I had an appointment on the 10th of November called to cancel no one answered only answering machine which stated to leave a message which I did a few months latter I get a bill for no call no show I called and the billing department said that I needed to speak with the office manager I have called multiple times but they are never available and they dont know how to call back. I refuse to pay for something which I dont owe even the billing department said that they ware understaffed but why should I pay for that, Changed Doctors will definitely never go back there.

They have long waits and a lot of billing issues. They charged me $500 for billing issues for the year prior and underestimated the cost of my procedure by $250. I stuck with them despite ongoing issues but my advice is stay away.

Please just retrain your front office agents. Maybe pay them well. Because I dont think an employee well taken care of would have this much attitude. They have way too much attitude especially the ones in Henderson. Yucks! I had to book all the way to summerlin only to have a bit professionalism.

Worst experience ever dont go to 517 rose street the front desk is rude , doctor is so obnoxious and treats you poorly like as if you owe her anything. I made an sppt with them through a referral that my doctor faxed through to them. I had an insurance issue prior to my appt so I had to call the day before my appt to cancel until further notice. The lady that answers the phone is rude, she asked me questions then immediately cuts me off to say what she needs to say and hangs up with me with no regard to what I was even trying to explain. I will be telling my general .physician I would like another referral to a different specialist. Based on these reviews, I would say you guys should hire new customer service staff members.

The doctor was nice. But the women worked there were really not pleasant at the time I was there.

The worst experience ever. The provider ordered the wrong lab test for me which made me paid a lot extra money which shouldnt be necessary. The whole process was a disaster. I will never ever come back again.

Ive been trying to settle a bill for months and I cant get a hold of anyone - even the collection service but it says they are permanently closed. What the hell is going on with this place. Dont they want my money? I even work in health care now so I know what Im talking about when I say this is the worst service and communication Ive ever experienced. And it looks like from the long list of bad reviews I not the only one who sees this and has experienced it.

I was told I needed labs and a possible biopsy. The provider didnt bother to review the lab results prior to the appointment. They took my money and had me undress only to be told that I did not actually need the biopsy. The appointment was in June and I have not received a refund. Our family income has been affected by COVID so I called to inquire about the credit on my account. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive a refund for services that I did not receive. In summary, Womens Health Associatesof Southern Nevada provides substandard health care and unethical business practices.

Literally my wifes experience with this place leads me to give this business the rating of Hands Down The WORST Customer Service Ever. My wife was seen by a doctor and then had follow up questions regarding her appointment and the prescriptions she was given but we could NEVER get a return call or email from them. We attempted to contact the doctor directly with no success a number of times. Then, per the front desks recommendation (which we had to get in-person since nobody answers the phone there), we attempted to reach the office manager whom also never returned any of our voicemails. We also received bills we had questions about, but nobody from the billing office ever responded to any of our messages (of which there were several). If you choose this organization, expect complete mismanagement and lack of any sort of follow-through from both the doctors, their assistants and the administration and billing team.

Every single person I have dealt with from check in - to nurse - to doctor -- to check out - to follow up questions on the phone - have been extremely personable and helpful. They never make me feel like I am bothering them or wasting their time. If they didnt have an answer for me, they found someone who did. Would recommend 100%.

Literally so bad.. I can never get in contact with them, when I do I get the run around. I’ve been trying to pay a bill with them for MONTHS, calling, trying to get a portal log in through them, I either get hung up on, sent to someone else who can’t even help me, or never even get through. If I get sent to collections when I’ve been trying to literally THROW my money at them, I’m going to be pretty peeved to say the least.

Me starting all over again with my oldest being 19 and having a new born was nerve wrecking. However once I stepped foot behind the receptions doors when the P.A. Paige called me to the back.......... my life changed for the best and has been great ever since. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, quick, prompt and very timely. I will say throughout my entire pregnancy from, your pregnant to now my son is almost ready for his 24 month check up, this office has been an amazing choice. Dr. Sheldon was my OB and also delivered my Son. A-amazing group and Organization. I went to their Central location for my first visit and was blown away. thinking it was a far commute from both my job and home was kinda forced to continue at their Ann/Allen location. After visiting that office I was torn so I can only imagine how all the locations are. they listen and show their utmost concern. My first Son and I were in great hands with this Practice!!!

