I have seen Dr. Schell for basic dental needs (a few fillings) and he’s absolutely amazing. I have always hated going to the dentist but everyone here has always made me feel extremely comfortable. I recently had to have an extraction, which I was extremely nervous about. Wendy and Dr. Yazdani were a dream. Wendy calmed my nerves before the procedure even started. Dr. Yazdani then came in, introduced himself and I suddenly felt much more relaxed. The procedure was shorter than expected and I didn’t feel a thing. I no longer fear going to the dentist and Dr. Yazdani is a great addition to the team!

My visits usually involve cleanings with X-rays every other time. I have never felt one stitch of pain with the cleanings and any other procedures that Ive had there. They really do practice Gentle Dental.

Had pretty poor dental hygiene for some time and was sporting some pretty serious cavities. These guys took really good care of me and for the first time in a really long time Im not self conscious about my smile.Very friendly and professional crew of people. Couldnt recommend them more.

I was a patient of Dr Noble for about 10 years and left only because I re-located over an hours drive away. I had to have some the work I had done there previously looked at as I had a crown prematurely fail. Dr Noble looked at it and didnt hesitate to offer to re-do the crown. I greatly appreciate a practice that would do this and wish I was close enough to remain a patient because during my time there I received nothing less than this level of service and everyone I ever dealt with was friendly and professional.

From start to finish this office is professional, caring and on top of things. From check in with appropriate temp checks to Dr Schell talking me thru each step he’s doing to check out and Renee explaining my copays. Highly recommend this office. I have been to a few in the UV and this one stands out...outstanding

Was just there for a simple cleaning this time and it was great! The young hygienist who did the cleaning (Im so sorry I dont remember her name!) is so pleasant and fun to talk to. She does a very thorough job with gentleness. Dr. Noble stopped in for a look and was also very nice and professional. Im a fairly new patient and have always had a very satisfactory experience here.

DR Schnell is amazing! First He made room for me to deal with a broken off front tooth- pretty unsightly. He built me a new tooth that will look absolutely fine until I can get a permanent one- He was amazing and skilled. The new temp tooth is better than the one I broke! I appreciate his effort to do this quickly as the broken tooth was awful looking and sharp... Now the new teeth are underway - painless and lovely...

The hygienist I had been seeing left this practice and I was a little worried. However, Tracy did a wonderful job. I trust this office and enjoy their professionalism and the wonderful art that is on display.

Ive tried many dentists in the Upper Valley and ended up choosing Schell & Noble. I have been a patient for nearly 10 years. I have always had great success with treatments, options, & scheduling. Tara is my usual hygienist, but I have had appointments with many of the other staff as well over the years. The staff is knowledgeable and communicate well. Even though Im adult, they let me pull a toy from the kids prizes when I ask :)

I had no novocaine as a kid. The dentist’s wife/assistant sat on me till I was old enough to physically remove her. Lol. Both Dr. Noble and Dr Schell have delayed starting a procedure when the anesthetic took longer than expected to be effective. I have been a patient here since this practice began and have had no disappointments. The staff work well together and have gone the extra distance to make me feel at ease. From my years as an RN I know that doesn’t happen without effort and leadership. Dawn was helpful and encouraging today. Now all we need is Medicare for all and dental coverage for everyone.

Ive been seeing Tom Schell and his associates since I moved to the Upper Valley in 2001. He and everyone who works for/with him have always been professional and friendly. Both my boys grew up with this office as their dentist as well and they always felt comfortable going for their appointments. I do wish that SchellNoble Dentistry could lead a campaign to reduce plastic waste by finding a source of non-plastic toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes and floss packaging (I do appreciate the little tin disc floss dispensers). Toothbrushes are a major source of plastic waste in our oceans. Otherwise, I highly recommend the place.

I have gone to Dr. Schell and Dr. Noble for all of my adult life and just began bringing my 3 year old daughter there. She had her very first dentist appointment today with Tara and Dr. Noble and exclaimed from the dentist chair Im having so much fun here! Tara was absolutely amazing at explaining all of the tools and the process, which put my girls mind at ease and helped her to understand WHY all of those things were going near her mouth. Since going to Dr. Shell and Dr. Noble I have personally experienced such great care and information about my dental hygiene that Im excited to share that experience with my daughter and make it a positive one! Going to the dentist can be super dreadful, but when I see Taras smiling face and she remembers details about what we spoke about 6 months ago it makes me feel welcome and valued. I refer EVERYONE to Dr. Schell and Dr. Noble!!!

I had a tooth extracted -- not much fun; but my Dentist and the staff made it as pleasant as possible. They are professional, polite, helpful and patient. I called one of the dentist for some advice and he got back to me immediately and really cleared up some confusion for me.

