I was in the office yesterday to get my dentures and when the person put the numming stuff on my gums she left the swab in my mouth which made my mouth feel like it was hot, before this episode started they did not do a follow up on my medical history so I got numb up for nothing because of the meds that I was taking this tell me that after I do receive my dentures from them they will never see me again

I LOVE THIS OFFICE! Fatima was EXCELLENT and made me feel so comfortable even though I was nervous and Dr. Gessling was so nice and warm and kind! I recommend them to anyone and all my family is going here.

Dr Benton and Fatima were incredible ... I had a root canal and my teeth cleaned .. they are super cool and straight to the point . They were extremely aware that I’m in pain and everything matters to them and yes they care ... it’s really never about the money ... it’s the treatment and the service you get ... always awesome here

I know he is no longer there but my crown is messed up and my health insurance wont replace it because it is still less than 5 years from original initial date. Came to your office and your business manager was so RUDE and dismissed me. I am still making calls with my insurance to figure out how to go about this as their first response was to contact you first.

They do not disclose all their fees up front and still expect you to pay something you didnt originally agree to. Practice was better when Dr. Cibirka was there.

Lawrenceville Dental Associates has the most professional and polite staff. I have been a patient for some years now. I am always thoroughly impressed by the services and treatment. My most memorable experience is with Tonya-the Dental Hygienist. She genuinely cares about delivering quality work and taking care of her patients. She goes over and beyond her call of duty in pursuit of excellence.

With all that is going on, I cant stress how i did not want to go to the dentist. So, after speaking with them and getting some comfort i did make and keep my appointment. I am so glad that I did. I could see the extra precautions that had taken place the moment that I walked in: all wearing masks/shield guards, glass screen between office staff and patient, no one in the waiting room, straight line to my seat in back, quick response to my arrival in room, soft relaxing music, friendly and professional staff with great bedside manner, superb checkout service, whew! That is really how it happened. CHECK THEM OUT! I was such a Big Baby for nothing. Im ready for my next appointment!

Just had the messiest but BEST cleaning of all my dental experiences!! Not only do my teeth and gums feel exquisitely clean, but my new RDH, Audra, was so personable, informative, and real deal fun throughout my entire visit! I have never been more upset in my life. New ownership and staff has really negatively impacted my opinion of this organization. I have PTSD issues and anxiety about the dentist. My experience yesterday afternoon was so traumatic that I will NEVER be back. Especially after I asked for the primary dentist to call me today to discuss and its after 1pm with no contact at all. I miss Dr. Ciberka. He was very kind and patient with me. I wish him the best.

As a person who avoids the dentist at all costs, I truly enjoy my experience whenever I come here. The staff is very kind and goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. The facility clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone who hates going to the dentist!

BUT Ive been coming here for like the past 12 - 14 years and they take excellent care of me. Now that my son is 15, he goes there too. I went in for a routine cleaning today and was told that I needed a deep clean instead. I told them that I didn’t have the money, just give me a routine cleaning which my insurance pays for. At first they offered me 50% discount, I told them I don’t have $250 to pay, then they waive to zero balance due.It was the most painful experience I had.My son went there last week and because of Covid I couldn’t go in there with him. I asked for his statement and sure they charged for service that he didn’t get.By the way, neither of us got check by a dentist after our teeth got cleaned...I won’t be going back there.

Dr. C is such a wonderful dentist! He is very attentive to the needs of his patients. He is very thorough with every visit. Always a painless procedure and I have had to have multiple crowns and even root canals. I would recommend Dr.C and his team to the fullest, even all his assistants and front desk staff are always very sweet and act with the highest level of costumer service. They always send me texts before my scheduled appointments to make sure I know I have a apt, with 2 kids it’s easy to forget. Dr.C has even checked on me after hours I can’t say that’s ever happened with any other dentist or doctor I have ever seen. Chanel his assistant is the best too its always a pleasure speaking with her during my apt!

I needed a deep cleaning. Lawrenceville was able to get me in. The reception is pleasant, patient and helpful. There was no wait. And Tanya, the hygienist was amazing. She explained each step, was gentle, and attentive to pain levels throughout cleaning and ensuring the.removal of plaque. I am thankful for such a professional and pleasant experience for a sometimes unpleasant procedure. Thanks LDA!

I have been using this practice for years. I absolutely love my hygienist, Tonya as she is always helpful and provides great suggestions for keeping my teeth in great shape. Dr. Cibirka is always thorough and nice.

