This was my first time into this office and my first impression was WOW!! The waiting area was very clean. The office staff was on point with answers to my questions. The check-in process was very simple. When it came to my cleaning, all those who saw me were very nice. Each person was very thorough and answered all my questions. Taylor, my hygienist, was very professional and caring. She went out of her way to inform me on what condition my teeth were in and the proper ways to care for them in the future. Havent been to the dentist in awhile. The staff and Dentists there have been wonderful. Have had quite a bit of work done. But its all been pain free..!! I tell anybody who needs a new dentist call them. All equipment is up to date and new.. had to get a new crown made.. they made it on site in about 40 minutes!!!!

I was very impressed with the newest equipment in dental technology at this office. Beautifully decorated as you enter reception area. All the staff were professional and kind, exceptionally clean, all wear protective face, gloves and gowns. My teeth were cleaned and polished with utmost care and attention to every detail. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and it was a really easy procedure. My oral surgeon and everyone helping were so nice and caring, and even called to check up on me later in the day to see how I was doing. Very nice people and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have always been happy with the services at New Falls Dental. Their staff are competent, caring and professional. They also saved my life by noticing a lesion in my mouth that I was not aware of. It turned out to be cancer but because it was caught early and I had surgery promptly my prognosis is good.

Taylor was an awesome hygienist! She explained everything thoroughly and showed me visuals with pictures and xrays. There was basically no wait in the office. The staff was very kind! I like that they took their time to explain everything from the process to the insurance and co-pays.

I never like going to the dentist. This was such an extreme case of having to have a root canal. Something I’ve never wanted to endure. In the past I’ve simply had the tooth extracted. In this case it was a front molar. I made the unnerving decision (with guidance and a few options made available to me) to have the root canal. With the help of the doctor and his amazing considerate staff members this went off flawless. They are an incredible team that puts the patient first and they go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this company for your next dental experience. I give them 5 ⭐️ and want to personally thank each and everyone . I will definitely be going back for all my dental services.

This was my first time at the New Falls Dental Group. First, I have to say, it was by far the nicest dentist office I have ever been too. It’s immaculate and very modern looking. The waiting area has a ton of comfortable accent chairs, not the hard chairs you typically experience in an office. Most of the paperwork was done electronically beforehand, and the two forms that needed to be signed in person were done on an iPad - it felt kind of like a dentist office of the future! (Or maybe I’m just used to the process being very old-school.)I was taken back at almost the exact time of my appointment - and it’s always nice to have a staff who is timely as well. My hygienist, Morgan, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in my appointment. She took her time examining and explaining all of my concerns - she didn’t just use the dental lingo but truly broke every term down in a way I would understand. She patiently went through x-rays and was empathetic at the site of a *dun dun dun* cavity. She was also very friendly, which is always a plus! The Dentist who followed her up was equally as transparent with my treatment and options. All members of the staff made me feel very well cared for and calm.Thank you to the New Falls Dental Group. This might be the first time ever I’m actually excited to go back to the dentist.

New Falls Dental got me in same day for an emergency tooth extraction. The staff was incredibly disarming (important when you have a severe phobia), professional, and thoroughly explained everything. The doctor was great, understood my anxiety, talked me through the procedure. I highly recommend.

This place is awesome! They have all new technology and are very thorough. The whole building is so clean and decorated very elegantly it was such a breath of fresh air compared to my old dentist who had old technology and was in a cramped house. All the staff were very friendly which I once again compare to my the old place in which the receptionists were all rude and cranky every time. I am very happy I found them.

My husband went to new falls dental today and saw Morgan the hygienist and couldn’t say enough nice thing about her and the office. He said she was very thorough and easy to talk to. She gave him good advice for keeping his gums healthy and he didn’t feel pressured into treatment. We have changed dentist 3 times in the last 4/5 years because we haven’t found one we liked. I have an appt there in a few months and can’t wait to meet the staff.

I have been a patient for the last 30 years and have always gotten exceptional care I am loving the new offices. This time when I called about a broken tooth and told them I was not having any pain but I needed an appointment, I was given an appointment within one hour of when I called and when I arrived I barely had to wait at all before I was seen and my problem was promptly taken care of.

I don’t think I have words that accurately describe how amazingly comfortable I now am going to the dentist!! Dr R.is the most gentle, caring and compassionate dentist I’ve had since my childhood dentist (he retired). That was in late 90s. I’ve been to a few others and for one reason or another moved on. Not now!! I have finally found the one!! When a dentist gives you a needle and it’s ONLY a pinch then you know he’s good!! (I got 2 in roof of mouth) Dr. R also listened to what I wanted to do and gave me options. Both would work but one was in my price range. Also...all girls in the office make you feel comfortable and that they’ve known you forever. I truly recommend NEWFALLS DENTAL.

The new facility is so nice even has a bougie waiting area. The staff was so welcoming and informative. I felt like I got an excellent cleaning with the latest and greatest equipment. Everyone today was incredible from the doctor herself to the techs to the office manager and receptionist. As someone with serious dental anxiety I’m so thankful for such an easy going experience. Had a very good experience. I always get anxiety when having to go to the dentist, but I really like this dentist. Left my dentist that I have been going to for 20 years. I got an appointment right away and they fixed my problem that same day. Where as my old dentist wasn’t even giving me the option they gave to fix my problem. Didn’t feel any pain! The staff is friendly and the facility is very nice! Look forward to continuing with this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Iriculla for many years and I find her to be very caring and compassionate. After about a year away due to Covid I was nervous to get a cleaning and checkup because I have sensitivity, but my dental hygienist Gabbie was great - very gentle.New Falls uses state-of-the-art equipment and their office underwent a total transformation. It’s beautiful! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very comfortable, gracious and nonjudgmental staff in a very lush yet comfortable atmosphere. My first time here with new insurance to replace a lost filling. I figured my first appointment would be X-rays and then would need to come back to have the filling replaced (of course as most places do so they can get paid twice). They did take X-rays, but also replaced my filling and my appointment lasted well after their closing time. They made the experience as pleasant as possible and I will never go to another dental office after this experience. I have been to SEVERAL offices and this was by far the most comfortable visit with kind staff, not thinking twice to go out of their way for you!

-Scheduled an appointment and when i got there i was told i could either pay emergency visit or buy house insurance. I fell for the scam house insurance 2 cleanings. The repair on my tooth was amateur and very expensive. She didnt numb my mouth enough the and tooth hurt during and after.-They canceled my cleaning appointment 2 days prior and rescheduled 6weeks later.-The cleaning resulted in a $4k+ estimate starting with 3 fillings for 600. They wanted 300 down payment to make my next appointment. I refused-Now almost a year later tooth is still a problem
