I had the worst experience of my life. First time i had to wait like two hours to see the doctor. She was nice. She asked me to do blood work. I already toldThem issue may be my estrogen level. They sent my blood work order to a lab. I went to lab. Lab gave them my report. I called Tracey office to know my results. Your medical assistant are either careless or they are overwhelmed. They did not respond to my voicemail first then after my too much follow up finally she calls me and says your reports are ok but you need to go for another blood work for testosterone. I did that too. Your assistant called me again and said your lab had error so please get it done 3rd time while my lab told me they sent the whole report to you. I asked your assistance what do you want to test- did you test my estrogen level. She says we will order estrogen and testosterone blood work again. I asked why did not u get it done first time? She says oh your first time blood report was not complete. I called my lab again and they said nothing is pending on us. Your doctor needs to call us to resend the first two reports. ILeft a voicemail to your assistant again and she never responded. Your staff is hopeless and does not have right skill set. I am not going to come back and i am so disappointed. You can not send your patient for repeated blood work when your assistants do not know their job.

I love Dr. Wurm! She has literally saved my life twice, and saved the life of my two babies due to her diligence and keen eye (had symptoms I casually mentioned to her while I was pregnant and she pounced into action and prevented a bad situation from turning deadly— seriously). She is kind, hilarious, helpful, and brilliant. She has this wonderful ability of keeping me calm when things seem dreadful. Can’t say enough good things about her.

I have been rescheduled three different times with very short notice (one of those being while in the office waiting to be seen) without any consideration or accommodation from the doctors office even though I made the appointment for a health concern. While I understand deliveries take precedence, given the amount of times I have been re scheduled I would expect a bit more consideration as my health too is important. Do not waste your time scheduling with this provider.

I love Dr Wurm, nothing against her but the administration is soo poor. Always late and never calls in time to cancel an appointment. They have zero respect to patients time. I travel 30 mins+ to her appointment and I always have to wait 1hour at a minimum or only to find out that they cancelled my appt and never bothered to inform me. They cancelled my appt for a third time in a row after I get to the clinic with no notice. I get Doctors time is valuable but so is patients time. And zero customer service all together. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone just because of the horrible service.

One of the most amazing doctors I have met. Even if the wait is log she is worth every second. She is kind, caring and knows her stuff!

Dr. Wurm really took the time to explain my results and upcoming procedure. She accurately described the side effects so I knew what to expect. Her bedside manner is warm, friendly, caring but most of all knowledgeable. I’m so happy I found her, she’s great.

Dr. Wurm is fantastic. I really cant say enough great things about her. I was a first time mom last year and she was so patient and understanding during my pregnancy. No matter how many questions or concerns I had she was thorough and kind which is exactly what I needed. My labor experience was also great due to her. She wasnt feeling well on the day I delivered but it didnt matter, she was still 100% there for me. She has wonderful bedside manner, shes caring, smart, sweet.... I could go on and on. My favorite doc that Ive ever had.

I loved Tracy she was very helpful with listening and answering all of my questions and concerns. Makes you feel very comfortable. Very respectful very kind. I would reccomend her to anyone. She is My favorite Doctor hands down.

The results of the test were sent back to your Doctor to aid in the management of your health program. Should you have questions concerning results of the test please call your Doctor.” -Clinical Pathology Laboratories Inc.“Perhaps” not.So much for transparency and integrity. Don’t bother leaving a generic macro response below. Between the long waiting list to schedule an appointment every single time, even longer wait times at the office, and then the way they herd us in and out like sheep complete with our very own # tag to checkout, these visits to Dr. Wurm’s office have been some of the worst I’ve had. I feel humiliated instead of cared for.

Amazing doctor, extremely intelligent and personable. She is gentle and listens to all your concerns. Hands down the best in Las Vegas for gyne and obstetrics.

