First visit went well, the good impression was made. Second visit went well. Third visit, the doctor did not wait long enough for the medicine to numb and my child said the procedure was painful. Then, 4 months after the diagnostic visit we receive a bill for something that should have been covered. First call about the bill - the lady on the phone gave a generic explanation of what it might be, second call she admits she doesn’t know enough about this and I need to talk to someone who ACTUALLY DEALS WITH bills. And then we start playing the game of who blames who, doctor’s office blames insurance company, insurance company blames doctor’s office. I paid the bill, I do MY part of business honestly. This business does not.

Pryor Family Dentistry is the best!! I have been a patient there for many years. I have very sensitive teeth and they go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable at all times. The staff are friendly and treat you like family. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from top to bottom. Dr.Pryor is a genius and they will educate you on a step by step basis. The office is very clean, low wait time if any. And they have the newest technology for scanning your teeth etc. Ive been to several dentist but he is also an oral surgeon, which is so much easier because he can do everything instead of having to refer you to another dentist.

I have been a patient since the beginning of Dr Pryor’s practice. The entire staff is always accommodating and welcoming. Recently Dr Pryor discussed with me about the newer treatment he was doing to help relieve TMJ symptoms. He explained to me that Botox was helping to relieve these symptoms. I had headaches constantly along with jaw and neck pain. I just received my second treatment and cannot express how well this works! It was almost instant! No more headaches and no more jaw/neck pain!

I will never go anywhere else ! He has the best longstanding happy employees, happy employees do good jobs.

Dr Pryor is incredible! I recently had to get my first crown and my old dentist told me it was a process that usually took a couple visits. I couldnt stand the thought of wasting that much time on a tooth so I called around to see if I could get it done quicker. I finally called Dr Pryors office and they said it could be done all in one visit. They have all of the equipment in office! Needless to say, Dr Pryor is my new dentist and I couldnt be happier. This is the best I have ever felt about going to the dentist.

The office staff needs some serious work. We were told they accept our insurance so we went through with the dental work on my step son. The day of the appointment his mom paid what was owed and then after the fact she got a bill for over $500. When we began calling on this they informed us that they are not in network with our insurance and are continuously saying that they told us that (which is a lie). They dont call people back when they say they will. They put you on hold for over 20 minutes and dont return to the phone. I have never personally been seen by Dr. Pryor but I have heard he is wonderful so it is a shame that his office staff is going to ruin his practice!

I have started drinking a lot of hot tea which stains my teeth. They took the time and effort to get all of the stains off.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Pryors for many years. After today I will never return as a patient nor will my daughter (who is now 19) due to Dr. Pryors rude comments and terrible bed side manner. My daughter left his office in tears. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I am very disappointed!!
