Made 3 appointments for covid test for travel. Easy to complete forms on line. Easy check in. Everyone was pleasant. Waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back. Medical assistant was friendly test done and had results in 5 minutes. Out the door in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend this urgent care.

I have been to a few urgentcare centers in Levittown, and this one is easily my first choice. Dr Suley is great. Hes always so kind. He managed to shed light on an issue Ive seen 3 cardiologists and 2 ER visits for over the course of a year; banged it out within 15 minutes and zero commercial breaks.10/10

My son went to get a covid test because he had a stuffy nose and the school required him to get one to return. It was very easy to get an appointment for the next day. Girls at the front desk are very friendly. It was busy there and they got us in and out in about 40 min. That included checking in and giving all information and waiting for the results. Was very pleased and would definitely recommend

If I could give a zero I would… went to get a Covid test for a trip…. Told them it’ll was for a trip , I was not symptomatic, had not been exposed. I get there and after 20 minutes sitting in the waiting room, I realize everyone there is getting a test…. Most symptomatic…. So I haven’t been exposed, but now at the office I could have been

This is my go to urgent care for my family and I. They always give us great care and treat us respectfully. We are usually in and out pretty fast too. I was recently there the other day and they helped me so much. I was in there maybe a total of 15-20 minutes. Dr.Patel was awesome! Thank you so much for always helping my family in our hard times!

I made my daughters appointment online she had to be tested for covid in order to return to school. They were fast they were efficient they were friendly the office staff was great it was a nice clean office I would recommend going back there.

Not only did they find a fracture that required my daughter to be in multiple casts for 16 weeks where some other places would not have found the fracture at all because of it’s location, they took great care of my son today when we went in for an illness. They tried charging me a co payment for a voice test. Its supposed to be free. The new law mandates that Medicare, Medicaid, other government plans, and most private plans cover COVID-19 testing — and all testing-related services — entirely. That means no co-pays, no deductibles, no co-insurance charges. Free.

Dr Obinna Nwosu was very knowledgeable but most importantly for my mom and i, he was kind and very good listener. The nurse was super nice as well as the girls in the reception. I would recommend this place.

There was vomit on the waiting room floor for the entire 40 minutes I was there. The receptionists made comments about how they didn’t want to clean it, and no one ever did. A woman called for test results on the phone. The receptionist said her full name loud enough for me to hear it clearly, and after hanging up she discussed the STD tests the woman requested with a coworker. Another patient asked to speak to a manager. The same receptionist told her she’d be waiting a long time, then yelled “bye” rudely at her as she left the building. I felt so uncomfortable with the staff at the AFC Urgent Care that I wasn’t able to follow through with my visit on 9/13/21.

Worst experience....we use this facility for pre employment drug screens. They have failed to send over proper paperwork to the lab and hang up whenever they are called. The manager Tina is too busy i have been charged my money and still am losing money daily for 15 days now. The lab contacts 4 times a day and these professionals will not respond. Super unprofessional!

Took my daughter in today after she hurt her wrist in a fall at basketball and the doctor at first suspected a sprain but went and looked at the X-rays again and found a fracture that he then shared with us the news as we were just about to leave. He later called and said the radiologist also confirmed a fracture and advised us to call Rothman orthopedics for future care and possible surgery. He was very polite and caring. Quick and thorough. Highly recommend

Just took my daughter and for a rapid COVID test in order to return to school after a Florida trip. They were so accommodating and took my daughter and her three school friends together on Sunday evening so they can all return to school on Monday. Very nice and super fast results. Highly recommend!

After waiting over 4 hours at Lower Bucks ER without being seen we left and went to AFC the next day. We were evaluated, X-rayed and my daughter was placed in a camwalker for a sprain and foot fracture. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes with friendly staff to add to the experience!

I was able to get a test for Covid rather quickly. The online registration was fairly easy, and any issue I had was of my own doing. The young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and explained the process thoroughly. When the Doctor called, he listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. Needed a physical for work.My boss sent me here, it was my first visit here. I found it clean and orderly, the people serving me were professional and pleasant from the front desk clerks to the person that took my vitals, and the doctor that finally signed me off as ok to work. They work fast, and i suspect somebody in charge there has instilled these ethics into the employees. Its a solid work crew here.

