I left my home gym in NJ and made this my #1 gym. Very spacious with great lighting. They have a girl there whos name is Celeste ( I think) that is incredible at keeping this place top notch! She is constantly cleaning and moving about the facility making sure EVERYTHING is 100%. We have noticed her helping and monitoring the front desk on her days off when she is training herself. What a GEM. Come by and see with your own eyes. She makes it a great place to exercise 😊😊. Go Team!!

Are you trying to lose the pandemic pounds well, Planet fitness is the place you want to join bc its a nice place if you want quality and a clean and respectable gym it also depends on the locationGet the black membership its the best one you get almost everything plus tanning and a trainer. You as a member can go only twice a day and if you invite a friend they can only go with you once. But you as a member can go to the gym all day if you want. When you are done exercising go on the bed its called hydro massage then go try the chairs sit back and relax and let the chair massage you for 10mins good luck and happy exercising 😊💪

After frequenting Multiple PFs ... Ive yet to Experience a Friendlier staff than Those GREAT people at the Langhorne location. Im Always left feeling like Family ~ which Ive NEVER received Anywhere Else. A Vast part of my career has been spent IN the Customer service industry ~ thus leading me to RECOGNIZE and APPRECIATE GOOD Customer Service.

This PF location is large, full of a variety of equipment, clean, and spacious. I switched to my previous gym to PF recently, but was skeptical about PF as a whole until I went in person to this location. I also checked out another gym chain in the area, but decided not to get a membership there as 2/3 times I went for morning workouts the staff members were unable to open the gym on time- leaving a lineup of gym members outside waiting. But this location Is wonderful! All staff members I’ve been in contact with have been super friendly and welcoming, knowing a ton of gym members by name! I have yet to see this location overly busy (but I’m also there in the morning), and there’s ample parking. It’s 24/7 staffed :)

This is my current gym, but not for long. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and locker rooms have gone significantly down over the last year. The showers have reached the gross level. The level of mold in the men showers is unacceptable. This gym used to be the best at keeping the bathrooms and locker rooms clean. I could have gone to a closer PF, but decided it was worth the extra 5 mins to use this gym. No longer the case.I

Used to be my home gym when I worked near by. Friendly staff, helpful, and the trainer at the time was good too. Now I work closer to another location and have been going there more.

I go here in the mornings with my mother she is a black card holder so I go free! I LOVE the giant fan and its always clean and not very crowded.

From the moment I walked into this club the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered immediately and in a skilled manner. The club itself is large and has a wide array of workout equipment. Very clean as well!! Lorraine and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to speak to and I will definitely be making this my home club!! 10/10 would 100% recommend people to check it out!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Lorraine. They are readily available to familiarize clients with the use of the machines. The gym is quite large and plenty of machines to customize your own workout. I personally love the pf 30 minute circuit area.

The employees at this location are trained extremely well, from the second u walked in til the second you leave .you can thank the gm Lorraine for this amazing quality that should be instilled at every gym but isnt .I am asked by Lorraine how was my visit everyday I leave the gym n personally I love this because its a way she can better her gym n guest experience even tho there isnt anything she can fix cause its already perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love Planet Fitness in Levittown. The staff is always available if I have a question about the equipment. They are so friendly with their greetings and make me feel comfortable being there. I highly recommend this planet fitness.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting on a regular basis. There is always urine on the seats, the floor, etc. Toilet paper routinely runs out. Just unacceptable.

The staff at this club are extremely helpful and friendly. They take the Covid 19 restrictions very seriously and made me feel comfortable while working out. There is a large variety of equipment and the club is ALWAYS clean.

I had a great experiance with James! I got a really good deal with these tanning/gym kits they have for 25 dollars. A bunch of stuff that you can pick out. James helped me put together a really nice bag!

Everyone on the staff works to keep the gym clean and safe. That incentivizes the members to do the same. Always smiling, polite and helpful , the employees are as good as I have ever seen in any business.Keep up the great work.

The masks (mind control devices) you have to wear make it difficult to breathe while you’re working out. They don’t accept cash to pay for water, drinks, merch etc while you’re there which to me is downright laughable. They also have “rules” which I feel do not allow me to reach my full potential. I stay because it is close to my house, cheap, clean, and the trainer Alyssa is really nice and helpful. Once a better opportunity opens up I will be eager to leave. Planet Fitness is the above ground pool of gyms. Consider it two and a half stars.

