Doctor was good, staff is terrible. Had a cracked tooth, and I was told I needed a crown. They told me they would bill insurance company and get back to me. 4 weeks later I contacted ins company and they had received nothing, in which time on a conference call we got the office mgr Sharon who said she sent it. After realizing ins company was on phone, she changed her story and said she sent it last week. I asked her why it took almost 4 weeks to submit claim, she started getting defensive and said were very busy here. Thank God this tooth is not hurting me as of now.

My Aunt had such a terrible experience there this past week. She was in for a cleaning and the billing department Sharon was the rudest human who was “having” a bad day. Leave your bad day where it came from and treat your patients with kindness for get out of that profession. I am appalled at how one can treat another so rude. Can’t wait to speak with the office manager.

I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years. The staff is very welcoming and my principal Dentist, Dr. Hom is great. I have also seen Dr. Tauber for root canals. He’s amazing!! I always feel comfortable, the time of the appointment is respected and now they have a new dental hygienist who does a great job! No one loves going to the dentist but the entire team here makes it a lot more pleasant.

I never leave reviews for places but had to after seeing these piss poor reviews from people that are clearly out of their GD minds. This experience isnt just from a singular visit, I have gone here about 8-10 times in the past year for root canals/fillings. I have not waited more than 10 minutes any time that I have gone. The staff are all really nice as well. This place also has the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Hom is a godly dentist. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to having dental work done to any degree and Dr. Hom is always calm and I always felt comfortable at all times. I had work done by one of their specialists who was also excellent. Anyone who has anything to complain about here is an absolute Karen that will complain about anything.

Worst staff I have ever seen by far. Rude, inconsiderate, not professional at all. Didnt even get to see Dentist, thats how bad it was. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I took my daughters here for a routine exam.. first the wait time was over an hr. when they were finally seen it was in a small cramped space right next to each other and a bunch of other patients, no place to even sit for me. either way, the doctor did some xrays, said that they both had to come back for a filling. he also said they needed an appt for a cleaning. so thats three separate appointments for something that can be done and has been done at once at every other dental practice. absolutely ridiculous, dentist seemed annoyed when I asked him questions. and tried squeezing out any money they could from the insurance for these three unnecessary appointments.

Dr. David Hom is highly recommended. My daughter and I love him. Would not go to anyone else.

If I could.give zero stars I would. A dentist that doesnt have patience and doesnt care about your teeth isnt a good dentist at all! Shame on this dental office!

Doctor was great, staff was not attentive to my appointment and scheduled it for the wrong day. It really set my personal schedule back and Im very dissatisfied as it changes my timeline by a month.

Great staff and extremely professional destints and specialists.
