Doctor Odetude has been my doctor for two years now. I love this lady! She is super sweet and compassionate. She has been a big reason to my success in getting my health in tip top shape..The staff is super nice.

Ive been reading reviews and I dont get it. I love this place. Ive had nothing but good experiences so far. My husband has been a patient here for 2 years and no problems. The staff seems to run like a well oiled machine and I have found everyone friendly and very knowledgeable in their jobs. We both love Dr. O and find her very competent and trust worthy.

Im very grateful for physicians that God has given to help us in our infirmities whether it is a low-cost clinic or not the doctors & their assistance are very capable the office staff there are very friendly & the office is very clean I give them a 5 star. Indeed & highly recommend others to their service even in wait time Im in the office & not waiting 30 min or so to see a Dr.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s not a doctors office it’s like a low cost clinic and the care is subpar. My partner went here with an issue quickly the doctor prescribed meds and then ordered tests. The meds to mask the pain vs finding the problem. Uhm hello we have an opioid crisis in America. That’s not the worst part waiting and waiting for the doctor to communicate test results is the biggest issue. Was up on her chart before we hit the parking lot at the testing facility a week and a half later still no call from doctors there. Good thing we went elsewhere because she had an infection that needed immediate attention and waiting a week for a doctor to respond for results is insane. The Lee Medical system is amazing but this place should be called a low cost clinic bc that’s about all it is!!

Horrible place they are always canceling the appointments, disorganized bad service in general

Jackie attended me for my first ultrasound. She didnt make me feel comfortable and welcomed. It seem like she was in a bad mood and when I would ask her about what I was seeing she was rude and just wanted to get done with my ultrasound and move on to the next one. For being my first time pregancy and seeing my baby for the first time this clinic was the worst experience. I wouldnt recommend this clinic for no reason!

Their wait time is ridiculous on the phone for 20 mins and the time frame where it shows they are not busy around this time. I don’t like being held up on the phone for over 20 mins I get 10 but this isn’t a call center this is a medical office where I’m trying to have my son seen for his check only to confirm an appointment and to see if there’s an appointment available. What’s so hard about that?

I have become a patient there recently after moving from Maine, and las tonight, being 35 weeks pregnant, i called their answering service at 4 a.m. due to a pregnancy concern, and fought whoever answered their phones to talk to anyone, i dont care what midwife, what doctor, what nurse, just need a question answered, apparently they cant let you talk to anyone period unless you know the exact address, and specific doctors name that youve seen. She then transferred me to Healthpark labor and delivery in Fort Myers, who also couldnt let me talk to anyone on call without knowing their exact name, so after 20 minutes of fighting these people and hospitals, i just hung up and called back home to maine who quickly and thoroughly answered my concerns. Ridiculous that i couldnt talk to any doctor or midwife, and thankful that my baby wasnt in any real danger, because after last night, i am EXTREMELY put off to have a baby with these people.

Shari Lagodzinski has AWESOME bedside manners and helps you feel comfortable when visiting. She listens and gets to the root of the problem. Best I’ve seen thus far in this area!! Finally I’ve found someone that’s trustworthy and competent!! I’m so happy in knowing that going forward I have effective help when it comes to my health! Thank you Shari!!!

The people here are not experienced enough to even have a job as health professionals. They lose important paper work and have the worst attitude. Me and my mother had to come here 3 times! Because each time they would lose paper work and would want more paper work. And at the end they never helped. They would make excuses why they needed more paper work in order for them to make an appointment. We are finding another place to go to.

One of the best doctors offices I have ever been to. Dr. Nye is amazing and truly takes the time to ensure you get all the help you need at every appointment. All the nurses and front office personnel are so kind and compassionate as well. Everyone is always ready to help!Do not let other peoples bad reviews deter you. Its a doctors office...there will be long waits sometimes, if youre rude, Im sure they could be rude in return. But this has never been my experience. Long waits=a doctor/ doctors who really care about their patients and dont mind going over on time to help you.

I had an appointment at 8:30 for a Depo shot only. I didn’t get seen until 9:10. On top of that I have a bad headache which is caused by hypertension. I asked if my blood pressure can be checked because I wasn’t feeling well. I was told that I had to make an appointment to have my blood pressure checked. That was a big problem for me. God forbid anything to happen to me or anyone else for something so simple that could have been prevented. Please do better.

First time i went in with my child she needed a referral. They squeeze her in because of the struggle i was having. Before i left i asked Dr. K if the referral is all i need. She said yes. I asked the nurse and front desk. Everyone answer you just need the paper. Ha the orthopedic had to fight with you just as much as me to get yall to fax it.My daughter was sent home from daycare with a fever and they cant get me in but instead calling me back to tell me they left me hanging. When i called twice yesterday. Then they finally get me a nurse who said i can get you in at 1 but its gonna be an hour before she is seen. So another day off from work.Thank you for the service. I have no choice but to come to you guys. So i hope you have wonderful day.

Constantly gave me and my wife false information. The employees need to be trained on their policies because every employee told us different information. I would avoid using this facility if you can.

Doctor Nye is the best ! I love this place everyone is so nice and makes you feel good and safe I recommend this place to everyone !
