Dr. Kaila is an amazing dentist. She’s knowledgeable, kind and very personable. I really enjoyed having her as my dentist and felt she was one of the best dentists that I’ve ever had.On the other hand, the front office staff is terrible. Petty, inflexible, and insensitive to the busy lives of patients.Much happier with finding a larger dental practice that can better understand that life’s schedule can be unpredictable, and with a greater number of dentists and patients, can better serve those with busy lives.Grateful for the experience of being a patient of Dr. Kaila. She’s excellent. Just wish that the front office staff would be less rigid and rude.

My family & I have been going here for a couple of years now and I just love them! The entire staff is warm and friendly. They were absolutely FANTASTIC with my 3 year old! They were kind and patient and let her ask as many questions as she wanted and even let her look at and touch the tools they were using. I wouldnt take my business anywhere else!

Used to be a great facility with great customer service however, with the change in office staff over the last 2 years it has declined in the customer service area. The last straw was I had a scheduled appointment and on my receipt it show my appointment. Called to confirm since I didnt receive my normal reminder call. They show no appointment on record and had no explanation as to what happened. She also made absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. Really??? Wow....ok!

This is a family dentistry (father, Gregory, and daughter, Kaila) that has a comfortable office and treatment rooms and a well-trained, professional staff. Both Drs. Arnold are good dentists with whom you can trust your dental health. Their dental hygienist, Natasha, is exceptional. She will take the time to thoroughly clean your teeth, and will, like the doctors, give good advice. You can also purchase Oral B electronic toothbrushes and replacement heads. Its easy to get to, and has plenty of parking.

I previously worked for Dr. Arnold as his assistant, and am now a current patient. It was a fabulous place to work. Dr. Arnold and his staff, truly care about making their patients have a gentle and caring dental experience, and deeply focus on your oral health. The office itself is in a beautiful location, with country views surrounding the property. You are definitely sure to feel relaxed and at ease at this practice, and feel confident that your dental care needs will be met.

I come here all the time for teeth cleanings and had a tooth filling done and I am very impressed with the work they do here. Very respectful and knowledgable staff

Some people believe they are always right and everyone else is the problem. This dentist obviously is one of them. I will never go here again. She was writing everything off as a lost cause right in front of my child by the time I was walking back into the room from using the restroom. She was rude to my child and had zero patience. She never tried to gain my childs trust. And yes, she blamed me for everything. The rest of the staff was polite but I will never recommend this dentist. She acted like putting my child under anesthesia for the rest of the work has a lot of risks so I thought she was going to work with us but boy was I ever wrong!

He seems like a great dentist , but the way he spoke to his assistant while he was taking x-rays on me was unacceptable. He made her feel like crap I could see that in her eyes. hope she eventually moves on and stop working for someone that dont appreciate her hard work. I am glad I am moving away and dont have to go back to this place

I had previously been taking my kids to a specialist pediatric dentist. I have no idea why. The people at that pediatric dentist were rude, appointments had to be made months in advance, and you always waited at least an hour to actually see anyone.The professionals at 5th Avenue Dental were wonderful with my child: kind, gentle, great at explaining things. They even sent me a hand written thank you note afterwards! Thats customer service. I highly recommend 5th Ave Dental.
