I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Robert Bacigalupo at the Levittown office and it was the best wisdom tooth removal I had ever had. It was my last remaining wisdom tooth that I was previously told by a dentist was too dangerous to come out due to it be covered by a nerve. With my current dentist saying the tooth had to come out due to the impact to the tooth next to it, the hygienist recommend Levittown Oral and Implant Surgery and I’ll forever be thankful.I was so nervous to go through this removal, but at the consults Dr. Bacigalupo was so reassuring, explained everything that would happen, and answered all my questions. The day of the surgery he reassured me again and explained everything. After it was over, my pain level was nowhere close to what I was anticipating and my recovery has been amazing.I cannot recommend them enough. All of the staff is incredibly accommodating and nice, the place is immaculate, and all Covid protocols are in place. If you need an oral surgeon, this is the place to go!

I recently went here to get my wisdom teeth extracted and had a really great experience with the practice! The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were all so nice and caring. The office was immaculate and everyone took Covid precautions very seriously! My wait times were short and the office accommodated a few emergency visits without a problem. Plus, the extraction went really well and recovery was pretty easy! Very grateful to everyone at this practice, especially Dr. Bacigalupo and Kathy. Highly recommend!

I came in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they had an appt the next day! I had some concerns and Dr. Bacigalupo took the time to ease my fears. Not only that, but he called to see how I was doing that night. The staff was warm and friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Jerman and Krista are great.I was in on 4/16/21 and had all my upper teeth removed, and replaced with temporary arch with 6 implants. Absolutely no pain, and 36 hours later, still no pain, no swelling. The office is 100% top shelf. If your looking for this kind of work, and are hesitant, like I was, no need to feel like that. These doctors are outstanding!!!!

Took my brother here for dental surgery and I can honestly say this was the best office I’ve ever visited. The staff was friendly and efficient. Office was immaculate. Doctor was also friendly and explained everything start to finish. My brother’s recovery time was minimal (and that’s after 4 wisdom teeth out!). He didn’t even need to pick up the pain killers sent to the pharmacy because he healed so nicely. The office even called a day or so later to check in on him. I needed to get my wisdom tooth extracted asap and they were able to get me in 2days. Once I arrived at the office the entire procedure was 20min ! The Dr and assistant were all very courteous, and attentive. They even called me a few hours to see how I was doing, and I got a call from them the next day ! Really recommend this place !

50 YO and been to my share of dentists. Needed to have tooth extracted and referred by my primary dentist. Newer office, completely updated accompanied by efficient seamless scheduling. I was lucky enough to have Dr. B (long Italian name) and probably the best dentist I have experienced. 5 Stars not enough.

Dr. Bacigalupo has amazing bedside manner and is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He will answer any question or concern and you have and takes the time to truly explain so you are comfortable. He was so accommodating and was able to do consultation and extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth all within a 24 hour period. The staff at this practice is kind and always helpful. I highly recommend him!

I had a tooth extraction here. I had no issues with the extraction or the recovery that day. It went absolutely perfect. The dentist as well as the staff were super nice and followed up that day and the following day to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this oral surgery practice!

Great experience! Everyone from reception to head surgeon is very helpful and patient. I will definitely have my family and friends visit them.

My first visit to this office was very pleasant and so was my second. I went for my four wisdom teeth that have been bothering me and it was pretty simple med history then X-ray. I scheduled my appointment for my extractions I got all four out and was sedated for the procedure. I have to say I dont remember a thing I was hooked up to machines and Dr. Bacigalupo put the iv in which was painless and I went off to sleep. I was awakened about 30-45 min later. Dr.Bacigalupo was great and his assistants (dont know their formal title) so sorry ladies , but they each were very helpful, amazing, and polite. If I ever need anything else I will be going back to this office.

From start to finish they were great! Kathy helped me with my paperwork and appointment by email and over the phone. Went to the office today with a broken tooth that had to be removed. With this COVID 19 going on of course I was nervous, not to mention scared to death of getting the tooth removed.But they were ready, using all precautions they made me feel comfortable and got that tooth out. I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly. The extraction was quick and there was very little pain. In the past I’ve had two other wisdom teeth pulled by other oral surgeons and this was a far better experience. The healing process was surprisingly much faster and less painful than in the past. I will be using them again if I’m ever in need of any more oral surgery.

I called needing an immediate appointment, and despite being a new patient I was given an appointment the same day. State of the art facility where COVID precautions were maintained. Evaluated for possible alternatives, and provided with neccessary treatments..follow up calls given.

Levittown Oral & Implant Surgery they were AMAZING! From the moment I called as emergency patient they were courteous, kind, very quick to get me in. I was in petrified they made it very easy, the practice called that night, & day after to check on me.

I went in for an extraction with Dr Hirsch and everything went well. While the tooth was a bit stubborn, the procedure was painless and short in duration. The tooth was no match for Dr Hirschs skills and was efficiently removed. I found the entire staff to be professional, and the facility was clean and up to date. A job well done.

All staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Hirsh removed wisdom teeth and didn’t feel a thing. Staff followed up with thorough care instructions and answered all my questions. Massapequa oral surgery went above and beyond. When I had jaw and tooth pain.From the front desk ,To the assistants in the back.I had an issue with my jaw or tooth and dr Rob was amazing and patient and in time we figured it out. Had to remove a tooth. I choose to stay awake and had a local , felt absolutely zero pain. He also has the best personality and great bed side manners. I could go on and on about him. So if you need oral surgery don’t second guess it. Trust him. He is the best !!

I was diagnosed with an abscess under lower right wisdom tooth a month prior to hip replacement surgery, necessitating expedited removal to avoid infection. I was referred to Dr. Bacigalupo on Saturday and he attended to me Tuesday morning . He fully explained the procedure to the extent I wanted to know, and got the job done in 15 minutes with novacaine as a local anesthesthetic . His very supportive staff gave me a list of instructions that were easy to follow, and my prescriptions were waiting for me when I got home. Amazingly no pain, minimal swelling and I have been fully functional and able to eat normally. I will be referring my friends and family to Dr. B for their oral surgery needs. Thank you Dr. Bacigalupo and staff! A great practice in a modern, patient friendly setting.

Dr Hirsch has done dental work on my mouth in the past...it was years ago but the experience was great! Dr Hirsch is a soft spoken man with good chair side manners that makes you feel comfortable. Every individual is different but there was never any issues or side effects from the work he performed. When an issue came up after a visit with my regular dentist, I was nervous about the procedure that was going to have to be done. Dr Hirsch was the go to man for a 2nd opinion & he didnt disappoint...Dr Hirsch & his assistant were kind & caring about my situation and he didnt rush the questions I was asking. Dr Hirsch didnt perform the oral surgery but I absolutely recommend Dr Hirsch for your dental needs. Hes in a new office and everyone was great! Im grateful to have had the opportunity to see him again! Smile on!

Good experience with my wisdom teeth extractions, surgeon I got was cute and young and performed my surgery well with Novocain. I felt no pain and recovered very quickly after a few days. I believe I began eating solid food on the 5th day, I didn’t wait the whole week but everyone heals differently.
