I cannot say enough good things about my experience thus far. Upon calling for a consultation I was seen within a two week window with prompt answers to any and all scheduling questions. Ashley has been such a help. The office itself is very beautiful and clean and my wait time was under 15 minutes. Lastly, Dr. Hodge was so informative, professional, and kind. He gave an in depth and thorough explanation and breakdown of my upcoming procedure, with drawings and answers to any questions I had. This was my second consult, and I had no reservations and scheduled same day. Thank you so much Monarch & Dr. Hodge!

I scheduled a consultation a month ago and the nurse or admin woman who helped me was very kind every time we spoke. Those who checked me in at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. I had scheduled a consultation for possible skin tightening on my lower face or under the chin or neck. I truly just wanted to speak with a dr to look into options outside of filler that I have been getting or nova threads that I would prefer not to get based off what I have read from other plastic surgeons and injectors. I am a very level headed person and I unfortunately have never felt so off put or unwelcome by a doctor before. I am totally fine if a doctor does not recommend a procedure, that is not the problem. Dr Hodge was incredibly unwelcoming and the most unfriendly doctor I probably have ever encountered and I have never felt so uncomfortable in an appointment. He acted as if I was wasting his time right when he walked in the room before he evened looked at me and in the 90 seconds we spoke. Mind you the consultations are $100, and I don’t care about the money, I care about how someone treats people. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if he looked at my paperwork and saw what my consultation was for and my age and right off the bat, didn’t take anything I said serious. I was instantly taken back from just how he walked in the room, told me who his pre med student was, didn’t even glance at me, sanitized his hands, grabbed a mirror and asked me what I didn’t like about my face. I mean, I was so uncomfortable haha I have never met Dr Hodge before, maybe a Hi? Maybe a Hi, I’m Dr Hodge, nice to meet you? And to say I might just be spending too much time on Zoom calls staring as myself is a completely inappropriate response to a patient coming to you for a consultation . Then me responding and saying “I have never even been on a zoom call”. I was uncomfortable before he even recommended to me that I don’t do anything surgically at this time. He had two females in the consultation with him, one being a nurse and the other being a pre med student shadowing and it was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in. I was absolutely embarrassed with his demeanor towards myself and having those other 2 females in there listening to it all. The way he exited the room and just left without a nice to meet you, have a good day, nothing..and just said “you can leave whenever you are ready”and he walked out and closed the door..I mean I was kind of left there sitting in the patient room with no words. I was a referral from a patient of his and I am incredibly disappointed in his demeanor from the second he walked in the room with a very annoyed attitude and treated me like I was stupid. I truly hope he does not act this way towards anyone else because that was far from a good experience or encounter. Even if he recommended a surgery to me, which trust me, he made it very clear he didn’t haha..I wouldn’t return because of his attitude. I will call the office directly and also let them know my experience.

The staff was so helpful and kind. I was there for the Emsella and it was fabulous. It consisted of 6 appointments over 3 weeks to treat bladder incontinence. The staff was so encouraging and was wonderful about scheduling and it worked beautifully. No more diapers for grandma!!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Dr. Leahy and his nurse Maggie has been so kind. Office staff is friendly. I am happy with my results. The healing process has been scary for me since I have never had surgery before, but they email back so fast, even on weekends. I went to two consultations and I am glad I chose Monarch. This business uses appointments as a way to collect revenue. Specifically, it collects 100 for any appointment change. I changed one appointment 4 days prior to the consultation, not even the surgery and still got a 100 fee. The next week I had to reschedule 28 hours before due to being on call for my job, and they charged me an ADDITIONAL 100 dollars, and all of this was just for a consultation and not an actual procedure. I will be looking elsewhere for my needs as the cost for the two appointment moves, given with plenty of notice cost almost as much as the procedure would have. Completely ridiculous, and while I understand charging fees for anything that is too late notice for a procedure, for them to charge 200 dollars for rescheduling a 15 minute consultation to look at my ear was ridiculous. Reporting to the BBB.

Im still in recovery (had abdominalplasty just 11 days ago) but I am so happy with the way it looks. Dr. Bene is fantastic! I know it will only look better as swelling goes down and I start feeling better. I honestly cant say enough good things about him. His office staff is also very friendly. Will always be grateful to them.

I have gotten Botox and Juvederm lip from Ashley at Monarch Plastic Surgery and I can’t say enough good things about her! She is patient and explains everything, keeps it all pain free, and won’t let you spend money on extras if she doesn’t think you need it. I can’t recommend her highly enough! I’ll be back in 6 months! 🙂

Very rude office staff. Inconvenient appointment times. Large fees for minimal time spent with the doctor. I elected to have my surgery at a different facility.