The front desk and the rest of the personal are not really nice. The Woman who answer the phone not help me at all one day that I was late, I’m always need to wait a least between 2-4 hours to see a Doctor and one day need more time to do my Pap smear that I was waiting for this appointment more that two months, (because they only have certain dates for test), that’s mean that If I loose this appointment I have to wait at least two more months. Previously my doctor said to me that I need to do this test and a Biopsy too because suspected pre-cancer. I said to her that I have pre-cancer and she doesn’t care about my situation. I was in the phone for more than 30 minutes Without any help. In consequence I had to find another Dr to do my test the next day. After one week she call me back and said that the test is not necessary, I could have saved me a dislike in that moment, finally TODAY I’m here again and the girl at the front Desk say: “We are busy SORRY you must wait a lot” This office ALWAYS LATE but if you’re late they don’t care.Doctors are amazing but the people who work are horrible.

It takes forever to get ahold of someone and when you do they put you on hold. They will have you on hold so long that it will start you over again for some reason. Very disappointed with this place.

Horrible experience. Doctor was Goodell and hardly saw her. Her and staff were wishy washy instead of straightforward with facts. Felt like they were dishonest just to keep me making appointments. At one point she completely forgot about my case and instead of going ahead with d & c for my miscarriage she kept me hanging on for another week telling me the same thing for weeks in a row. Then when it was time for my procedure - I was in the actual bed and hospital gown when she called and said she wasn’t going to make it. Completely unprofessional and basically a baby factory that wants to just get as many women through as they can as fast as they can.

The most unethical practice in Las Vegas, they only have money on their mind and paitents are the least priority. Staff is extremely rude. They will bill you for services that are not even rendered. Very unprofessional staff and highly dishonest with no interest for the paitents heath.Not recommended.Beware they will hold you hostage if you dont pay them advance. They will cancel your appointment even if you agree to pay them. Will report them department of Health care for charging patients for services which are not performed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait almost a month to even get an appointment. I made sure to let them know I’d be coming with my 3 babies under two and that I have absolutely no help. Over an hour went by and I asked how much longer and the front desk said there were three people still in front of me that they were “a little” behind. That’s not a little behind. She asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next available which isn’t until THE MIDDLE OF MAY!!! If I am expected to be on time or lose my appointment they need to keep a reasonable time as well. I’m beyond angry that no one cares on the patients end. Stop over booking and actually have respect for people’s time. The doctors are making PLENTY of money without having to over book.

First time at the facility and I must say it was a great experience overall. Walked in and was greeted and attended in a professional manner. Filled out my forms and was brought back by the ultrasound tech, I believe her name was Diana not sure but she was real nice. I was then evaluated by a nurse practitioner Heather and I believe Dr Jennifer . I must say, they were great and very Thorough. My next encounter was with Esmeralda the Phlebotomist. She knew exactly what she was doing and the needlestick did not hurt one bit. I would highly recommend this facility to any woman who is in need of a quick care. If I ever need I will surely come back.

This place is disgusting. Ive never seen a doctors office so nasty in my entire life. They dont clear the floors. They look like they havent been cleaned in years. The seats and the beds are disgusting. The nurse that helped me had a nasty attitude. They didnt bother to explain any of the procedures and didnt know what they were doing. I had to go to another doctor because they didnt know what were doing and didnt help me, and I had do pay them too. The doctor didnt even bother to talk to me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. My experience was horrible.

I’m giving a one star for two reasons. First, it’s way to small of a area for the amount of Pts. They see each day!! And second, trying to get anyone on the phone is ridiculous. Even the number to to make a payment is ridiculous. It’s a least a 20 min wait and then they want you to leave a message!! Does anyone feel comfortable leaving their information on a voicemail especially when it comes to healthcare? I know I sure don’t. I love the Dr. but they need a bigger office and more telephone representatives!! Extremely frustrating

Only thing I would change would be the girl at the check out window. She just looks at you weird when you ask her a question and then when you say it again she answers with an attitude. Very unhelpful. Other than that My doctor and nurse were both very personable and friendly and really engaged with the patient!

Perhaps its the heat but the receptionist was curt, rude and unprofessional on the phone. She provided no information at all and hung up on me when I asked her to repeat the name of the office while trying to make an appointment. If this is any indication of the commitment to care at this office, Im hesitant to make an appointment here. Stay hydrated people

This place is so overpriced and so unorganized... they gave me just 2 blood tests and now Im paying $98... for TWO blood tests.... They let people walk out without paying the copayment in hopes of gaining more money from the regular charged bill. Staff was horrible. Cant even get ahold of billing inquiries. And now Im scared my bill is gonna go into collections all because theyre so busy. So unprofessional.

