Sad to not be returning to this office because Kathy is a wonderful provider. Unfortunately receptionists and some nurses are rude and not welcoming. And it has been extremely difficult to see my primary and often times I have to wait months to see Kathy or I have to be seen by someone else.

I have cancer, receiving chemo and have developed sores and an eye infection. I called my primary doctor s office and explained situation and if they would call in a prescription for me. Was told to either go to the ER or the St. Mary Urgent Care and they would call the urgent care center for me. I went to the urgent care center and was told by two people that they did not have any openings til Wednesday, two days later, that is. So what is the point of advertising walk ins welcome, 7 days a week, and it being an urgent care facility but yet on website it says is for non urgent care. On top of my doctor calling them.

Went here after finding out I was pregnant and needed blood work. The wait I did in my car from the start time of my scheduled appointment was approx half hr. Then I was told to come in to wait again for 20 plus minutes. When it came time to get blood work I was pricked 3 times unsuccessfully, before a second nurse came in, pricked me twice unsuccessful again, to then need to draw blood from my hand. Nurses were kind which is why I gave an extra star, but the rest of the staff was Stand off-ish. If they were not comfortable drawing blood from anywhere (arm, hand, wrist) then you should not draw blood- would have saved my 5 sticks and brusing...definitely wont go back here.

I had a very positive, pleasant experience with the help, patience and understanding of both Jen and Nicole. They put my mind at ease and I will be returning for annual check ups. The procedure was quick and painless. Even getting blood drawn was easy, breezy and painless. Everyone was so nice and kind. Thank you!

73yr old male walks in with problems breathing and a temp of 102deg. Seeing only one other patient in waiting room I was sure to be seen quickly, after all, the name says Urgent Care. Forget that. One not so caring receptionist snapped no more appointments today, When I explained I could hardly breath, she repeated the No more appointments today...I would suggest to St. Marys that they remove the Urgent care from the name and not use Craigs list for hirings

Website states walk ins for non urgent matters. That is what I did, only to be belittled. Was questioned by the N.P if I was a healthy person.Yes I’m a healthy person-one with a pain issue which I tried to treat myself for 3.5 days!!!!Just wanted some reassurance and empathy not to have my problem minimized.Never said it was a majordramatic Greys Anatomy issue!I was advised not to go here but didn’t t listen.Hopefully Patient First in Langhorne will be opening soon.

I walked in with a nasty case of poison ivy. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The intake nurse was rather sullen.I then saw the PA who was very pleasant and also quite helpful. All my needs were tended to, and all questions answered. When I got home. I realized I had forgotten some instructions so I called New Falls to ask.Again the front desk was helpful and they checked with the PA who answered my query. All in all I was very pleased. In and out quickly and all concerns addressed.I would definitely recommend this Health Center.

The doctors here are awesome but they need new staff. The girl who specifically answers the phones, does not know how to get rid of her attitude nor respect a patient. I got cut off multiple times on the phone and she did not care to hear what I had to say. St. Marys you need to re consider who you have working in your facilities.

Never go to this ER. I went twice and I will never come back there.First time I was pregnant and I was spotting and had a sharp pain in my stomach. I went there, the doctor told me that Im either pregnant, miscarriage or have an ectopic pregnancy and sent me home. Told me if I want to follow up with my primary in few days. I end up going out Capital Health in Hopewell and been diagnosed and treated for an ectopic pregnancy. My life was literally at risk.Second time I went there because I had bad back pain and also experience pain when I was breathing. They gave me one dose of muscle relaxer and sent me home. Asked me to follow up with my primary doctor as they stated before we know what is the problem, we cannot treated. Isnt this the reason why I went there! 😡This people are charging your insurance for ER and do not look for your health issue. I would never come back there again!

Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful here (front desk staff, nurses & CRNPs). Have been here a few times when my doctor has zero sick visit appointments available and have never had a bad experience. If youre coming here for the luxury of being seen as a walk-in, its unreasonable to complain about a wait time. However I am always seen here quicker than my actual PCP and they call you to follow up as well.

