Been going to Dr. Bonner for several years now and I havent personally seen him in over a year. Things were fine until they started sending prescriptions electronically instead of handing out paper scripts. I pay $200 per visit on Fridays which wouldnt bother me except they constantly forget to call my script in. So, here it is Monday, Im out of my prescription and when I call they are very rude. As if my asking them to do their which I had already paid them to do is too much trouble for them. Hours go by and nothing was called in, its very frustrating. I wouldnt recommend his office to anyone, because all they see is dollar signs.

My mom goes here they are amazing all of them are great with her they always listen to her and ask her questions and give her answers they are very caring the whole staff we love them ❤️❤️❤️ Awesome place to go I would recommend them to everyone I no personally

I been going for years, Dr Bonner is cool. The one receptionist is very rude, but I avoid her when I can. Its not bad at all. Besides the one receptionist, the rest of the staff are really nice people.

Dr. Bonner is a brilliant man. A little unconventional but in the best way. I wouldnt trust anyone else to treat my father.

Dr Bonner has always been super nice to me and very informative. The office staff has also been very nice and would highly recommended

Terrible place on all fronts! Secretaries are rude, disorganized, Dr Bonner is the biggest tool bag Ive ever seen, and theres some shady practices going on here. Stay away!! Theres a much better place right across the street on frosty Hollow Road... unless youre fond of getting yelled at for half an hour once a month by someone who has no idea what theyre doing and getting your credit card charged multiple times for the same amount.

Absolutely horrible. 5 of the 6 times I had to go see him I waited over an hour and a half - AN HOUR and A HALF! The last time it was over 2 hours. HES A CREEP. The staff is rude, the office andbuilding are gross and unkempt, and he still - after 6 TIMES of going to see him, refers to me by the wrong name. DONT go to this idiot. Youll be glad

I have always had a great experience at this Dr. The wait is longer than most but the staff and Dr Bonner and his Associates have treated me good and take time with you I dont feel like Im being rushed. No Office is petfect but I like this one.