I cant say enough about the wonderful care provided by Dr Schell. I have severe anxiety coupled with fear of dentists. Dr Schell treated me with kindness and patience. He never made me feel ashamed of the poor condition of my teeth. When I was there I felt like he cared about me as a person and not another name on a chart. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.

An amazingly gentle dentist, assistant and hygienist. I will come back here. I had the best care and learned the most about my oral care than any other dentist..they also have a sleep apnea appliance..an alternative for some to CPAP machine!

They were able to get me in for a problem visit within 2 days. Also, Dr. Schell was very communicative, thorough, gentle, and kind during my appointment.

The lack of service I experienced here was appalling. I have been trying to make an appointment with this office for MONTHS, the woman working the front desk is completely incompetent. She could not locate my information after emailing it to her 3 or 4 times, and after telling me she would call me back, I didnt receive a call. I have never had such a hard time scheduling a routine appointment before. Honestly, it has been MUCH easier for me to schedule MAJOR SURGERY than a simple dentist appointment. I hope the owners of this business are aware of the fact that because of the incompetent front desk staff, they lost 3 potential long term customers.

This is worth the read---I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Thomas G. Schell, and members of his Dentistry Office Staff, in late September 2015. My initial appointment was a referral for the consultation/fitting of an Oral Device to assist with Sleep Apnea. I received first of all, smiles from everyone upon stepping through the door, and then a very warm welcome to their office. Although Dr. Schell is not my personal Dentist for regular checkups, he IS a specialist for the Sleep Apnea device, and works closely with the Sleep Clinic in the Lebanon, NH area. Ive since been to the office twice more, and could not be happier with their service. He and his assistant took the time to educate me on the Oral Device during my initial visit, why its used, how it works, and how it can be beneficial to me individually. They listened to my questions making sure I completely understood the Device and what to expect. In the end the decision was completely mine to move forward, which I did. Ive called with further questions over the past few weeks, my calls were returned and questions answered promptly. I very much look forward to my next visit near the end of October with Dr. Schell and his staff. I also want to say, that I learned more about my teeth during that first appointment, then I have known all of my life. Everyone there is, and has been, simply wonderful! Going into an unfamiliar office is sometimes difficult, not knowing what to expect, I found myself very much at ease.....and I thank them very much, for all their help, thus far. For me its well worth the hours drive to their office, and Im happy to say Im doing quite awesome with the Oral Device thus far. I highly recommend this Dental Practice!!!

My 14 year old son has had a gap between his 2 front teeth since he started getting his adult teeth in. The gap has become more noticeable as hes grown and he no longer likes to smile for pictures. While orthodontics is an option, its only for vanity, and given that its 1,000s of dollars, we asked Dr. Schell for options. Dr. Schell and his dental assistant added bondo - the safe kind for teeth between his 2 teeth. The color matched perfectly and it looks very natural, plus with insurance it was very affordable. Dr. Schell did a fantastic job shaping the teeth to look like they have always been there. I now have a more confident, smiley teenager. Great work, thank you!

I am facing having to find a dentist closer to where my husband and I have moved and I am not super happy about it. I have been a patient since 2012 and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience from the moment that I walked into this practice. The office is well-appointed, very well maintained and absolutely spotless. The staff at the front desk is very warm, courteous and professional. I had no difficulties making appointments or communicating with the front desk. As a new patient, they processed all of my forms, handled receipt of my dental records (from my former provider} and filed paperwork with my insurance company - all without a hitch.This dental practice is unique in that it not only handles general dentistry but Dr. Schell, his partner and staff have considerable knowledge and experience in the field of dental sleep medicine. I had several visits in 2012 to be fitted with a custom dental device to address a sleep breathing disorder, Uppper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS). I had been having episodes of daytime sleepiness, fatigue and body aches and Dr. Schell suspected a sleep issue. He recommended a sleep study and it revealed that I did have UARS, which interferes with restful sleep and can cause a variety of chronic fatigue-like symptoms and other health issues. I was very, very fortunate that Dr. Schell recognized my symptoms. The fact that he did speaks volumes about Dr. Schell, his dedication to his field and the overall well-being of his patients.Dr. Schell and Dr. Noble are both extremely dedicated professionals and staff is also well-trained and highly competent. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. I only wish that I could have given them 10 stars!!!

Dr. Schell is a dentist will extensive knowledge of dentistry AND an artist. I recently had two caps on my maxillary central incisors. Think the BIG BAD WOLFs most prominent teeth. The caps matched perfectly in shape and color with the surrounding teeth. In addition to the caps, Dr. Schell shaped the surrounding teeth to match perfectly with the length of the two caps. I am very appreciative of the skill and artistry of Dr. Schell in regards to my appearance.In addition, Dr. Schells assistant Heather worked so smoothly in tandem with Dr. Schell that the procedure was almost painless. They both presented as a competent professional team of health providers. Highly recommended.