Just left urgent care in levittown n had the best experience. The staff is exceptional n very sweet n the Dr. Was very kind n gentle n talked me through stitching up my wound. Will tell all that they should go to this urgent care.

I scheduled a COVID test that I didn’t make it to a few days ago & they still sent the swab off & called me back on today which was my rescheduled visit to tell me my results was negative. I NEVER TOOK A TEST, so my question is why was the swab sent off & why was a false negative read to me over the phone prior to NO VISIT. fast forward I get tested today then they send me a text hours later confirming another appointment for today to be tested! Staff was very rude & I feel like this is more about a profit thing verse giving accurate results! Would not recommend visiting them for your health needs

I’ve had to have 2 COVID tests in close to as many months and both my tele doc and test swab experiences were efficiently and safely done. Due to previous experiences I didn’t wait to see if they would have contacted me immediately after receiving my results. I naggingly called them, but I assume that probably would have been equally efficient. I am very pleased with them and plan on using them in the future.

My son needed stitches so instead of taking him to the ER we went to AFC Urgent Care. They saw us in under 20 mins. Everyone was so nice! Every thing was so quick. From beginning to end it was about an hour!

I couldn’t make an appointment to see my regular doctor because they were closed on Saturday. I called my insurance and they said this was the closest urgent care. Overall a great experience. Arrived at 3:40, was registered and in the doctor room by 4, left by 4:15 with a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Great friendly staff, nurses and doctors.

Nurses are nice but they charge twice as much for the COVID test and don’t even give you a presentable copy of your results. Dr. is not there to help you just to make money. Wouldn’t even give me a doctors note after testing positive for COVID-19. It took six hours for them to send me an email of my Covid results after paying extra for the immediate results which they told me right away but didn’t ever send the email. I had to call again to get them to send it to me. The email that was sent was a crooked dark photo of the paper that they wrote on. Overall very unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a Covid test. Waited over an hour after my scheduled time (was there early) I got out of my car to ask and confirm they got my text (since I called 4 times and received no answer) the lady doing the testing was extremely rude and told me that I had to go to my car and specifically called people who had waited less time then me. When she did call me she didn’t call my phone she walked out of the building waving her arms around. I was told it would take 3-7 days for my results and to not call because they are “extremely busy”. I called after 8 days and was told my results were negative and if I was sure I was never contacted. When I went in to get my results they were nice. But i checked the dates and they got them 5 days before I called. So I sat out of work for an extra week because of their own laziness. I will never be returning, poor systems are in place and it shows. Oh and she wasn’t changing gloves in between patients.

I have gone to this Urgent Care several times in the past year or so & always have had a great experience. The staff who greet you & handle your appointment needs are friendly & helpful. Similarly, I have had encounters with several nurses & doctors and have always felt heard, taken seriously & treated accordingly.

I went here after suffering from an ear infection for 2 weeks. I was giving time to clear on its own. This is not my first ear infection. I was subscribed ear drops and sent home. I told the Dr. to please give me an oral antibiotic as well knowing drops alone dont work. He told me they SHOULD work and to contact an ENT after a week or so. Here I am a week later still with an infected ear and I have to wait another week and a half for my appointment with the ENT. Thanks for nothing.

Waited to get a Covid test for my son and I as soon as possible since we came into contact with people who were positive, drove all the way to warrington the day before to a walk up test site got there at opening and waiting over 3 hours to be seen to be told still another 30 minutes maybe more🙄 called this place had a telephone visit the same day with a doctor and got a scheduled appointment the next day for my son and myself & we should be getting our results within 3 days! Also we’ve been tested before and everyone’s done a little brush up one nose here they actually swabbed both nostrils for 5 seconds each and went up higher than just the brim ! I appreciate that makes me feel like it will be more accurate!

This our go-to facility whenever our kid suddenly gets sick on the weekends or we cant get in to see our primary doctor. Short wait times. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Never had a bad experience.

I avoid going to the doctor unless it’s absolutely mandatory and this was one of those situations. I went in with unbearable back pain that came out of nowhere. The nurse was very friendly and made the process as smooth as she could. The doctor walked in and evaluated me for less than 30 seconds and automatically wrote a prescription for iburpofen. No X-rays were even attempted and he talked over me when I was answering his questions. Here we are a week later and I’m still in the same amount of pain as before I went. Wasted time money thinking this was going to help at least a little
