I get my prescriptions mailed from Centerra, filled through the D-H Pharmacy app, and it always gets to me in great condition and quickly.

Easy & pretty quick drive-through pick up.

Stood in an empty store, at the dropoff window, while Zachary ignored my existence completely. He didnt even have the courtesy to let me know it was going to be a while, let alone call someone else over. The people in the back ignored me as well. After a while I started stopwatch. At the ten minute mark I got out my phone to call them from their own lobby.

I have called this facility 5-6 times to organize prescriptions and delivery (always with some type of twist on my end) Each time I have spoken to a different employee and every one of them is amazing! Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating......they epitomize best practice customer service! Whoever is in charge of hiring and training should be promoted. I highly recommend using this facility.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. They are kind, professional, and have gone out of their way to help me with insurance issues multiple times. I would recommend them to anyone.

“Short-staffed, no one should have promised 45 minutes. That’s just not nearly enough time”. Really? Every other pharmacy does it in 20 minutes with half the staff I saw behind the counter at Centerra....and the 45 minutes was after giving them 30 minutes from when the prescription was sent in (they just didn’t check their computer for new orders)

It was difficult to get my prescription filled was informed everything would be ready within 20 minute. Returned to pick up my prescription and the associate told me it would be 20 minutes as it was never processed due to lack of communication. She proceeded to inform me that as soon as we end our conversation she can get it ready. Very rude and unprofessional associates.

It was difficult to get my prescription filled at the hospital itself but I was easily able to get it filled at Ventura. I was at the hospital for a month with my son in PICU. They should allow guests to get prescriptions filled as well.

I needed some prescription medication at around 10pm last nite (Sunday). Of the many pharmacies in the Lebanon area, this was the only one that was open--the drive thru is open 24 hours! I also needed to purchase something inside, which was locked up. The gentleman was nice enough to unlock the doors and let me in to get what I needed. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to my situation. Model customer service...the store is new, clean and well stocked as well. Thank you, kind sir!