As of recently this dental office is the worst I have seen in my 35 years of being a patient. It was sold several years ago and has not been as good but was okay. Today I went for teeth cleaning and 45 minutes after my appointment, they see me. The hygienist assistant says they need Xrays before they can clean my teeth. I tell them I do not have time for Xrays today as I have another appointment and that I am getting braces in a few weeks and recently had many Xrays. They ask that I have those Xrays sent over before they can clean my teeth. I speak to one of the dentist and she says she will get hygienist to start if the Xrays are on there way. After getting the email of where the orthodontist is to send Xrays, I ask the hygienist assistant to ask the hygienist if she will start my cleaning while the Xrays are being sent. The hygienist said she would NOT and that I had to wait until they arrived before she would start the cleaning. I WILL NEVER USE LAWRENCEVILLE DENTAL ASSOCIATES AGAIN and could never recommend. In my opinion, it is all about them getting as much money as possible from the patient and no interest in the patient.

I had my teeth cleaned today and, as usual, Karyn was fast and efficient, and just plain great! Plus, she is a great gal to talk to during the process. She makes having my teeth cleaned an event I actually look forward to. Best hygienist I have ever used. My entire family followed her from her previous dental home and would recommend her to anyone! Might as well use the best even though the drive is longer.

I have been going to Lawrenceville Dental Associates for a few years now and have seen many transitions. However, throughout those changes, the quality of patient care has never failed me. I am pleased to say that my most recent visit there, has been my best! I was recently placed with a new hygienist, Arlette, and words can not describe the experience she provided to me. Her professionalism, knowledge, high level of compassion and patience was immeasurable. I must admit that I am guilty of being a noncompliant patient due to the frustrations of my overall oral health, but because I was placed with a hygienist as empathetic as Arlette, I am now looking forward to doing my part in caring for my teeth and gums. I drive an hour from Marietta to Lawrenceville to receive dental care and treatment and it has been worth every mile. I just cannot leave out the manager there who always makes me feel as if I am amongst family. Her expertise and bubbly personality is sure to put a smile on your face. I am truly blessed to have an amazing dental team behind me as I continue to go through my crazy oral health journey! Ill see you guys in 3 months!!!! 😘

When it comes to a business; word of mouth is a powerful tool, which can make or break a business. Now in reference to Lawrenceville Dental Associates, this is the place to go for great dentists & excellent customer service! In my own words: This Dentistry Is Off The Chain!

I went to get a dental cleaning, they did my X-rays, and I was told I would need a deep cleaning. I work at Emory, my dental plan covers routine cleanings at 100%, but I was unsure about a deep cleaning. They told me they would look into it, while I sat in the chair and was prepped for my procedure, they informed me, and said that my insurance only covered 50% of the costs. Asked if I wanted to proceed. So I went ahead and paid $770 that day, I was upset that my insurance sucked, considering I paid for the premium dental plan each month. Well got home, told my wife. She told me to call the insurance, because that sounded wrong. I called Aetna, and they said they were billed for the procedure, and they told the facility that my coverage was 90%. I was furious, why would the dentist office tell me 50%? They apologized and said they would fix it, received a refund a week later. I have yet to receive the correct bill, the last statement still placed my bill at 20% of the cost of the procedure. I have emailed them with the statement from my insurance, where my amount owed is $130. Never going back to this place. If I hadnt called , they would have just gotten an extra 60% profits from my procedure. Im sure they would have done the right thing, and sent me a check for the overpayment...🙄🙄 right...

I am the coward of all cowards when it comes to going to the dentist. I broke a tooth and decided I needed to get it treated. The office staff and doctors are amazing. I ended up with a root canal which I was not expecting. I did not feel any pain during or after the procedure . It was the best dental procedure I have ever had. I have had cleanings that hurt more then this root canal. This was my fist visit to Lawerenceville Dental Associates. I had not been to a dentist is 5 years because of a bad experience with a doctor in Northern Va. This doctor was the best and his staff was amazing. If you have ever had problems with a dentist I would strongly recommend giving them your business. I give them top marks. thank you

Great professional service! My wife and I have been patients there for about four decades and could not ask for better service. The practices founder, Dr. Tucker, and I hail from Emory University; he was in dental school and I was in cancer research. Both of us are retired now. Neither my wife nor I would consider another dental service.

After spending several thousand with this office I new I had to go for follow up. I had such an undesirable talk with the office as they were trying to tell me what their records showed and I kept trying to tell them they were not correct. After this horrific experience I sent dr ciberka a personal and confidential letter...he either did not receive it from his office staff or he read it and threw it away!! I had spent about one year getting my dental work done! They have my money now so why do they want to bother any longer!!