When I first met Dr Wurm a year ago, I immediately realized I finally found the right Doctor. Not only is she funny and kind hearted she is incredibly knowledgeable and really listens to you! I feel she is sincerely concerned for your well being which is hard to find anymore. Come see her and you will love her just as I do!!Melanie

I dont know how she does it, but for her to run from 2 hospitals and back to her office for appointments is incredibly tiresome. Doctor Wurm cares more towards her Patients health and not just see you and move on. She takes time to listens for your concerns. Great Doctor and will recommend her to any of our friends whos looking for OB/GYn.

I am so grateful for finding Dr. Wurm, she is an absolute gem. This review is about our doctor/patient relationship. It doesn’t take into account the office, office staff, wait times, or billing. Those areas have been great to not so great in the approx. three years I’ve been seeing her, but I believe the issues I’ve encountered are fairly common among busy and understaffed and overworked medical practices.I initially saw her for help with my menopausal symptoms and then my annual (which really wasn’t an annual at that point). What impressed me then and now is her ability to really listen to my concerns and her willingness to take whatever time is necessary to treat me. I never feel rushed, uncomfortable, or patronized.She is personable, knowledgeable, and relatable. She is considerably younger than I am, but she could easily be one of my friends. If this sounds just too good to be true, I understand how that might seem to be the case, but it’s the honest true. You need look no further for a compassionate, competent doctor and human being.

I absolutely loved Dr Wurm. She listened and took me seriously and was very proactive in her assessment and treatment plan. She thought three steps ahead so I really felt like we were moving forward and solving problems.HOWEVER. I started having symptoms again and have been in a lot of pain. When I called to schedule an appointment I was informed that the office stopped taking my insurance nearly 2 months ago. Excuse me?! They didnt even have the courtesy to inform me in advance so I could find another ob/gyn. It can take months to be seen at some of these clinics and I need assistance NOW. I am so frustrated at their lack of patient care. You cant just drop patients without notifying them and tell us were out of luck when we have worrisome symptoms.

I love Dr. Wurm....She is amazing and she delivered my 2nd baby and my first surrogate baby and will hopefully deliver a healthy 2nd surrogate baby! Shes the greatest and Im glad I picked her to be my forever doctor!

Very disappointed in Dr Wurm and her office. I got an IUD insert over a year ago (which I had numerous issues with) and I happened to have a bladder infection at the same time. I paid my copay of $60 to get the IUD inserted at the time of check-in. When I was going to pee in the cup for the mandatory pregnancy test I told the check-in nurse I had a bladder infection to test my pee for that as well. The doctor said yep you have an infection then gave me a prescription then inserted the IUD. I had multiple visits after that and one day I was told I owed money. I disputed the claim since I always pay my copay at the time. A year later of me fighting this Rhonda informs me that I owe the additional $60 for the bladder infection. Because Dr Wurm says it is two separate visits. That if you go in and have a bladder infection while getting an IUD put in that constitutes an additional $60. The funny part is she got paid over $1000 for my visit but wants to send me to collections over $60 because I dont think I should owe the $60. Not one person at the time of the visit alerted me to the additional fee. Rhonda said that its not their job to tell me that there is an additional copay (double copay) that they can add it afterward without the patients knowledge Per Rhonda this was doctor Wurms decision to charge the additional fee. So I lost my doctor over $60 bucks. I paid them the $60 but they sent it to collections (without my knowledge) so now they say I owe the collection agency who I dont have a contract with an additional $30. HAHA. I will be disputing this with my insurance, on my credit report. Etc. The really messed up part is I had to go back multiple time due to issues with the IUD that Dr Wurm falsely reported on my medical records claiming other issues instead of the IUD. I had to go to a urologist who told me that the IUD was the cause of my issues. Dr Wurm told me numerous times that it couldnt be the IUD that I must have infections from something else. As soon as it got removed all my issues went away. Shocker. Dr Wurm I thought was an honest doctor but its clear that she doesnt care about her patients.

Dr. Wurm is the coolest! Shes sweet and funny and compassionate, Im so happy to navigate this high-risk pregnancy with her!
