I have received lash extensions from several aestheticians in the past and I must admit, I have never received such excellent customer service like from this salon. The owner is very kind and accommodating. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was to my liking. Unlike most salons, she even called me the next day to see if I had any complaints or anything her salon can improve upon. I think this salon along with the owner will go very far in this industry. There aren’t very many black owned salons who are willing to go that extra mile. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The facility is beautiful. I was really ashamed of how my hair looked, but these ladies were awesome. The owner has a beautiful spirit and such a professional. The young lady who installed my lace wig is the bomb!!! Get here and get whipped!

Excellent service! Ive been here twice, and have no complaints whatsoever. I have purchased hair from here as well and have installed it more than once, and the hair is in great condition. Very soft, thick, and minimum shedding! I will be back!!!

Very beautiful salon. Very friendly staff. But! I purchased 3bundles of Argentina hair from the salon, very beautiful at 1st, however it keeps shedding. Almost a month later and it still sheds non stop. Got my hair washed today an this is why Im really compelled to write this review. I lost about half of the amount of hair. It ridiculous. I dont know if I got a bad batch of hair or what but, Im truly disappointed. After spending that much money, its crazy that I have this problem. I will never make another purchase here.

The lady that checked us in was very rude. The eye brow lady was wonderful and said I could go back with my daughter and then check in girl said no that room was too small. Eye brow lady come back to get me to watch and check in tattle tale got another woman whom I thought was a customer cuz she was sitting in waiting with children and she said no very small room no one was allowed. Id already seen the room at this point....could hold several people watching. What happened to serving the customer. Definitely will not be back again!!!

Closure sucks.. it going bald. And bundles she’d like crazy even if you seal the wefts. Even without cutting the track it stil sheds uncontrollably. I’ve had this hair since summer time and it so thin from the shedding.

Ive only gotten a few weaves in my life and each experience has been fairly different. However, when I stopped by this salon several months ago (Spring 2017) to ask simple questions about getting a sew-in-weave, the ladies with booths closest to the front (I dont know their names) seemed like they were annoyed, irritated and too busy to anwser my questions. I was immediately turned off. You cant even acknowledge a customer with a simple Hello!, How are you? I stood in the doorway of the salon for what seemed like an eternity without anyone looking up or saying anything. Maybe my questions were dumb and/or simple to you, but I thought it extremely important to ask basic questions before making a $350+ investment. You may do hair very well. Its just too bad that so many potential customers will be turned off by your poor customer service. Very disappointing. 😒

Shy did my hair about 2 months ago. I had a minimal leave out and she did a fantastic job. My hair is very thin and I was initially worries that the tracks might show but she did a terrific job in covering it. Thx, Shy

Charms did an EXCELLENT JOB! But shy or whoever one of the stylists are was TERRIBLE! She interrupted me getting lashes with her horrifying attitude! Then the price that is clearly publicized was incorrected and I let the cashier know and Shy comes in and is rude AGAIN saying she calling the owner makes a huge debacle and says u can have your money back and all of these other obscenities... I WILL NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE OF HER NOT BECAUSE MY SERVICE BUT SOMEONE WHO NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUDTMENT!!! Im curious about the owner because why would she allow this woman to tarnish her beautiful establishment!?? I dont pay money to be disrespected but my service was great! Too bad

They gave me lice and a chemical burn and then refuse to give me a refund. I guess you cant trust every place you go to. Not to mention get any respect.

I have purchased hair from here multiple times and each time my hair has lasted 8 plus months...I will continue to purchase. VERY friendly and professional staff as well.
