First time here.- I use a cane; the staff took the time to walk me to a seat and explain the process their rather than have me stand at the desk.- We wanted our child to stay in the car (the place was clean and child friendly but she was in a mood). The staff insisted that they go out to have her sign the Primary Care Giver information.- The staff periodically checked on me and offered water and noted where the bathroom was.I have never experienced such staff as those at Dr. Green Relief.- I brought thorough medical records so the my time with the Dr. was quick and easy.- Every question I had was answered.

I was really impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and overall experience with Dr. Green Relief. They made the whole process really easy and fast, not to mention the staff always made sure you understood what was required and how the application process is done. And Dr. W is such a cool doctor! It was busy when I arrived for my appointment, but they apologized constantly for the wait while still remaining friendly and helpful. I wish all doctors offices were this efficient and friendly!

Let me first say the women up front are world class. Top notch. Truly great at what they do.On with the review. Expect to spend nearly 2 hours here for what takes no longer than 10 minutes. No exaggeration. So that alone just sucks. Im a return patient here and both my experience so here are exactly the same. The doctor barely makes eye contact with you. The first time I was here I stood up to shake the mans hand he looked at me like I had two heads. Then he sits at his laptop spouting off questions that only dealt with the legality of it all. No concern for me what so ever. Second visit same thing. World class service up front but a as usual sit and wait for nearly two hours for again what takes about 10 minutes. Again the doctor could care less.Thankfully weve gone recreational here in the Nevada so I wont have to deal with this again

This is the most efficient way to obtain a medical marijuana card in Las Vegas. I was able to set up an appointment online. The office itself sends all the completed appropriate paper work to the States of Nevada, eliminating basically all the work from my end. I will be recommending this place to anyone whos looking for a card for their ease and professionalism.

Spoke with Fred several times over the phone regarding scheduling, he is always very courteous and kind when answering giving direct answers to our questions. I went in for my appointment on 7/14/17 around 1PM came out at 1:43PM. Very quick and efficient knowledgeable staff, Dr Weingrow was awesome as well. Spoke on my ailments briefly and have been referring patients and friends to Dr Green Relief since! 5 Star MOST DEFINITELY!!

I was very nervous at first. But everyone was friendly and wow, were they helpful. Carmella was my favorite, we share the same birthday. Which is awosome. She even made sure my paper work was sent in for me. It was so easy. The Doc was nice and cute. Best Doctor visit ever!!!

First thing you notice are the gorgeous and super friendly staff that help you sign in and get your paperwork ready. They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable with any questions you may have. Good tunes in the waiting room which is very clean and well kept. It was a quick process even for me a first time patient. Another added bonus is that have a notory on hand to for application talk about a win in its self. Along with my recommendation I got a 10% coupon on my first purchase from essence dispensary.

Do not use this establishment if you want a MMJ card they charge more than other doctors. They are not very professional as the representative was not able to schedule me during my call because of system issues and they are not open ok n weekends even though it says on google.

Dr Green relief was wonderful! I wanted to write this review after I received my approval from the Nevada registry. Approved paperwork arrived just after 3 weeks!!! (If 3 weeks seems long to you.... Trust me its not)!Very fast results and approval! I would not go anywhere else! I will be a patient for life!

Thank you Nicole for getting me in to see the doctor on such short notice. I was nervous because this was the first time being evaluated for medical marijuana. I did not know what to expect. I arrived at the office, which was really nicely decorated. The girls were very friendly and helpful. I filled out the new patient packet and waited a few minutes. The doctor came out to get me which I thought was a nice touch... We went into the exam room where he gave me a quick physical and went over my medical records. He explained the benefits and risks of using marijuana for my nausea... Even gave me a packet explaining everything which was helpful. Thanks again.

Office staff is amazing! Very easy process, discounted price if you bring your own medical records. $190 total for everything out the door, you just mail it in. Cant thank them enough for making this such a pleasant experience. You guys rock!!!!!

Dr. GreenRx provided me with an excellent experience. I have to go to a lot of doctors appointments, so they normally feel very routine, but this one was much more pleasant. The entire staff was patient and accommodating, and I felt completely satisfied when I left. I was expecting it would be fairly quick and easy, and it greatly exceeded my expectations. From the second I walked in everyone was so kind, I filled out paper work instantly, and was called into the back not even 5 minutes later. The nurse was helped me right away, and not even 30 seconds later the doctor was helping me! I was in and out in less then a half hour! I was super nervous but the whole process was so simple and fast :)

I booked an appointed very easily online with Dr. Green Reliefs easy to use website. When I arrived I was greeted by very respectable people. The office is professional, Carmella and Christine were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a expired card and the staff was very helpful !!

I came here last year to get my medical marijuana card. The doctor showed up an hour late but I was seen and out within 5 min. Still sucked I had to wait a whole hour. Well now it’s time to renew my card so I’m back again. My appt was at 9:45am it’s now been over an hour and I’m still waiting to be seen. It just sucks they take forever!! :( but once you’re finally seen you’re done within 5 min. I’ll probably go somewhere else next year when it’s that time again. I dont have time to sit around all day waiting for something that takes 5 min. Also not mention the front desk girls always look pissed off and are rude. Not welcoming at all.

I called for an appointment in the morning and was scheduled for the same afternoon, leaving enough time for the long bus odyssey that took me to the facility. (Theres a bus stop on their block, which helps if you dislike driving.) While shopping around before making the call, I noticed that there are marijuana doctors closer to where I live, but when I compared the services they offer, I became convinced that Dr. Green Relief would be right for me. I wasnt disappointed! The staff is friendly and efficient; the doctor, awesome! I got a packet of paperwork that I could drop in the mail with a check. Couldnt be better!

Made an appointment for 2 on a Saturday when I got there they were closed when I knocked on the door a woman came to the door offered to make an appointment for me for Monday and give me a discount, when I showed up for my appointment I didnt get a discount but I was in and out in about a half an hour, the doctor I saw was professional not friendly but professional. The girls out out front were both friendly and professional. Overall good visit.

Im busting for a couple months and think it would help better than my meds for my ADHD, makes me like a zombie would like to be able to not take em ya know? Im from Missouri and we have dont have medical marijuana and its sad... Im happy to see such an open minded state :)

Made appointment two weeks ahead.. I take th day off of work drive all the way down here and they are not here at 3 on Tuesday when it says Monday to Thursday they are open till 5.. forget this company he gives out drugs to anyone for anything he is a quack anyway.. never answered phone during business hours.. and the man on phone when I made appointment told me I dont need a medical card to grow cannabis its only a misdemeanor
