My wife and I drove 2 hours for our appointments with Dr. Tiffany McElroy, in whom we have complete confidence. Our appointment times were kept promptly so only a short wait. The entire team treated us very graciously and we felt quite relaxed. I’ve had exams that were a bit cold but my visit to Eye Care Associates and Dr. McElroy in Laurel, Ms was a warm one! They have a new “regular” customer! The new glasses are GREAT, by the way! I can SEE again! Thanks and “see ya next year”!

This was my first visit to ECA. The office was nice and there was very little wait time to see the doctor. The entire staff made me feel very welcome. Dr. Tiffany McElroy was great. She was friendly and helpful. She throughly explained the results of the exams and answered all my questions. I highly recommend not only the clinic but Dr. T. McElroy.

The staff is very nice, but have not been very helpful with my request. I needed to get contact fitting and written prescription to order glasses online. I told them a month ahead when I made my appointment that I would need the prescription to order online, I also told them the day before my appointment, and the day of. Three separate people helped me through my appointment, and I still made it clear that I needed all info to order my glasses online. When I left with written prescription, I did not have all required info to order. I called back and this would require me to go to the optical department and pay an additional $20 to get fitted. I should have been made aware of this when I let the staff know my intent for my appointment. I have been going here for a few years now. I will be using another provider who can understand and help with my need for appointments.

The atmosphere in the office was warm and relaxed. The staff interacted with patients and each other in a kind, supportive, helpful manner. I felt that my comfort was the focus of the staff. All proceedures were explained beforehand and questions were answered with patience and respect. What a nice experience!!!!

These folks are amazing Dr Evan Davis and Dr Tiffany McElroy both went the extra mile to help me heal a lacerated cornea. There entire staff always have a smile and could not be any more kind. If you need eye care, this is a great place to go.

The experience with the exam and the staff was wonderful! Eye examiners were helpful with my questions and concerned about my wellness. The biggest downfall is the optical department. Iwas quoted a price and after paying for my glasses and receiving them the glasses were wrong and they wanted another $90 to correct their mistake

The staff and doctor where great and professional Im giving them 3 stars because the optical dept falls short of being professional if I where to rate the optical dept. alone they would receive a much lower rating! I will be getting my glasses elsewhere and next time I need an exam it to will be elsewhere

Very efficient and caring. Doing a great job keeping my vision sharp at all distances, which is a challenge for those with lifelong nearsightedness topped off with age related farsightedness and also with my eyelid problems.

Fast & was outta there in less than a hour. The ppl there working were nice also ! 😘
