In 10 years I have never had a negative experience at this credit union. They always have the best people there that know me by name. I love this place!

And they are where you need them. My local branch is Olathe but sure enough I use many branches conveniently. And they are a credit union. I just like being called a member.

The ladies whove helped me are always very professional and sweet. My only negative is the glare from the sun. I have never seen their faces through the drive-thru glass. :)

The 95th street branch has no idea what they are doing. The dude that messed up last time told me this time that he couldnt cash a check bc they no longer call to verify funds. So, I drive all the way to Leavenworth to the bank that issued the check...got to a different branch and can you believe she said they DO call to verify funds so I didnt have to drive from olathe to Leavenworth and then all the way back to Leawood. I have one more deposit being made to that horrible branch and then I am closing my accounts and never going back. I use a much better bank now.

The people are great, always willing to answer questions and help anyway they can.
