Dr Lippe is very professional and thoroughl yet very personable..Her staff as well...No complaints..

I really like Dr. Haligowski. Checked my eyes a really good. Have gone to see him for years. Now the eye glass store the person called off then I made another appointment that I had to leave work for & they called me same day to cancel that appointment.

Dr. My Eye... how does one find the words to thank a person like Dr. Altman for the perfect vision he restored to my eyes ? Removing the cataracts has improved the quality of my vision and life. Thanks God for the skill, training, and communication Dr. Altman and his outpatient and operating room staff blessed me with. I am grateful beyond belief for their expertise. I was at their office February 17,2021.I tried calling the number so I could tell them I was at the door. The line was busy, so I proceeded to walk in the front door, I had my mask in my hand, one of the front desk employees charged at me saying where’s your Mask? I said I’m trying to put it on- I said to her the guy in the optical department isn’t answering the phone. Over the years the girls at the front were never friendly, 🤨 I’m done not paying their salaries any longer

They seem not to know what to do with billing insurance company VSP for the appropriate testing. After multiple calls to reiterate that VSP is to be billed for eye exam and other testing after they billed my health insurance, they told me to throw away my incorrect bill only to be sent a letter from a collection company! I have been on top of this and will never go back and dont recommend. Even my new sunglasses lost a screw in 30 days. Not happy with services and products!

This place is a NIGHTMARE.I went in for a appointment today @2:30.First of all they dont let you sit in waiting room,have to wait in your car.Thats just the start.After being called from my car(sweating to death) I entered the building.The lady who saw me 1st said Wheres your mask? I said I dont wear a mask & have a doctors note to exempt me from wearing.She had to go to her supervisor & she said there are NO EXCEPTIONS-PERIOD.I said fine give me my records to find a new doctor.She said I would have to pay for that.Are you kidding me? I have to PAY for MY records,that is BS.This company obviously did not read the doctors note I gave to them which clearly states the 2 federal laws they violated by this BS story.HIPAA is the 1st FEDERAL violation that was broken,the 2nd was ADA another FEDERAL law.My doctor(for my breathing problems) did not give me the note to be disqualified by another doctor who KNOWS NOTHING about breathing difficulties.I could go on forever about this place but will stop here.Just to add this this NIGHTMARE place,my past appointments the Dr. was ALWAYS at least a hour late from the scheduled time.TIME is MONEY being self-employed.Lawyer will be contacted to see next steps.Bye idiots.Not putting pic of note because of privacy concerns-H-I-P-A-A,period.
