Weve had Phoenix since December and are very pleased with the care my Mom receives. Any issues were minor and resolved quickly with a little communication. Our full time caregiver, Joetta, is flexible and extremely kind. Mom loves her! Weekend caregivers are harder to get to know but all are very adaptable and willing to meet our needs. Kelly responds quickly to any questions or schedule changes I have and I am very satisfied with the company. Thank you.

Ive worked for Phoenix for over a year now and I believe this is the best company to work for. They have worked with me on my schedule while dealing with illness, family issues, and even deaths and are very understanding when you explain what is going on. I love all the office girls they are amazing and always work hard to cover my schedule when needed. They also work very hard to place the right caregiver with the right client,, which is very important for a good, happy,, healthy and productive relationship/partnership in the care for our clients. I feel we are the best of the best ❤

I have been working for Phoenix home care out of the Lebanon office for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love my job. The office is always willing to help me out when needed and they are super supportive when times get crazy and most importantly the supervisors and other managers within the office always check on the staff to make sure things are going in the right direction.

Poorly trained new caregivers. Office staff does not communicate with caregivers or clients when caregivers dont show up. Clients are frequently neglected while caregivers are sitting talking on their phones, eating ourfood, watching TV, etc. and when client. tell office staff about it they are told well it may take quite awhile to get you someone else. ...We dont need babysitters! We need caregivers 😢

I have worked in the Home Care industry for 15+ years, Phoenix is by far the best employer I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees and the clients they serve. They do their best to make sure that the needs of all are met and do so with the utmost integrity and compassion. Love working for Phoenix Home Care and Hospice!

They do not take care of my grandparents. They hardly have a worker come out to their house and when they do they never do their job or they quit. Even after they have no care giver they still dont get another one for weeks. Get integrity instead if youre looking for hhc for your loved ones.

Lebanon - MoI have several years of Home Health care Expertise. Im not at all impressed with this agency... after attending classes for two days in Springfield for orientation.(They have weekly classes bringing in new employees weekly and cannot offer them adequate employment..)They want you to drive an hour away and work 2 hours.. (after making them aware I had no interest in short shifts at point of hire)After requesting a local client with no less than 3 hrs daily. Was told 3 times they where working on getting me client and would call me back in a few hours.. No call?No mileage pay either for first 50 miles.. Waste of time especially when you want to work and your good experienced employee in this field. Your pay is less in the 2 day orientation class also.. Which was never mentioned.. You also buy your own uniforms while in orientation..Definitely would not recommend..Office says one thing and they do the opposite or just cannot follow through.Especially on return calls...

Waited over a year for my pay raise, which was approved Nov.2018 .Finally quit in dec. Of 2019. I am currently owed $945.00. Which I know theyll never give me. You saw the request for me to contact. Tried. NO ANSWER

They do not have their office together nobody knows what anybody else is doing . They forget which person you as a client have as your cna or when or if they are coming.You will be lucky to get your hours of help in, and you never know when your schedule is.They dont pay their cnas well. Its was horrible. I wouldnt use them and I wouldnt want to work for them. I hope this helps someone else. If youre looking for a cna go somewhere else if youre looking for a job go somewhere else!!

I have an excellent caregiver named Jennifer. Been with her for years; cant imagine a better aide or nurse.However I have had issues with subs and fillins. Communication is poor with administrative staff. Theyre nice but very disorganized.

Understanding staff and they are willing to work with you.

I have a friend who has this company from my view they are horrible never notified when her aide isnt showing up they do practically nothing they refuse to work weekends will not change their hours if ask Im not sure what other companies are like but seriously and the office is just as bad no communication lucky if you can reach anyone to talk to them and the famous words are well we will find another aide yeah takes forever and they say they will find a weekend filler well thats never happened eitheri wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

Not happy with my mothers home care serviceA couple nights ago she has to have a vacuum attached to her arm because she had surgery on her arm its to remove drainage it started to leak that night we both contacted their after hour care no nurse showed up to help her until the next day then it was to late she ended up getting a severe infection due to her not having her vacuum attached to her arm now shes in the hospital in springfield mo and her doctor is very upset about it
