Matthew is super easy to talk to and a good listener and has takes the time to understand me and taught me new ways to help me with my anxiety.

Johanna at the front desk doesn’t wear a mask and is usually in the back streaming a tv show instead of doing her job. Carla the therapist calls you in late most of the time and usually cuts the therapy session short when she runs out of things to ask. It seems like she is just trying to get you out as quick as possible instead of trying to help. I was also told in January that I no longer had any copay since I changed my insurance. This is not true, as I just received a bill 6 months later for $423 for the copays that no one ever told me about. It seems like Max and his nurse Annie are the only staff members that seem to care for their patients.

All the therapists are super great and excellent, the receptionist Johanna is the best, she cares for all three of my children and spoils them when were there. Dr. Belot is the best!!

Should edit your hours on Google for Fridays to closed and also have a sign posted closed on Fridays as the sign posted reads Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. As a courtesy to your patients that may check your hours on Google and/or show up to find out you are closed on Fridays. Other than that great office and great stuff.

I appreciate the treatment Max and Carla have given me. I’m not going to say I’m perfect because no is, but seeing myself from 2 years ago I must say I have improved in so many way. For years I have been trying to find a place to help me and I do have to say I am happy with where I am at now then where I was 2 years ago. I was in a very dark place and with the help of Carla, and her recommendation to Max I feel a whole lot better then I was. I will not change this for anything. Thank you Max and Carla 🙌.

It was very quite when, I was there. However,that was on 1/6/21. I was the only person at that time.Today 7/1/21It was full with 4 senior citizens and one child. It was nice clean, quite and the child true on the TV. I did not have to wait a long time. My therapist listened to me tell him my story. He made a change on my meds and it makes a small difference, but its something. Thank you to my therapist and staff for making the office nice and safe.

Finally I found a place that I could get great ❤ care. And be treated as a real person. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so very much.

Johanna is the best. She will do what ever it takes to get you schedule to fit yours. She works with ever one and works great with the kids in the waiting room.Matthew is the best therapist. I have 3 kids that he sees. My kids will talk to him like they are best friends. I would not want anyone else.

Carla has the Expertise and Knowledge to help put you back on the right track/path.

I love this location the medical staff are so professional and friendly.. it makes a big difference every time I take my son. Johanna the receptionist is excellent she will help you with everything you need . And Isabel the therapist is amazing.

The treatment of Dr. Max Velot highly professional .... however the treatment of his disrespectful, arrogant and discriminatory receptionist together with a great lack of humanitarian sense where he does not see a patient his family and difficulties sees only one. Number and $ a parent strives to put their own resources for noncompliance with transportation to reach the consultation with their child and is not only denied attention they are expelled from the program without considering collateral damage to the child and his family of course This is because of the high demand that psychiatry has if it were another branch of health they would beg you to the patient because he did not abandon his program and the treatment outside these assistants of the doctor and member of his more human staff but only money earnings and loses
