WHY I LOVE POWERLIFE: the COMMUNITY! As an instructor, there is nothing like a warm community of people to accept you! From the moment I joined Power Life, it felt like home. Ive been blessed to meet so many amazing people here, and everyone has been so kind and accommodating! When Im not teaching (ITS RARE), I love taking classes! Lowkey, Im a BIG fan of the heat, and my favorite classes are Sculpt, Barre and F.I.T. On days that Im looking to recover, and take it slow, I love a Power 1 class! You wont regret trying out Power Life Yoga!

Visited Power Life Yoga Barre today & received a warm welcome from Manager Bri & several other Yogis whod just finished class. Studio is bright, welcoming, clean, fresh & impressive. As a Hot 🔥 Yoga student for many years, Im pleased to find this treasure in my community. Manager Bri toured me around, answered all questions & brought a huge bright light to my day! Ill definitely be back!

I love this studio! I used to exercise everyday and fell out of it, which pushed me to join Powerlife. The instructors are awesome and don’t judge what level you are at. I appreciate that instructors like Crystal get to know students and learn names. Worth the money!

I joined Power Life in May after practicing at free classes for about 2 years. It is one of the best decisions I have made. I love this studio and the teachers. It is great to walk in and have someone recognize you and ask how you are doing. If you are looking for a great studio to help depend your practice, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Oh how I love Power Life --Town Center location specifically. I was away for a bit and recently started visiting them again, man they are just so full of good energy there. Love the instructors so much and love they remembered me! :) Barre with Bri is my fave, however any class I go to is powerful and leaves me sweating and feeling great!!

Power Life is the place you need to be if you want a variety of classes, all with a positive and motivating mindset. I love that any day of the week I have a variety of classes to choose from to meet my need for the day. All instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, members are fun to be around and encouraging.

Power Life is always so welcoming. The instructors are amazing. After any class I take I always leave with a quiet mind and a strong body.
