What can I say, I only go here for my eye health needs. They have a great selection of frames and lenses. Very nice staff. The Pearle team is constantly looking for ways to save you money. I love that. Will strongly suggest.

Aaron, Alfredo and Kevin have been the most helpful in the last year, whether it came to helping me find my glasses/frames after my birthday which unfortunately are no longer being manufactured (reminiscent to Malcolm X’s brow line frames), or tightening the pair whenever they’re loosened and I have to sporadically pop in for maintenance. I appreciate this team. The staff here is highly personable, knowledgeable and honest and extremely helpful. My wife even got her pair her which are the most charismatic and appealing face fronts I’ve ever seen. I suggest anyone in the Laurel area to come here for their pair and accurate prescriptions, and not because of the selection available but because of the outstanding customer service. I will always be back and intend to consistently spread word of their admirable service and dedication. Respect!!!

It had been years and years since Ive had my eyes looked at and my experience was top notch. Truly. They got me in and out and they walked me through everything. They explained everything including my vision insurance. I saw Dr. Hussein. Excellent. Cant say enough good things about this place. As long as its around and Im in the area, this is where Ill be coming.

I booked my appointment today and was in and out. The customer service was the best I’ve had in awhile. Once i walked in i was greeted by two staff members. I was given a clipboard to complete paperwork, then was immediately taken back for my exam. Dr Hussain was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming to this location. I was in and out with my new contact lenses in less than 30 minutes.

This place is full of friendly and helpful staff with current Covid-19 phase. They were very careful having limited number of customers at a time and keeping things separate and safe. We picked up frames for me and my husband. We spent enough time without feeling rushed and placed final orders for pair of glasses. They have been helpful in the past as well to fix my glasses which wasnt purchased from them.

Friendly staff; cleanliness and social distancing enforced and efficient but thorough eye exam; Alfredo was attentive during both my mother and my appointment. He helped make sure the contacts I would get prescribed was covered through my insurance. No pushy vibes to purchase new frames. I definitely found my neighborhood optometrist and eyewear spot!

I could not be happier with my experience at this Pearl Vision. I was Very impressed with their COVID 19 prevention measures. They cleaned all equipment in front of me. They even attached a shield to the phoroptor ( the machine with all the lenses that is placed against your face) to increase protection of both the Client and Optometrist!!!They cleaned every pair of glasses on display after they were TOUCHED. Everyone wore masks and they actively enforced the maximum number of people allowed inside.They were very accommodating and were able to schedule me for an exam the next day. They have a very nice selection of frames (fashionable and well priced). I purchased 5 pairs any I receive complements daily !!!The customer service was out of this world!!! I am now a forever customer !!!

I have been going here for years and this is by far my favorite place to get my contacts. Everything is always so quick and easy and when I can’t pick my contacts up they hold them for you for as long as you need. By far my favorite thing is they are actually give you trial contacts and solution.

Everything was great until payment. I would make sure you ask for the itemized receipt... they tried to charge me for the premium contact exam when it was just standard.

When I had a minor problem with the way my lenses had been cut for my rimless frames, they went above and beyond to make it right. I was very impressed with their efforts to provide service that exceeded my expectations by replacing the lenses.

Top notch customer service every time and the main reason why I have been going here for years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist with all of my needs!

Very Unprofessional staff. They lost my record. When I asked to be dilated they didn’t do it. I was 5 minutes early to my appointment and they made me wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. I asked them what was going on, they never gave me a reason. It’s always crowded and the selection of glasses they have is very small. To your response, I wasn’t talking about Covid, so I don’t know what your talking about. You’re completely dismissing my point, it’s unprofessional how you can say that everything is digitalize when You chart every time I have been there. Gaslighting and lying will not help your business. You have definitely lost a customer and I have found a better place to go to.

Exam and bought new glasses. Service and selection was way better than Id expected! And the high index glasses were produced in a week! Im happy.

I had a great experience at this location. I called for an appointment and they took me in that same day! Staff was friendly and helpful. The optometrist was also very nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. They told me my glasses would be ready within a week but I got them two days later.

The special on their site and in google search is false. Call them to confirm before you show up. You will ne disappointed that you waited your time

Loved it here! Been to vision works for years, but had to switch eye Care providers. This was my first time and best choice! Aaron helped me and was fantastic with his assistance. Will definitely be going back in the future. *Note, gave it 4/5 only because selection of mens frame could have been a little better.

Pearle Vision Laurel location has a very professional staff and a high level of customer service. They go above and beyond to help their clientele. The online booking for doctors appointments is quick and convenient. The wide selection of frames is very nice with a wide variety of price points. The parking is great! No need to walk a huge distance through a mall to get to the store. Love the retro remodeling too!

Overall, I was impressed. I got my eyes examined and prescription filled all in the same day. I am so happy with my new glasses. I have been getting SO many compliments on them. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were dedicated to making sure I found a pair of frames that I loved and that I could afford. I have been to other places and I always felt like they were pushing me to buy certain frames but I did not feel that way here. Due to great customer service and the reasonable pricing, I will definitely return here in the future for all my vision needs.

Cherry and Ricky were amazing!! They were so much fun to talk to as I was trying on glasses and helpful as well. My insurance company was giving me a hard time to purchase glasses and giving me run around answers. The staff really go above and beyond to help you here. Samir, Alfredo, Dr. Hussain, and another employee I did not get the name of were excellent. Samir fixed a problem with my glasses that staff at another place did not recognize. The staff took their time to make sure all my needs were met.

I have been getting my glasses and contacts at this place for a few years and they rock! The girl that works there is really great and helped me pick out lenses that fit my face and style. I only planned on using glasses for when I dont have my contacts in, but now I wear my new glasses all the time! Before I was not a glasses in public person. They are definitely worth checking out and their customer service is why I still get my glasses and contacts from them.

I love that pearl vision center. The workers ricky, aaron and a woman i just met are very, very knowledgeable and professional. They are all patient and extremely friendly. With employees like that you business will stay busy. Im about complementing customer service not giving negative remarks. However, negative remarks are not needed.Samir is most fantastic manager. He helps with a smile and really makes you feel like a V.I.P. when he helps you. I scheduled an appointment and was asked three separate times before my examination to either pick out my frames or to look at frames to see which one I wanted. This was before we knew if I needed glasses.Pearle is obviously in business to sell frames and lenses, which I dont object to, however, when one is being pushed into picking out frames they may not need, one must wonder if the optometrist is in on the scam.I left before the eye appointment and I definitely didnt purchase glasses.I am going to a real eye doctor to see if I really need glasses and if I do, I will then pick out frames and get what I need.Have you ever wondered how many people are walking around with glasses who dont really need them?Dont put glasses on your children unless they will truly help your children.The staff was polite, hence the 1 star!