SEVERAL times I have gone to this clinic and my prescription WAS NOT sent to the pharmacy. I had to call the “on call” doctor on a Saturday to get my medicine called in. This clinic is so disorganized it feels like I’m in a 3 rd World country! The WORST scenario was when I was seen on a Thursday, then called Walgreens on Friday and AGAIN they had not sent in my prescription! I had to leave for California without my meds! I contacted them on Saturday and the woman who answered the phone said she would send my prescription to a CVS in California. She said “It will be ready in an hour “ An hour later, we drove to CVS. Surprise! They had no record of my prescription. I had to call the clinic again to finally get them to send in my prescription. This experience is beyond frustrating:(

The doctors are wonderful, especially Dr. Garg, Dr.Pack and Dr.Ivy. Dr. Garg is usually late , but he’s such a personable and knowledgeable doctor ; It’s just something I anticipate! Highly recommend them .

Zero stars if possible. One of your contracted practices...Bacala is, in my opinion, putting lives at risk. When your office doesnt answer the phone during business hours, people will call 911 taking resources away from that service. And, as expected, no one from the practice showed up for our delivery. We were put through an excruciating emotional 18 hours. Still dont know what physician delivered our child.

I give no stars to this company. They did not want to accept my daughter because the insurance card did not show the correct date of birth. We let them know that it has been changed and they still did not want to help. It is not like they wont get their money, they could have taken it and let her see the doctor and when we receive the new card, they could have run it then. They do not realize that people take time out of work to get things done and they just make it difficult for people. Customer Service sucks big time...

My visit with Dr. Wurm was great ! She listened , she made me feel comfortable . She was informative. Just amazing doctor that cares !!!! She looked at me when I talked Which most doctors don’t do . The staff from checking in to talking my blood pressure to check out were very friendly .

I went in for antibiotics for a uti and called in on a Tuesday morning and the earliest the could get me in was Wednesday afternoon which is understandable because they have other patients to see. They called in a prescription and the pharmacy said they never got it. At this point I had been waiting for three days with this condition. My problem with whasn is when I had to take the next day off work and drive in to their office and waste all morning trying to get the prescription for my painful condition because they would not answer their phones! I called three times and was sent to voicemail with no returned call. All of this could have been avoided if the meds were sent in correctly the first time or they had answered their phones or returned the calls so we could have figured it out with the pharmacy. I’m not sure why it had to be so difficult. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have yet to visit but so far spoke to an unfriendly receptionist who could not answer simple questions. Also, this is the first time of hearing about a practice using how much testing youve received during your early stages of pregnancy as a determinant to whether or not they can add you as a new patient.

I liked the doctors just fine. Dr. Garg was the one that delivered me and he was great! No complaints about the care I received. What is a problem for me is reception and office staff. Their scheduling line has problems. I was calling every other day for over 2 weeks to try and schedule my post partum checkup. It would count down where I was in the queue, and when it finally got down to where I was the 1st caller it would give me an answering machine. When I left messages I would give them 2 days to call back and not once did they ever call back. I finally got an answer today and the lady tried to make it my fault and told me I should have called sooner because they dont have any openings for almost a month. Didnt even apologize when I tried to explain that I have been calling and they never called. Didnt offer to squeeze me in sooner or put me on a cancellation list. I cant remain a patient at an office I cant get ahold of. I am finding a new OBGYN immediately.

I just moved here and have been trying to find prenatal care. I had an appointment scheduled but received a phone call today saying somethings wrong about my insurance and then I was hung up on I didnt even get to barely speak. I wont bother to call back after I fix my insurance issue. I can see I wont be cared for as a patient but as a pay check.

👀👀 This clinic has inexperienced doctors do not know what they are doing I had a urine infection for 4 months and they only charged Ami insurance and Ami also and they only prescribed antibiotics and the infection remained in me for 4 months please do not go to these Doctors like the infection remained in my body had to seek another doctor for another second opinion and this doctor had a treatment and the infection left my body. Please if you looking at this review dont go to this Doctors they dont know what there doing I hade an infection for 4 months they gave me so much meds and the infection did not go oway they were billing my insurance and they never help me they dont care about ther patient I was sick for 4 months please before you go to a dr read this
