If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I have had nothing but awful experiences with this entire office. Scheduling is impossible and they dont care to help you find an appointment. My first time there, they tried to approve my birth control through my MOTHERS insurance who DOESNT EVEN HAVE A UTERUS! Then after calling them multiple times a week for FOUR WEEKS- I finally get ahold of someone who told me I wasnt approved- OBVIOUSLY since they ran it through my mothers insurance and not my own. Then I had a HORRIFIC experience with the Nexplanon implant- which took months to finally get. I made an appointment with Dr Leon to have it removed as it caused severe depression and suicidal thoughts. When I went in for help she told me AND I QUOTE You are a beautiful girl- you should just be happy. Maybe you should join a church ARE YOU KIDDING ME? While Im in there for severe depression issues???? AND to tell me to go to church??? Extremely unprofessional. Then when she finally does decide to remove it- she pushes it around to the surface, and goes to cut open to removed and realized she didnt have gloves on!!! So had to let go, put gloves on, dig it out again then remove it. From there, she forgot to stitch the wound- which then got infected and I now have a scar from it. I never returned to this office.My sister had continued to go to the office- where when she got her first Pap they told her anything sexual would be extremely painful for her and theres nothing she can do about it (which just isnt true). She just went back for pain issues much later and the told her she needs to MEDITATE and to take EXCERSIZING more seriously since her weight was causing the problems and pain. She literally ran out of the office having a panic attack because of how rude and NOT HELPFUL they were. Dont bother going to this office- find a different one.

Dr.Leon delivered both my kiddos. My husband and I both loved the care I recieved from the doctor and her staff. I learned a few things from her that I will forever be grateful for. Carsen and Lilliana say hi 💛

Dr. Ruiz-Leon delivered my baby girl back in September 2017. She takes excellent care of her patients. She has such a calm demeanor and is very professional. There were maybe a few appointments that felt a little rushed like she didn’t have time to answer all of my questions, but for the most part she listened attentively and addressed all my concerns. The office staff is great. All very kind and caring. They were always upfront with me about how much everything was going to cost - which is very important to me. Never had a long wait for any OB appointments - the office seemed very efficient and getting people in and out quickly.

I love loved Dr Leon hands down the best Dr I have seen....she deliver my baby on 6/16 ...she was like a friend to me she treat me like family. I was very emotional due to I had to get an emergency c section due to the health of my baby, i was horrified to be having such a big procedure but she calm me down said the right words. She was great. C section perfect cant even tell. Shes very professional and attentive.

Let me preface this with: I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I need to share the experience I had.I went in for my annual exam and pap. The front desk staff was polite, but I was really disappointed with Dr. Leon. After reading all these great reviews, I expected someone who listened to my concerns and took me seriously.Instead, she seemed more disappointed in the fact that Ive gotten a tubal and decided not to have children. Her first words to me were even, Youve gotten a tubal ligation? How old were you? It was so condescending.Apparently, getting a tubal is the cause of all my problems (even the ones I was having before I got the tubal!) Everything we discussed seemed to end with the phrase, that can happen when you get your tubes tied. She dismissed the PCOS diagnosis I had from another gyno and blamed everything I was experiencing on the tubal, which is utterly ludicrous.I didnt feel listened to or heard. If I didnt reply fast enough for her, she would just sail past the question to the next one. Im all for quick appointments, but it was over so quickly that I honestly dont trust the results or believe she actually did a thorough exam.If you want kids, she seems to be fine. But if you know kids arent for you, I dont think youll get the support you need from her. She seems more concerned with helping people get pregnant than with helping a woman decide if kids are even something she wants to CHOOSE to have in her life.Im going to have to find someplace else.

Dr Ruiz-Leon is simply amazing! She has delivered both my girls. She listens to your concerns, spends time with you and is thorough. The staff in the office is friendly. I highly recommend Dr Ruiz-Leon!

I went in for my annual and to talk to her about my concerns of not getting pregnant. They did not do a pregnancy test. They did an extra culture test to check for other factors that may be preventing me from becoming pregnant. I asked when they will have results. She said if they find something they will call in 7-10 days. Three and a half weeks later, they called with the results. When I said that my appointment was over 3 weeks ago, all they said was sorry. They called in a Rx to my pharmacy. At this point, I found out I was pregnant. I called them back asking if I can even take the Rx they prescribed. They said no, of course. I am definitely not going back there. To top it off, they called me again two weeks later asking if I had picked up my Rx. Are you kidding !?! I told them I had already talk to someone about this. They have no communication, take forever to call you back, and were disrespectful during my appointment.

Dr. Sauter has been my Obgyn for 15 years. He has delivered both of my children. Hes very intelligent and he has great bedside manner, very hard to find both. I only wish he could be my primary care physician. I cant recommend him enough.

Calling this place your on hold for a while waiting and waiting for the rep. she says she needs to go get all her paperwork cool beans I guess