I was here on Saturday morning for blood work but was told there was a 2.5 hour wait. Funny, there were only a few people in the lobby. I decided to come back.I came back on Sunday and again only a few people in the lobby. I was told it would only be about 30 minutes. I am writing this sitting in the lobby after over an hour. On a couple new people have come in and only a few have come out.I just went up and asked and was told I was next!My wife has also had the same problem when she comes for blood work. She switched to another place.Someone needs to really look at if things are being ran the way they should be.I go here because my doctor is here, I think it is time to listen to my wife.Just an update: I was the next person back and was in the back about 3 minutes and was done and on my way home. What seems to may be happening is since the same person that does labs is the same person that works with the doctor/nurse practitioner. If you are there for labs and people come in that need to see the doctor/nurse practitioner you get moved down the list. In my case today, two people came in after I did that were seen before I was and they did not get labs. Its still true, more money for a company always wins over any respect for a person!

I have been here before for myself when my doctors was closed and even though it was a lengthy wait (90 min) I felt to have nice service from the bare minimal amount of staff that was there. When I went in with my 5 year old for possible strep throat I was not surprised in the receptionist station said it was a 90 min wait. Unfortunately, that turned into about 2.5 hours to go back and about 3.5 hours to walk out was more then either of us needed.Long wait aside the 10 min strep test came back negative but the other one was off to the lab. They said I would have results in 2 or 3 days. Now its 5 days later and my daughter still complaining of a sore throat and miserable. No test results so I took her to the pediatrician. She has strep. If I kept waiting on st. Marys I would get to watch my daughter suffer for who knows how long.Unfortunately, I feel like the hospital does not put alot of resources into the walk in/after hours clinic. With so many options in the area for walk in care this will no longer be an option.

I honestly do not know what some of these reviewers are saying here. I just saw the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Barnes, for an Upper Respiratory Infection, and I thought she was very professional. She gave me the treatment I was expecting as a nurse myself. She had no idea of my professional background and knowledge. It was my first time here and I would not hesitate to go back again. The 2 receptionists/medical assistants were very nice too and the office is new, modern, and meticulously clean.

I had an OBGYN appointment in Feasterville clinic where they failed to collect enough sample for PAP test. I had to take PTO, schedule another appointment to redo the test at New Falls location. My appointment was 8:45. I came in 8:30. It is 9:50 and I am still waiting for the doctor to show up since she stuck in traffic. This is a disrespectful attitude and I wont be scheduling any appointments with them ever. They do not respect their customers time.I had my baby delivered at St. Marys 3 years ago and everything was perfect. That is why I was scheduling with them. It seems that things change, sadly, not for the better.

What I had a problem with was the Nurse Practitioner. She was rude, she would cut me off while I was speaking . She would roll her eyes at me. And every time she would talked with a very condescending attitude. She didnt help me with my problem and just told me to make an appointment with my PCP or go to the ER. Waste of time and money and was humiliated by this woman.

I have been with Durham Physicians since moving near their original office over 16 years ago. I see Dr. Hildago (nicest doctor you will ever meet) and my husband sees Kathy, and we are both very happy with our care. I have also seen Leslie Brown, who is very nice, and Donna Ward is also great. I saw Francine Miller today for poison ivy (or similar) and was in and out fairly quickly. The new office is clean and nice. And yes, if you have a virus and you want antibiotics, they are going to tell you “no”, because antibiotics don’t heal a virus. Every time I have visited feeling sick, and they said “no” to antibiotics, I began feeling better in the time frame they predicted, without antibiotics. Every time I did have signs of an infection, they gave me antibiotics. At one point several years ago I switched family practices, back when Durham Physicians was with Lower Bucks instead of St. Mary, and I instantly regretted it and went right back to them. Nothing is perfect, but IMO you will not find a better place overall to get immediate medical attention when you need it, with helpful and friendly staff.

