My Dr. Has been trying for two days to call in an RX. Answer your phone!!!!!. Went to pick up RX yesterday which was called in 3 days ago. Said they didnt have it. (happens all the time). Checked another computer. Yea, sitting there for three days not filled. Typical Walmart. Not surprised. DONE!!!

My husband and I have used this pharmacy numerous times in the past 5 months. The staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The pharmacist took time to thoroughly answer a question I had about a recalled drug that was prescribed. When insurance covered only a fraction of a prescribed medication, they took the time to check my cost using GoodRX and found that it provided a considerable saving! Highly recommended!

The front end people do not listen

Its going on 3 weeks still waiting on my prescription to be filled. Every single time they make an excuse as to why it hasnt been filled. Theyre always out of stock then I gotta wait longer for my medicine that I rely on. I even called ahead to make sure it was ready, they said yes, I drove in, they told me theyre out of stock so it wasnt filled(once again), they shouldve called me. Save me a drive. I will have to wait until tomorrow after 4, they say but Im sure tomorrow it wont be filled either. Im switching pharmacies once rest of medicines are filled.

Front end pharmacy staff are as good as the rating that I provided. Girl at drop off said that my information was incorrect, but works at every other pharmacy. Quality place.

Horrible experience. They’re always out of stock. They gave me the wrong prescription twice for my inhaler that I rely on since I have COPD. They pick up counter lady can never find the prescriptions and lied to me, even when I went to ask in the drop off counter first to make sure they were ready. Not to mention they were extremely rude.

Fantastic pharmacy, associates are pleasant and courteous. Lines are occasionally long, but thats to be expected in a large pharmacy like this one.Never have any problems

This pharmacy is staffed by incompetent techs. They forgot to order a medication twice. Then they made a mess of the final price for the medication and when I called to cancel my dealings with them, the associate was extremely rude. The lines are atrocious to pick up meds anyway, so I am better off going elsewhere.

The Person at the drop off window Named Melissa Lied to Me twice .First time this Melissa person Lied to Me She told Me They do not carry the Medication I needed filled ,but 2 weeks later They had that medication and filled My prescription .Second time this Melissa person Lied to Me She told Me I could get My medication fillled on November 23,2017 which is Thanksgiving for the same medication She told Me They did not carry anymore the first time She had Lied to Me ,but come to find out Today November 23,2017 They are closed .I feel Strongly They should either Fire Her or Moniter Her closely.

Pharmacy closed Sunday from 1-2 would be nice if it was correct on line!!!!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. Majority of the time they only have one person working and you stand in line for close to an hour. I always end up walking out without my medicine and having to go back when I actually have time.

These people have got to all be Lebanon finest high school drop outs....