Yes the place is clean but I was not happy because I was denied access due to a billing issue. I am a remote member and have been using this gym because its right next to work and my gym opens at 6am now.I was not trying to take advantage of anyone or anything and had no idea my membership was past due for two days.There was absolutely no reason why I couldnt be given an exception to enter this one time and given time to fix my billing issue.Ive been a PF member since 2013 and when my credit card would expire I was always given notice but allowed to work out.This policy needs to be readdressed at this location. Since November, Ive probably been here no more then 20x. I appreciate you being open and giving us all something to do but what happened this morning was just not customer friendly.

I travel all across the country for work and pleasure all year, and I have to say Langhorne planet fitness is one of the nicest, cleanest, most personable location and gym in general I have been to. They always greet you by name, they always are pleasant, and always are there to help without any hesitation. The staff including the male manager and all are doing a great job and know how to keep stay with little turnover which is huge for a gym. I recommend this one to any.

The front desk workers especially Faith & Viviana are honestly the best they always have great communication with every customer whether they’re arriving or leaving, I love this team

Viviana did an exceptional job explaining the membershib and different benefits. She was friendly and very welcoming...main reason I signed up on the spot.

Feels spacious and clean, and never seen it crowded.If you have been to other PFs, this one is solidly above average.

UPDATE: sent a letter as a they requested asking for membership to be cancelled several weeks ago. I asked in return acknowledgment this letter was received and membership was cancelled. No acknowledgement received. Be careful when signing up with them. They will just ignore all your cancellation requests.Maybe this review will get the attention of the gym. My wife a year ago asked to cancel her membership. They gave her some BS excuse they couldn’t and they would freeze it. For MONTHS after they charged membership fees. My wife called again to discuss it and was told the employee didn’t do it right. Then AGAIN we were charged membership fees for a couple more months. Called again and they said they would freeze it till June of 2021. Today we got charged for the yearly fee! CANCEL THE FNG MEMBERSHIP. NOW I’m reporting them to the BBB. MAYBE someone will reimburse us and cancel it now.

My husband and I love PF and with this pandemic they take all the extra precautions with cleaning all the equipment. Everyone still wear their mask and get their workouts in.

I just showed up and saw that two out of 30 people were wearing a mask correctly. The young lady at the front desk said she had too much paperwork to do to go around. And tell clients to put their masks on.

I like the size of the gym. It has more equipment that some of the other Planet Fitness locations. It is very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies. One of the few that is open 24 hours which works better for me since I work from home. The limited hours at the other gyms make it difficult for me to exercise prior to my work day.

You are a great instructor but more then that you are consistent with your clients. Like with me I think you have shown me every machine and how to use it. You take the time to understand me and my goals and objectives. You also make it fun to workout. Maybe its just me but everyone Ive seen with you genuinely like being around you and working out. If they didnt like you they wouldnt come back to workout with you. You have so many great qualities and your enthusiasm is contagious. I am so happy to be a part of your day.

They charge you the annual fees and do not care on issuing a refund. when you come in to cancel the membership, they would promise you that they will issue a refund and also call you back,, but you will never back from them. When you call back they will ask you to talk to the manager who is rude and will not issue the refund. Will suggest you to join some other branch where the customer reps are more friendly. Cancelled the membership as they were unprofessional Would have given 0 star if allowed.

This has been my home gym since 2014. Much bigger indoor facility compared to other Planet fitness locations.

The staff is very friendly the gym is very basic and what I need. My only problem is not all members wipe down equipment after they are done

Guys, I like this gym. Especially after renovation in this winter. A lot of space. And I know what I’m saying.I have been training in LA fitness for 4 month.There you smell sweat of every person in the hall. People is everywhere, in front of you, behind you, and on the side. In Planet Fitness doesn’t matter what time you come you 100% find your own space.I don’t use a lot of gym equipment, but they have it a lot. Even today I come to PF and found 10-15 new sport rubber.I’m a perfectionist.So I really want to ask for two things!!!!!!!!!First, Hot water everyday.Sometimes just cold water is available. But after training it’s very important wash hands with hot water.And second one, please wash the mirror on the second floor. It’s Impossible to make quality photo on this mirror!!!!!🙏All the best!I hope I will be heard!!

