Absolutely love this place they so very friendly to everyone that walks in and everyone is family.

I did not have a appointment so I was expecting to wait they were NOT busy. I proceeded to ask how long for the wait was told 30 minutes, after 45 mins I asked an associate how much longer was told he would ask but he didn’t answer me. I asked another associate to ask and again was told nothing now it has been an hour and nobody has told me anything. I asked another person how long is that wait she proceeded to tell me sit here I’ll be with you in 30 min. I think the way they conduct business is terrible she should of told me the wait was an hour and half. I ended up leaving because they already wasted an hour of my time.

Hate my experience! While she was putting the acrylic powder I saw that she was doing it THICK and I told her that I don’t like it thick she said is fine I will fix when I’m filing the nail I said ok. While she was filing it I told her that it was still thick 4 TIMES and she still left it like that and didn’t fix it! If you don’t like junky and thick nails don’t come here!! 3 ladies touched my nails. One put the tips on, second one put the acrylic powder, and the last one did my gel color. They took so long just do to a full acrylic gel set 😤😤

They’re super slow!!! They can’t remove gel properly; they will mess up your natural nails; they literally practice on your nails as if they’re in training. Your nails won’t even look good. No shine, no gloss, just dull. You’ll be left with air bubbles and hairs in your nails. They don’t listen to what you ask for as well. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different nail salon!Credibility: I’ve been here twice (I gave them a second chance). Others I know have went here and same experience.

Unfortunately I choose this place because of the previous reviews - my experience was not even near.I had mani-pedi regular - the final results a disaster- the lady who did my manicure cut my cuticles and my skin on two fingers - paint was not good quality or old (I have bubbles kinda in a couple of nails) my pedi was a little smoother but same issue with paint (bubble like half color) not coming back for me.Establishment was not clean - saw two small roaches near my chair

This was my first time here and I loved everything! It’s clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. After my old salon shut down, I have been looking for my next favorite nail salon, and now I’ve found it!!

I got my face wax here Ms T did a very good job. Then I got my toes done and enjoyed their massage chair which is was amazing . I got to find out were they got there massage chair from so I can save up an buy one foreal I really dint want to get up from the chair but I had somewhere to go😂☺️ Thanks sun nails for good 1st time experience.I will return.

Very nice and clean but if you want a French manicure or a cute simple design forget it. They seem very inexperienced. I took the nail polish off when I got home and did them myself which looked a lot better and I rarely ever do my own. Great people but bad quality.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and oh my god every time I get compliments on my nails. Super friendly staff and super affordable. They also give complimentary drinks which is very nice as well.

This is a very nice nail salon. Clean inside and the employees are very friendly and kind. The provide great service and are thorough when doing my spa pedicure and do a great job on my nails as well. I recommend this nail salon.

I walked in and was very excited to try a new place and these two young ladies had walked in before us with their mother . The lady welcomed them and helped them out . When me and my sister walked in they didn’t great us didn’t say how can we help . My sister went to the back to see if she could maybe grab their attention but not even that worked . We were like okay maybe we will wait a little longer and then this other lady walked in and they greeted her and asked her what she needed and the lady and her crew pretended that we weren’t there , so finally me and my sister were not pleased with the customer service that was provided there and we got up and left because we felt that we were not welcomed there . Sucks was really hoping to give them a shot . Hopefully their nails and other services are better then their customer service .

Wonderful service! So nice and got my nails done for the first time in years. Massaged my forearms and hands, and the mood polish turned out great. Definitely coming back in a couple weeks for a pedicure!

This is one of the best nail salons Ive been to. They pay great attention to detail and my nails stay looking nice for the full 2 weeks. I never had to go back for a chip or crack in polish.

I love this place! I use to live down the road from here and came all the time. I’ve since moved up to Gainesville and I still drive 40 mins to get my mani/pedi. The work is flawless and lasts so much longer than other places I have gone to. Everyone is so friendly a customer focused.I highly recommend them!

Called in before coming and got us started almost immediately!Located in a shopping strip, parking wasnt an issue since we went around 6 o clock.For first time customers, we got our SNS done for $25 each (Regularly $35) and we couldnt be happier for the great work!!! Cindy did my SNS and it was perfect! They offered us water/drinks while getting out nails done too.Ill drive to this place for this service without a second thought!

For my first time, the manicure and pedicure I got was absolutely perfect. The techs really went all out to make sure my nails look perfect.

Let me start off by saying...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I went on sunday morning. I made an appointment at for 1130 am (they actually open at 12) so that is good that they will see you before. But once 12 comes around it gets busy!!! And sorry to say that some customers are rude when they have to wait even though they didnt make an appointment. I originally went in for Sns but came out with acrylics because they told me it looks better because I wanted ombre design. The bad thing is that they only had one girl doing nails from 12 to 2!! Thats ridiculous. They only had one lady doing pedicures too from 12-2. My sister went first and got acrylics as well. The lady took her time with her and ended up loving her nails. She cut, filed and massaged her. By the time she got to me the customers were lined up so I felt like she rushed through my nails. She didnt file my natural nails down and she didnt massage my hands like my sisters. I like my nails but feel that they could have looked more natural. But will return to try SNS. But Im sorry, if you have a patient who made an appointment they should come first and get equal care not rushed.

The lady who started doing my nails gave me attitude and hurt me more than 3 times. She kept getting mad every time I told her to fix my nails because she wasn’t doing a good job. I don’t recommend this place.
