*UPDATE* They wanted to charge me 45 dollars to tell me my pupil distance for a piece of equipment I needed. They already had it on file, I already paid for the test, but the girl at the counter said Dr Benner requires a $45 dollar fee for me to give you that information. Highly judgmental, and hostile. Told me he has seen children who acted better with him when I was nervous about him getting too close to my eye. I have high anxiety, and warned him first, and he still went out of his way to make me feel humiliated for wasting his valuable time as he put it. If I could rate this in the negatives, I would. Took 4 appointments to get my prescription right because he kept rushing me during the tests.

I do so appreciate Dr. Benner and his staff for seeing me for an emergency visit. My symptoms were very frightening to me and they treated me very professionally and compassionately. Thanks a million!
