Wonderful wonderful Dentistry dr. Wong is wonderful and the lady that clean my teeth did a beautiful job the staff is awesome

This is Harold Mccammon went to Gentle Dental for some cavities two weeks later had to have oral surgery.

Staff very mean rude the dentist herself denied treatment for broken tooth stay away from this place

I went in for an annual appointment. As always the staff was incredible. Professional, kind, and most importantly honest. Appointment was quick and thorough. I will always come back to this office.

Had my teeth cleaned by Abbie. She is fantastic. I see Dr Wang, she is a great dentist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend this office!

Ive been coming here for a few years now and theyve always done good work. I had 8 cavities a year ago and now I have none. I initially had fears about the dentist, but I dont fear the dentist anymore after working with them. I even had a root canal and everything and they gave me wonderful treatment.My only negative is that wait times are extreme. You have to schedule about 4 months out. Maybe with the clinic move that will improve.Not sure whats up with the 1 star reviews. Most of them are riddled with typos... I think that says a lot about their trustworthiness.

Was even informed that they don’t even allow parents back with children which is BS..... Will not ever be taking my husband myself or my children here again. Worst dental place iv ever seen. Front desk Insanely rude, and major attitudes over simple questions. If I could give a zero star rating I would I do not recommend this nightmare of a place to anyone.

They have helped us many times for emergencies for my kids on short notice. I say it in quotes because we dont actually know how bad until they get us in. They also squeezed in after we messed up on the time of our appointment and showed up a half hour late. Sure, nobodies perfect, but theyve been accommodating and helpful when weve needed them. Thanks Gentle Dental.

I went in for a routine check up and cleaning. The front desk was rude and tried claiming my insurance wouldnt cover it and that my name wasnt on file. Once that was fixed I went to the back, which the hygienist was very short and rude but I figured she was having an off day. Then she said You need to start brushing your teeth. I realize dentists know when you dont but I do once, if not twice a day.Anyways they took pictures of my teeth and the dentist came in and said You may have a possible cavity. Me not understanding how its a possible and not a definite answer I asked what they meant. They claimed it could become one. I asked the dentist what she recommended to avoid it, she then told me I have other patients talk to her. And walked away.Now today I have called several times to only get voicemail to request a visit since a small filling has fallen out from years ago. Finally someone called me back to then say they are booked till December and Id have to wait till the new dentist started whos only available 1 day a week starting September. Needless to say I accepted an appointment and hope this one is better than the last.

Having 5 teeth removed is never fun, but Dr. Dhillon and Crystal made it fast, precise and as painless as possible. Great job!

If I could give this place a no star review, I would. There is no professionalism at all. They are rude and they dont even care about you as a patient. Heres the kicker, I NEED my wisdom teeth removed. And they are hurting and its messing with my teeth. She was discouraging about doing that and didnt recommend it. So, time goes on and my teeth are hurting. They said they would refer me to an oral surgeon, that was 4 months ago. I have heard nothing. Nothing at all. Seriously, not a phone call. As time goes on my teeth still hurt. So, I decide to try to call them again on Friday, 4/12/2019. I called 10 times. No answer. Wasnt even during lunch hours. So then I call 3 other numbers, and yet again. No. Answer. They dont care about you. Flat out. If they did, and they realized that I had called over and over youd think theyd be calling saying sorry we didnt answer, and such. They didnt. Im so furious and mad. Literally fuming. Do not. I repeat, DO NOT. go here. Ever. I dont recommend them. Licenses should be pulled, and they should be fined for negligence.

Had me so freaked out I ended up having a minor heart attack I just need a local antithetic And these teeth pulled I dont need the run around is what I dont need I have Trematic Brain Injuries and I am homeless hard to keep appointments when you are homeless the dentist at Sweet Home urgent Care actually yelled at me and told me I should answer my phone and I didnt have a phone till recently because I am homeless

So let me start off with saying i have anxiety about the dentist and when I made the appointment i took the time to explain how I feel. The lady that set my appointment assured me that they do their best to make there Paitents comfortable. When I get there all ready scared, they tell me my wife cant go back in the room with me. Im in tears and all the ladys there are rude. I had to leave an they did not even care. Dont go to this place at all.

I will say dont go over there ever . I had no pain in my two teeth and they said u need filling of these .I said ok do that .I had flight after 5 days to India . I dont know what the doctor did .I was in worse pain after that filling .I called them two times then they said they dont have any doctor available. They said take Aleve nothing else . I went on that long flight with worse n worse pain .if u like pain then go over there bcoz they will provide u doctor according to their schedule not for ur need n pain

My son had several teeth fixed there pain free, and nobody has ever been able to do that before.

I had to have a tooth pulled I had no pain during the tooth being polled or after the dentist was awesome answered all my questions

I went in on a Friday to have a couple of teeth extracted. I was already nervous about the time (3:30pm), and day beings if I hsd issues afterwards I would have to wait until Monday until I was able to see someone. I should have trusted my instincts. During the extraction the hygienist seen the dentist was having difficulty and asked if hed like her to get some scissors. He responded with No, Im doing this the hard way. WHAT? !? After several minutes he finally agrees with much insisting by the hygienist. When I left I was given a prescription to help with the pain I would be feeling later. ONG! Not only did the dr. Forget to put a quantity, he prescribed me a medication on my allergy list. Needless to say I was in so much pain all weekend not to mention sleep deprived, I was unable to go to work. I called first thing Monday to let them know what had happened. I was treated with ZERO compassion. This place used to be a decent dentist office. Not any more. I have been going there for 20 years. NOT ANYMORE! I am appalled at how incompetent the dentist was and do not recommend this place to anybody unless you enjoy pain and suffering. By the way the hygienist Kim was great. I dont want her to be compared to the rest of the YAHOOS!

Went to there a few months ago and the dental hygienist named Abby was very rude and was rough working on my mouth I thought maybe she was having a bad day so went back today to get a cleaning, nope she was rude and hateful again and was hurting my mouth within the first 10 minutes with shots so just told her to stop and left without her finishing, Ive been to many dentists office and never had such bad service and treatment!!

Horrible...dont go even in case of emergency. I left worse than I came in due to incompetence
