As a potential, new patient, its bad enough I waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak with someone. Before getting my name, Id been advised that IF I became a patient, one of my prescribed medications would NOT be handled there & that Id need a specialist for it. What kind of physician cant/doesnt or wont prescribe a medication for someone with a 27yr history of being prescribed it? If thats rule #1, I can only imagine an orderly meat processing plant of rules to follow

I typically do not write reviews but wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experiences have been with having Dr. Lomas as my Dads PCP. Her accessibility to her patients is like no other, she is the first doctor that I have interacted with that shows genuine care when it comes to her patients. Also I would be remiss if I also didnt mention her wonderful staff. Alicia, Francis, Dixie and Taylor have all been beyond wonderful with assisting me and my Dad with getting the necessary care that he needs. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for an exceptional primary care doctor!

I have currently been going to Dr Lomas for 20 years. Out of all physicians I have had in my life, due to moves on my part, I will forever come back to her. She is the most knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate person in her profession that I have met. She will absolutely tell you if she doesnt know something, (which is very rare) however she will find the answer. She is able to bridge that gap between physician, and true friend who absolutely wants to make sure that the your quality of life is the best possible. Even to this day, she still amazes me.If you want a true physician that remembers what the core foundation is, Dr Lomas is the choice for me.

I love this office doctor lomas and Cameron are such wonderful providers. They pay attention to detail and they make me feel as if I am the only one matters. I have had Dr.Lomas for going on 15 years. I no longer live in the area however I make the 3.5 hour drive because of how outstanding of a medical physician she is. As doctors go she is the best around, this is coming from a person that has spent 14years traveling the world with work and have seen/spoken to countless doctors and medical physicians as well as family practitioners from all over the globe. The staff is super attentive to the needs of the patients. I have known some of them for 10plus years. I cannot recommend another doctor more then Dr.Lomas and her staff. Sarah is one of the ones I have known 10 plus years and look forward to seeing every time I come in. The rest of the staff is great as well take the time to get to know them all. I absolutely love coming to Dr. Lomas office, all of her staff is very friendly and willing to help you with your questions or concerns. I also see her associate Dr. Cameron and he is very friendly and professional. Both Dr. Lomas and Dr. Cameron have great bedside manners and they always listen to whats going on. As a person with Multiple Sclerosis, my medical needs are frequent and unpredictable. Dr. Lomas has been my primary care physician for several years and she coordinates my care plan with my team of specialists (neurologist, pulmonologist, urologist, orthopedist, and pain and spine specialist) so that there is continuity in managing my health. Whenever a condition that requires immediate attention arises, I am always scheduled within a few hours of calling her office. I’m treated in a professional manner and feel that the care and attention I receive are top-notch. Everyone, from Aleshia, Taylor, and Dixie at the front desk, Sarah, Nina, and Frances, the medical assistants, and Cam, the nurse practitioner, are very cordial and make a visit to the doctor as pleasant as possible. Phone calls are returned promptly and medication refills are always submitted to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Lomas because she is very easy to talk with and she explains tests results in an easily understandable manner. Additionally, she answers any questions that I have in a thorough manner and never acts rushed or hurried in doing so, even when her waiting room is full. She is a down to earth, family-oriented, compassionate and very knowledgeable primary care physician who has the needs of her patients first and foremost. My only regret is that I didn’t start seeing her sooner.

Ive been coming to this office for a while now, Ive never had an issue with the front desk staff or the medical staff. They are always friendly and very attentive towards patient needs. Nina medical assistant is absolutely very much on task and Dr Cameron is always knows what to recommend for my issues at hand. But the girls at the front desk are horrible always asking for money not concerned about imeducal ssues of patients.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Lomas for 2 years, and is very satisfied with the attention and care given by Doc and the wonderful staff. Aleshia, Dixie, Taylor, Frances, Nina, Sarah, and Dr. Cammeren work together seamlessly...phone calls are promptly returned, scripts called in quickly, and if mom needs a fast appointment they always fit her in. The environment is consistently friendly and supportive. We highly recommend Dr. Lomas !!!

I called to get an appointment and Aleshia was so awesome and sweet. I went to see Dr Lomas the same day.

Dr Lomas and Cameron are two of the best around Have done so much for me and were exceptional with my dad

Dr Lomas, Cameron, Nina and the entire office staff are very professional, friendly, very hard working I am very pleased with them. They are more like family.

Dr. Lomas has awesome bedside manner, very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lomas to everyone and anyone. Her staff is friendly. Everyone who works with her is awesome.

Appointment time they insisted I be there by 3:15pm or they would have to reschedule. Didn’t get called back till 4pm. For over 45 minutes I listened to women at the desk talking about an adult pj party, people interrupting their conversation by calling in, and how they can not understand the abbreviations on the doctors notes. I would suggest you look elsewhere unless your looking to get the deets on that pj party. It’s supposed to be lit. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Staff not helpful at all. I’ve been without my medicines for 2 1/2 weeks because staff keeps telling me theyeve sent my scripts over but have not. Currently on a 10 minute phone call.