I recently needed to see a doctor after being ill for almost a week and it was getting worse. This facility was convenient for me. I had to wait to be seen for approximately 1 hour just to be taken back and then they make you wait again about 15 minutes before they mosey in to discuss your issue. I was told by the intake that it would be a nurse practitioner, okay I need someone, so whatever. Well that was not the worse part at all; A Ms. Barnes came in to see me and to try and make it brief, which may be difficult, I was basically and continually yelled at for coming there and asked over an over what did I expect her to do, perform a miracle!! No kidding and if I wasnt feeling so awful, she would have gotten a peace of my mind. Sure, I love seeing ignorant, nasty people and spending my hard earned money to have you yelling that I should not have come, because she is not a miracle worker. She went on and on with her nasty dissertation that colds etcetera are viral which just need to run their course, so we have to learn to put up with it by taking care of ourselves and utilizing over the counter aids. She then commented, This World thinks we can always get an antibiotic to fix it, when that is why we now have super bugs like MRSA that cant be fixed. Seriously? ! If I wanted a medical course, I would have gone to school to be a doctor. To try to end, she did decide to supply a prescription for my symptoms; an 875-mg. antibiotic and already, I believe I am starting to feel a little better. Well Ms. Barnes, I guess it wasnt viral! If you have no other choice for a sick visit but this facility, I would call first and make sure she is not the one you will see.

Went in Tuesday and told I have a bad cold if i dont feel any better in a few days, call back and they will prescribe something. Its now Saturday, and still not feeling better. Called to have someone call in a script. Was told someone will call me on Monday!!. Really? I told receptionist I know someone is there until 5pm, and insisted on having someone call me back and prescribe something. When youve felt sick for over 1 week, already sought medical attention, and they still want you to wait 2 more days for meds? Thats a bit ridiculous. Still waiting for them to callOn a positive note, everyone I dealt with on Tuesday was very nice. Professional and pleasant. Just not pleased with them expecting someone to wait 2 days for a call back and meds

First of all, I normally do not give bad reviews of any medical personnel, I find that they are true Heroes in my eyes. I was in Law Enforcement for over 27 years, so I know first hand how it feels like, to be called every name in the book, spat on, and many other things that happened to me including the individual that broke my neck ending my career. So my experience at St. Mary’s Urgent Care in Levittown was not only a bad experience but also an embarrassing one. I had sever R/S lower quadrant pain in my Kidney area. When I was brought back to the examination room, the LPN took my Bp & temp. Then said why are you here, and have you had any surgeries. I quickly explained that I broke my neck & recently had back surgery due to collapsed vertebrae. As she looked at my medication list, I told her that I had kidney stones in the past. She handed back my medication list walked out of the examination room and within ear shot said to the Nurse Practioner “ he’s here for Pain Medication”.After the Nurse Practioner walked in, she asked me what the problem was, I started telling her about my surgeries, after rolling her eyes several times she made the statement “ I can’t give you any Pain Medication. I said I’m not here for pain medication. Rudely, she said “What do you want from me” I said I’m not sure if I have a kidney stone. She replied well why didn’t you just say that when you came in, I said why did you ask me about my surgeries? And why did you make an accusation about me coming there for pain medication, when clearly you see what has been prescribed to me since I broke my neck. The LPN or nurse “whatever” she is took it upon herself to tell the nurse Practitioner that I was there for Pain Medication. After telling the Practitioner to tell the so called nurse “ to go to hell” she apologized to me and said let’s start this over. Needless to say my Bp was know off the chart.I will leave out the names of the two “professionals” who treated me as I was a drug user.I was more embarrassed than I ever was by some of the lowest individuals I came across in my Law Enforcement career.Needless to say Hell will freeze over before I ever think of going back or recommend going to St. Mary’s Urgeant Care in Levittown. It is a shame two so called “ Professionals” can give such a black mark against a business that is supposed to help people. The young woman at the front desk, was very professional in gathering my personal information, where there is no privacy in the waiting room.

Went to the walk-in for a rash that developed from a spider bite - check in girls were nice, there were 2 present (one kind of seemed like she didnt want to be there while the other was super helpful). Was called back pretty much as soon as I filled out my paperwork, thankfully I got the helpful receptionist as my nurse. I wished I remembered her name because she was really exceptional! Didnt wait long at all to see the Doctor - she examined my rash, idenitified the issue and prescirbed my medication. Within an hour I was home taking the medicine :) read through the other reviews and it definitely seems like you have to be lucky enough to get the right people.