RIPOFF!!! I took my father, 83, to this office because he broke his partial, they quoted me $6,886 for a set of dentures plus 8 teeth being extracted. They wanted all the money upfront. I paid $79 for todays visit. Family found another dentist not so expensive. So I called to cancel. They called back and said he owes $200 dollars for their time. What was the $79 for???? This place is a ripoff big time

The staff at Lawrenceville Dental are phenomenal. I called back to make an appointment because my online appointment was canceled by the system. I was placed on hold for about 8 minutes, but when I called back, Stacy helped immediately. I was assured I’d be taken care of and she apologized for the wait. She told me she’d try to squeeze me in. When I came in I spoke to Sonia, she told me she’d do what she could to get me in. I waited about 3 hours but they took me. Sonia at the front was BEYOND accomodating and she’s very personal. I already feel at home. Thank you!

Dr Cibirka is by far the best dentist i have ever been to.He does a very good job of explaining everything and giving you choices before he does a procedure.

Went in for a busted filling and wound up getting a cap. Staff clearly explained X-ray, bone loss, etc without being patronizing. Virtually painless process; liberal use of numbing salve for deep cleaning, doc was careful with injection of novacain. Did have to wait because I was a work-in, but staff checked in frequently, had a big screen TV in the room, pleasant experience.

I decided to come here for all the great reviews they had. They must edit/delete the reviews on their web page cause theyre all five star anyway and If I had the option to not leave a star at all, I wouldnt. The people up front were rude and unprofessional, as well as the lady that did my cleaning. She ended up arguing with the doctor right next to me inside the room I was in, a conversation that could have been held in private. Overall experience was terrible, definitely not going back again.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Jordans for more than a decade. The practice did not notify the patients when he retired, and I didnt find out until I went for my cleaning. His hygenist, Shelly, was phenomenal, and when I heard she left the practice recently, I decided it was time for our family to move on as well. Such a shame...

Let me just start by saying this dental office is very nice and inviting. The services are efficient and Dr. Roman is great. HOWEVER, Communication between the staff and patients really needs to be worked on. I am a self pay patient and I left today with a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when you go into your appointment with one cost that was told to you only to be stunned at the price at check out. They really need to work on explaining the costs of each service they will be performing BEFORE they do it. Especially to us SELF PAY patients. Hundreds of dollars may not be much to the folks that work there but it is alot to me as I have 3 small children at home. I wouldnt reccomend self pay patients come here. I also didnt appreciate Ms. Stacy (the office manager) and her attitude when confronted with this situation. Compassion goes a very long way in customer service but is indeed lacking in the front office.

Please save yourself some heartache and do not go here. I was prepped for FOUR crowns on August 6 and Im still waiting on them after paying over $3500. I have been getting excuses for several months now. Im getting a refund, however, Im having to go to another dentist who has to start the work over again. He talked me into something that he did not know how to finish.

Jennifer is amazing and professional and Nicole has the cutiest smile through all the nonsense she has to deal with as soon as patients come through the door. Dr. Cibirki-phenomenal! Oh yes Aaron, you are wonderful as well and I cannot remember the young lady who assisted me on my March visit, truly a great staff!!

Read all the Yelp review. Over charge, they do not submit properly to insurance omitting codes/claims. Nightmare to even have to have to take the time to call and go over payment. Office staff makes you feel like you are wrong for questioning overpayment and was rude to insurance rep who called on my behalf to assist the dentist is actually contracted with my insurance carrier. They Overcharge and bill customers incorrectly. RUN unless you want to over pay. I would give a zero star but had to give atleast one to post review.

I went here 4 consecutive times. When I first approached it was for a chip in my front tooth, they insisted that I get a crown for a cracked tooth and never addressed the chip. The first time the cap came in they told me to bite down, it cracked! Then it kept cracking the next two times I went in. When it finally didnt break the last time. I think they damaged a nerve because after that I have cold sensitivity on the tooth and when I was wearing my temporary crown it wasnt like that at all. Finally I had to constantly remind them that I wanted to have the chip fixed but they kept trying to make me come on another day. I jad to insist on it for them to actually do it.I still paid full price despite my troubles, these people are nice sure but the whole operation is a mess.

Love this place , everyone is friendly and they work with you anytime.

Over an hour and ten minutes waiting past appointment time, then saw a hygienist I didnt make an appointment for. No apologies or offers to accommodate. Plus always seems to be a billing discrepancy. Disappointing.

Like many people, going to the dentists office is not my favorite activity. However, my experience today at Lawrenceville Dental Associates was like none I have ever experienced. I have several broken teeth as well as some missing teeth. To say I was embarrassed to even open my mouth would be an understatement. I was greeted by Mark, a friendly x-ray technician. Next, I met Lynn, an extremely understanding hygienist. But the best was yet to come. When Dr. Cibirka entered the examining room, I was immediately relaxed and knew no judgement was being cast on me because of my failing teeth. He created and thoroughly explained a plan for me to regain my smile. I simply can’t say enough good things about my visit. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the fabulous office manager. I’ll put it this way – The folks at Lawrenceville Dental Associates “get it”!
