What can I even say... Dr. Mannino and Lisa are two of the most wonderful doctors I have ever seen. I have been a patient of his for over a decade, so has my entire family. His staff however, most specifically, Laura, who seems to be the only one answering the phones, is the most miserable, condescending, inconsiderate person I have ever spoken to. Her soul objective is to end phone calls with patients in under 30 seconds while ensuring she does everything in her power to NOT assist them or allow anyone else to do so. It is almost as if Jefferson has commissioned her, and her alone, to bring this objective to fruition. I am truly perplexed as to why someone so apathetic is the face and voice of this office. Highly considering changing PCPs since it is impossible to achieve anything at all with the crypt keeper manning the phones.

Dr Mannino and the Nurse Practitioner are amazing. The rude girls who answer the phone, however, are what is going to bring down this practice. My Husband is on disability and in order for him to keep his benefits, he must be seen every 6 weeks. We called this morning because he needs an appointment scheduled. Not asking for much here, just to schedule an appointment. We were told no appointments will be made due to an office emergency. Ok no problem, can you please state that in an email so he can keep his benefits? Nope, they can’t even do that. We got talked over, yelled at, put down. Absolutely no compassion, no help, and we are now going to possibly lose his benefits. Unreal. The most inconsiderate, miserable nasty people we have ever dealt with. If you don’t like your job, quit.

Great doctor when I was with them. However I received a phone call canceling my appointment being told “we’re not accepting new patients” despite having multiple appointments in the past over the years, one in the month prior. The person was incredibly rude over the phone when they called to cancel.

Where did dr.mannino go since he isnt at the sugar maple Lane, Levittown P.A. office anymore?

Did Dr Mannino move retire or is he still on Sugarmaple Lane. Hes been my primary for 30 years. I would hate to find a new one

Doctor Mannino is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is very professional and takes the time to listen to you and goes above and beyond his professional experience to get answers and results that you need medically.We have been his patient for the past 19 years and will not go to any other primary care physician.

Both myself and my entire family have been patients of Dr.Mannino for well over 25 years. We could never even think about not having him in our lives. He is quite possibly the most compassionate, empathetic and talented Physician we have EVER encountered. He always takes the time to listen and sincerely care and treat the entire person. You never feel alone in your care. Wont immediately hand you off to a specialist. He will always tell you the truth and how things are..no sugar coating. But he will help and guide you through it. I truly have never seen a Doctor more beloved by his patients. We are among them and honored to be so.

Waiting for someone to answer the phone in this place is a nightmare. You always have to leave a message and if you have a good luck they calling back after a few hours if at all. Also, I had to wait three weeks with information about my Lab Work results, Lab said they were ready after two days, the doctor just forgot about me. I recommend you to find another doctor office.

Great doctor but the wait times are killer. Previously walked out after waiting for an hour. Now I am sitting here for an hour and a half, still no doctor. Dr. Manino, you need to get this fixed!!!

Love Dr. Mannino been going to him for 20+ years. The office staff use to be so friendly but lately. Everyone who works there is so nasty they act like their security guards at a club. Wont let ya talk to dr mannino unless they think youre sick enough. IMO you shouldnt have to tell the receptionist your personal medical problems before you even consulted with the dr about it. Hopefully this becomes a friendly environment again cause I hate going to the dr when I dont feel well and constantly feel like the staff hates the world.

Dr Maninno is a great doctor. Been seeing him for.twelbe years.wouldnt want to see any other doctor in town.
