If I could I would give them no stars. The absolute slowest place I’ve ever had to go to get a TB test done.

Dr. Had no paperwork on everything they had been doing to me he laked any information he had no clue on what was going on

The reason why I give four stars is because for the most part, I felt listened to. I wasn’t rushed to go back to work with pain. I’m a very firm believer that most times you can heal with the proper therapy and care. I also believe that everyone heals at their own pace and being heard allowed me to express how I wanted to heal in the time I needed. The only reason why I deducted a star is because a few visits ago, someone representing a nurse liaison between my company claims adjuster and the doctor influenced the doctors original decision for medical treatment. I believe the doctor should have stood his ground and spoke up in my defense. Especially since they had a private conversation before he called me back in to tell me what was said. However, I do appreciate him and what he’s done to make sure that I am healing properly. I do think this doctor may need more training in regards to healing his patients without drugs. Although, he’s never really pushed drugs I have to say.

Very good experience! They sent me to do physical therapy at this clinic after my injury and the only thing I have to say is that Tina is the best therapist I have ever met, she helped me a lot by explaining each therapy very well and she pushed me a little harder every time. Thanks to her Im now able to do my daily activities. I highly recommend Tina to do your therapies!!!!!! All clinic staff is very professional. Thanks CAS !

Tina and the staff at 2200 S Rancho have been great. She always explains everything to me and is very patient and encouraging. DJ is always great about working with my schedule. The overall care and treatment I’ve received at this location is excellent.

When I arrived at my appointment I didn’t have to wait long before being acknowledged also when I met with my doctor my diagnosis was promptly discussed and was agreed to make any decisions toward getting better and getting back to work full duty ASAP I was very satisfied with my visit

I cannot speak for the physicians and specialists at this location. Regrettably they were very backed up and I had to leave before the doctor was able to get to me. However, some of the front desk staff insist on being rude and unprofessional to patients which definutely colors the visit.

Appointment was on time. Surgeon and office staff very professional and informative.. All is considerate and appropriated !

Everyone at Concentra Advanced Specialist on Rancho are really friendly. Dr Young is patience and a caring doctor. They deserve 5 stars all the way.

My appointment is at 11:15am on a Tuesday and usually I have to wait ONE HOUR in the lobby waiting for them to put me in a room. When they put me in a room I wait and extra 25 to 40 minutes for the doctor to come in a talk to me, then he only talks for roughly 8 minutes and he is out, they tell me to wait in the lobby again for them to set an appointment for me and still wait about 10 more minutes.Goosshhhh!!!! I just dont understand what the point of making and appointment is when you have to wait almost 2 hours to be seen and the. Doctor only spends less than 10 minutes with me.Not a pleasant experience at all.

I arrived to Dr. Poindexters office 50 minutes early for my appt, in case of a cancellation. I got into the room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I waited another 1/2 hour in the room. The doctor spent those 30 minutes minutes with the foreign speaking patient in the next room before seeing me. He saw me for 5 minutes. He gave me prescriptions which I am unable to fill at several pharmacies. Of which they explained there is a problem with the Concentra doctors office prescriptions. They said it was the entire office and not just Dr. Poindexter. So I have no medications and am not improving. I also missed my physical therapy appointment at the non specialist physical therapy office on Oquendo because it took so long at Dr.Poindexters office. So, my rating is poor because of it all.

Every time Ive been there I have been treated with professionalism and respect and the doctors are extremely thorough I couldnt ask for better care!

Well I can start with having my significant other with me for support and one of the assistants telling us that the patient is only allowed in the patient room which is a violation of patient rights. The doctor (Dr.Pointdexter) was knowlegable but did not really seem to care about the adverse effects of my head injury when mentioning possible psychological and asked for a reffural to see someone about it he told me he couldnt do that and I should just find another job dispite the fact that these psychological problems didnt start until after the second incident that I was hit in the head. I wish I could write a review of the workers comp AIG according to the claims adjuster who denied my refferal to neuro then 2 weeks later reffered me there (concentra) for an evaluation I can only speak from my experience that they will say and do anything while doing as little as possible close your case as soon as possible and dont want to do anything to help the claimants. I have to say that its sad to say I would have to somehow go through my own insurance to see if theres actually something wrong and have them not have the influence of AIG WC Devision. Dont give me a case worker if all they are going to do is find information to close my case and not help me. Anyway I will be researching on reporting violating patients rights and if there is a patient advocate and who to go to with AIG since they didnt want to compensate me for the lost work and not help me out by denying referrals that medical professionals refer me to because the adjuster somehow has a medical degree. Anyway I feel that AIGs Workers Comp division told the doctor who works at this Concentra make sure they could find a way to close my case. Please note that this reply by the owner below this review is probably automated and have not received a response nor is there a correspondence to the actual place that I visited on Concentras website there are only 2 offices on their website which does not include Concentra Advanced Specialist. It has been 3-5 days and have not received a call or email. I do want this looked into especially since I did tell the doctor what has happened and the past history which should signal that I may need additional help instead of listening to Jill Holcom whom is the claims adjuster at AIG Workers comp division. They shouldnt have denied my patients rights and cause me more stress for trying to make a decision after stating that Ive had a head injury. They shouldve been able to correlate what a traumatic experience it is to have 2 incidents where I was hit in the head and there may be a possibility that I may need to see someone in psych or a therapist or something I did tell Dr.Pointdexter what my symptoms were. I told one of the assistants that m significant other is there for support and he told her that he was there to help explain the situation I had further medical records and a police report to show proof that I have experienced a traumatic event and do not believe that I should wait to get help because the adjuster says so. If my patient rights werent put off to the side Im sure my partner wouldve reminded me or pushed me to show the other medical records that were much extensive than what the case worker Sarah gave. So please dont tell me that your sorry and tell me to contact you when you have no number or email or even the branch on your website to contact you by.

The doctor was short with me and the only solution for my back pain given to me was go to the gym.