I find planet fitness Langhorne location to be one of the best I have visited! Staff is friendly and helpful and always cleaning and the gym is always clean

I have numerous gym memberships but one day I worked so late I needed another fitness center alternative for a couple hours so I called this particular location spoke to a staff member by the name of Paul who didn’t seem to be interested in being helpful, I shared with him my situation and that I used to be a member years ago and I asked him how much would it be to use the gym for a couple hours and Charged me $20 when I came in was not empathetic had a tough guy attitude. Spoke to another staff member later that night and told me that there was a free day pass I could’ve used on the website 😡

This is my favorite Planet Fitness. I have the black membership and come to this location regularly as well as 4 or 5 other clubs due to my commute. At Langhorne, I love the upstairs stretching area so much. Plenty of room to sink into my stretches and take my time because its spacious enough. And I use the stretching cage a lot, and there are actually TWO cages here. My home club doesnt even have one. The treadmills here are updated and I like them better. Very simple to use. The locker room is great - nicer than other clubs Ive been to. The only thing missing for me is one of those filtered water fountains that Ive seen at other clubs. Awesome club and I love coming here. ❤️👏👏

This location is discusting. Tanning bed was discusting. (3 guys standing at the front) couldnt catch my breath because it is at least 10x hotter at this location then any other ( I go to all the others in this area. Couldnt even finish my workout and had to leave Because I was so overheated. Now I remember why I dont go to the one closest to my house SOO ANNOYING!

They need to clean better. Staff always sitting upfront instead of replacing towels, refilling spray disinfectant, wiping down machines and mopping. Gave special attention to check if they cleaned sweat drips on treadmill...I went back next day, then day after and the following week and they were still on machine! Yuck!!. I relocated from another planet fitness and they were always working cleaning and super friendly. Going to move to a different location that is cleaner.

For $10 per month, theyre stocked with better equipment than some of the other gyms around. Its clean and the staff is very pleasant.

Used to be a better gym. 1) They keep it very warm in the gym. 2) everyone is working out in one area in front of the windows. They need to move some of the weights around. Oh wait there are no free weights. 3) the men’s locker room need more benches. Very odd set up when it’s busy.

Staff is always nice to me, also remember they’re teenagers so don’t expect much. Gym is great but sometimes it gets so crowded...

Has anyone had an issue recently since the reopening? Twice in as many weeks I drag myself out of bed to get to the gym at 5:00 a.m. before my kids when it is supposed to open. On 06/30 and now 07/10 I see members waiting in line outside with no staff member present or around. We wait until about 5:20 a.m. and still nobody shows up. Very frustrating the miscommunication or lack of responsibility when so many of us plan our day around so many things and to wake up that early and drive over there to sit around and do nothing is disappointing.

Very Clean And Its Open 24/7

TEXTING, people think its OK to sit on a machine and text for very long periods of time. One guy is in there most nights watching movies on his iPhone. They think they are in their living room. They get annoyed when you ask them how long they are going to be. What is the rule? Why is the staff not doing anything about this?

There seems to have been a recent ownership/staff change at the Langhorne/Middletown PA Planet Fitness and the quality of the place seems to be suffering. I dont know who does the fitness training anymore. The showers/locker rooms are not always as clean and spotless as it once was. Worst of all is pizza night! Everyone is upset and frustrated from the staff to the members. We used to receive more than enough pizza from a reputable place like Anthonys: plain, sausage, bacon, or mushroom. Now there is barely any pizza that people scramble to get a slice and its terrible quality, only plain or pepperoni from Dominos. This is a big part of Planet Fitnesss marketing. The reward for working hard all month. This is no longer a reward and feels like we are being punished. Yuck! Come the new year, I will be looking to either switch to another location or a different franchise all together. Shame because Ive been at this planet fitness for about 6 years.

A huge 2 level gym to help you get in top physical shape. They got alot of treadmills to run or walk on. They have tanning beds and huge lockerrooms that are clean and sanitized. There is plenty of machines to work out on so you always can find a place to get in shape.

Criminals run this place. Watch your credit cards for extra charges and unauthorized membership changes.

They keep the temperature so warm in the gym. Its almost as if they want you to pay your membership but not actually feel comfortable using the facility. The facility itself is very nice and clean. The people that go there are also friendly, the equipment tends to be in good shape. They keep the temperature to warm year round.

Its what you would expect. Mid range of exercise equipment, and a large number of stations to burn calories to meet general fitness goals. Affordable and you wont be bothered. Though some graphics posted in these facilities can be hypocritical.

Inexpensive and no fee to leave if you sign up at New Year. Very helpful staff: one went out of her way to find a way to waive a fee I had. Another helped me plan exercises. They have a LOT of times for help with workouts. Facilities clean and warm, lots of equipment. Wish they had a pool.
