Came on 6/6/21 for a school physical but ended up getting some really good advice from the nurse practitioner, I really appreciated it and I really needed it! Sucks I didnt catch her name but she was really helpful!

Closed April 3rd without notice or website update. Came halfway across town for nothing. Horrendous short sighted business practices. Your halfassed apology does NOT make up for my inconvenience!

Just had the nurse practitioner yell at me in the store. I was asking for a rescue inhaler and she just lost it. I tried to explain my situation and she just sent me away. Said she will not help me and that I need to go to the E.R.

While on holiday in Vegas, I was diagnosed with shingles of the head and face by Nurse Adler. Cannot remember her first name(!) She was brilliant, and after giving me anti viral drugs sent me to the Elite Clinic for further assessment. When I got back to the UK, I was given the all clear by an eye doctor. Thank you, Nurse Adler!!

Arrived just at afternoon opening to be told there was a 3 hour plus wait by the hard to understand Asian N.P. Having worked for them decade or so ago I see your just an revenue unit.. I wouldn’t be doing any business with them again. Oh I should mention she suggested I go to urgent care; isn’t that what minute clinic is???!!

Erica Shih is fantastic. Component, caring, thorough and a delight to work with.I had a 1 minute wait. If I lived in Vegas, she would be my first choice for medical care.

The nurse went to lunch at 2pm. At 3:35pm, she had not returned. Little notes left around the kiosk state that that she may or may NOT return from lunch. Apparently, she doesnt work for CVS. I would advise you NOT to attempt to be seen there in the afternoon.

This was the absolute most horrible healthcare experience I have ever experienced. Stay away!!! Went is with my 21year old daughter with a skin rash-checked in-wait time showed 36 minutes.ok-that seemed reasonable considering one person was before us. After an hour and a half with no one saying a word to us the wait time showed 56 minutes! What health professional anywhere spends 2 hours with a patient in a minute clinic?? My C section took less time!! again--no one bothered to say a word and the waiting time minutes showed an increase!! Horrible management and customer service. We finally-after waiting for 2 hours left disgusted. Also the waiting room is filthy and reeks of vomit and filth. We were staying at the Aria and asked for a recommendation for urgent care and this is what they offered. I told hem to never recommendthis disgusting clinic to another guest! I wish I could give negative stars-instead I give them 1 in order to post this warning Horrible.

Awful. Check in online shows 7 minute wait, get there at scheduled appointment time workers just go in and out of rooms. Finally calls a person in, they are in the room for over 30 minutes. Now 40 minutes past appointment time and finally being seen.Update: Got my simple TB test done, make an appointment to have the results read, was told at time that making an appointment would mean I do not have to wait. Show up 5 minutes early, tell hmthe worker I have an appointment at 4, she takes a walk in before me, who had just shown up.Save yourself time and frustration, go to a Wal-Greens minute clinic instead!!

Went to minuteclunic. Saw dr Erica Shih. She was FANTASTIC. This was such a positive experience and I didnt feel well due to sinus infection. Really appreciated how extremely nice everyone at pharmacy was as well. I would go to Dr Shih as my regular Dr if I lived in Vegas.

Terrible. 2 hour wait with no one telling you whats going on. Then when they finally call your name they say whoops we dont take that insurance.
