath of fresh air! The office is clean and well organized. Ashley and Vanessa are wonderful! The entire staff that Ive seen so far have been very nice and helpful! The only reason for four stars not five is a slight miscommunication with returning my phone calls, but honestly, the good out weighs any bad.

The Levittown office was clean, safe, and everyone from the front desk to the physician were friendly and helpful.

Initially Garden OBGYN was my go-to clinic, but they were really terrible so I ended up coming here and loving it! If you make an appointment at 12pm, you’ll be seen at 12:00pm on the dot and I appreciate that.I loved every experience at this clinic, everyone is so polite and cordial! Would definitely recommend to family/friends. Very happy I chose this OB clinic for the remaining 7 months of my pregnancy!

I was referred to this office though a health care consultant and I was so completely satisfied with the office itself and the staff were amazing from beginning to end. I manage a small dental office and I know hoe important it is to have a clean and warm office for the patients and they absolutely nailed it! I LOVE Sarah she was super sweet and made me comfortable and kept me informed along the way. Brittany was the PA I saw for my first visit and she was also just as nice and warm so the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Went to The Woman’s Health Pavilion today for the first time and it was by far the best experience. I had the MA-Sarah start me up. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok after I told her I was feeling a little dizzy by offering me a cup of orange juice 💜. I noticed in the room there is a changing room which I never seen in a doctors Office. I loved it. The MD-Dr. Santiago is also very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was going on with me. I didn’t even have to ask questions because she had answered them before I could ask. Which shows me how much she cares about making sure that her patients know exactly what’s going on with them. Will highly recommended everyone to come here. Thank you again 😊

I love this office! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I had an IUD inserted by PA Brittany Aksnes. MA Sarah and Sonogram tech Melissa also helped, and they were all fantastic. They made it go smoothly and less painful than I expected. I see Brittany for my annual exams and I love her! Highly recommend this gynecologists office!

I have been a patient of Melanie Jacksons for over 25 years, and even after recently moving to Florida, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I will come back to NY each year for my annual exam. Melanie is a true professional- easy to talk to, a great listener, direct, knowledgeable, and has the rapport to build trust and respect in every aspect of her practice. I am sure she has many loyal patients that feel exactly as I do!

Very unorganized for my taste. Every visit it’s a different doctor/pa where the right doesn’t know what the left is doing and visa versa. Little to no notes in chart and it’s rear if ever to see a delivering doctor. In my third trimester I expected to be cared for not to run around to your different offices where no one knows what the heck is going on at each visit. I’ve made a grave mistake switching to this practice. I am going back to my original doctor. Waiting and hour for quality service is better than not waiting and getting a massive headache at each visit.

Today I was unsatisfied with the service I received from Dr. Santiago’s surgical coordinator, Michelle.I was told my surgery date would be changed to a month later without warning.I was given four dates by Dr. Santiago and confirmed my chosen date with both Michelle and the doctor over a month ago. The only thing I had left to do was confirm the type of procedure.Michelle’s lack of empathy or acknowledgement of the situation is unacceptable. I have made arrangements for coverage at work, have scheduled a family member to fly in from out of town to assist with the recovery period all based around my original confirmed surgery date.Until now, there has been no resolve from Michelle. I’ve requested a call back from the Doctor herself and still nothing. I have rearranged my schedule for a specific surgery date and Michelle has yet to confirm how she will rectify this issue.In the future I recommend this individual should handle occurrences like these with more tact and respect for the patient’s time. Her lack of empathy and professionalism isn’t a good representation for your business. Her first reaction should have been an apology and in conclusion finding a proper and timely solution to my originally scheduled surgery date.

From the waiting room to the exam rooms, everything was extremely clean and organized. Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and informative. Highly recommend.

Its been a month since my lab work and they have yet to call me, I left them a voice message 2 weeks ago and still no word. I had another test done two weeks ago at the hospital where they sent me, and still waiting for a call.. I guess they dont like to call..I used to go to the Howard Beach location and although they are very booked, more than this location, they are always easy to reach and I never had a problem making appointments, re-scheduling, getting in touch with someone and getting a call back.

The office in Levittown is clean, the staff was professional and pleasant. The NP was pleasant and knowledgeable. I did wait over 45 minutes which isnt the norm for this office, overall this was a good patient experience.

I had one of the most uncomfortable, humiliating, and embarrassing experiences of my life here.Firstly, the NP Melanie is very rude. She did not knock on my door before she entered. She put a speculum in me without prior warning—same thing with her fingers. She was also very rough and did not try to be gentle.Secondly, the hallway where all the rooms are is visible from the waiting area. This means that people in the waiting area (and outside) will be able to see you exit your room in nothing but a gown.Thirdly, the receptionist was very curt and she made no eye contact with me. Did not say hello when I walked in and did not say goodbye when I left. But I did see her chatting and laughing with her coworkers.I am never going back here because of the lack of professionalism and how poorly I was treated. For a sensitive profession such as this, I expected far more.

I had to post a review for this place. It has taken me years to find an OB/GYN in a facility that makes me feel comfortable. I always have to do a sonogram due to fibroids and the sonogram tech Shakira was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional and thorough. Then as if things couldn’t get better Dr. Lynda Piboon was over the top excellent. Believe it or not she made Having a Pap smear easy Peezy. She made me feel cared for and like a human not like I was just another patient. If you’re looking for that rare thing called a good doctor and facility you want to check this place out. Thanks so much to the caring staff at the Women’s Pavilion!
