I went for my first time here and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and nice. Nothing bad to say about this place. Will be going back for future appointments!

Staff is extremely nice. I am a bit concerned though. I had a pap smear done and when I received the test results on the portal, it just said pap smear was fine. However, when I looked at it I saw (and I am no expert at reading these results) that an infection was present. So I messaged the doctor back. The doctor then called me and said I received your message and I dont know what your talking about. I of course said, I am no expert but I believe my test showed a sign of infection. She then looked at my results again, and said oh wow yes you are right! That kind of concerned me. I will be having surgery from this office soon on a cyst and I am a little worried 😟 I also had an appointment scheduled for today and they canceled it without an explanation.

Terrible experience at this location from scheduling my appointment to getting accurate referrals for imaging services. Appointment was rushed, covid protocol is used as an excuse to get out of providing quality care, the doctor (though old and overweight) made strange comments about my weight and age but didnt give any information about testing that was being ordered. Waited for an hour in radiology for the doctor to call back about her incomplete imaging orders. Just a mess all around. Avoid if you can.

Never answer the phone , even if you leave a voicemail they don’t call back. No matter what time or day ..

I had to switch doctors havent seen these people for an emergency but I was trying to get a refill on my old script I have really bad endometriosis they tell me oh I dont need this medicine how the hell do you know you dont know my body I need two procedures done and one of them they dont do because of religious reasons how is that their choice for my body

Terrible patient care. They won’t return any of your calls or voicemails. Their doctors are never available either. Answer to everything is to go to ER

They are the worst. I almost died from an ectopic because they misdiagnosed me saying it was a miscarriage. All they do is bloodwork. They never do an ultrasound and if you say you want one, they will ask you to go to ER. Patient care is the worst.

I came today for my first pregnancy visit since I found out Im pregnant. Ive been waiting for this visit for a month! I came in with my 15 mo old child and they said they cant see me with the baby. Nobody ever told me I cant bring my baby with me, and since they didnt inform me about their new policy they could have made an exception since I was already there and there was to people. But no! Unless my 15 mo daughter wears a mask throughout the whole visit! That was their condition. Seriously?! Which of course, is impossible because she takes it off the second I put it on her. They said Well, then Im sorry. Do you cancel this appointment? What? Cancel? Do you leave me a choice??? Unbelievable! I will never ever come there again!
